1000 Sloto cash tournament

I played in the 1000 Sloto cash tournament and won big placing in 2nd place. I re bought the tournament twice. I usually never re buy in the big free rolls. I placed first place the first time I did a re buy, but the second time i noticed my points were not being added to my big score so i stopped playing and exited out of the tournament. I sent a PM to the rep to find out what happened and why the points were not being added to my total score. Does anyone have any experience with the tournaments and can shed some light on what happened?

If you did a rebuy only your highest score should count if you did an add on than should keep adding

Perhaps you did what I dud once and accidentally clicked rebuy instead of add in

I clicked add on the first time and then when my points were done i clicked the re buy box that showed up. I saw a post where it happened to someone else. I do not understand why they would have it set up like that. I dropped down to 10 but you still get a prize all the way to rank 30 i believe.

Unlikely! RTG casinos especially Slotocash provide plenty of add-ons to boost their income. Most likely its an oversight and the OP pressed rebuy instead of add-on.

I have only re bought the small 5 cent tournaments once on a very small tournament win of about 35 cents, so i can not say much about the big free rolls because this is the first time i have done a re buy. All i can say is that I did a re buy after making a $5 deposit hoping to go from 2nd to first and better my chance at winning. I played my points and the a box appeared that asked if i wanted to re buy the tournament and i clicked re buy. Instead of adding to my score i already had, it seemed like it started over from the beginning. I can not add more then that. I never went back to the tournament lobby and clicked any buttons so It was during tournament play that this happened, after my points were spent. I am now in 12th place so it is not like there would be a huge win anyway. I was just curious so that if this ever happened again i would know what to do. Live chat said the points that i have apparently are still holding for a chance to win a prize. In future i now not to click the re buy box that appears while in the tournament but go back to the lobby and click it from there. I am thinking that is the way it works anyway.

Ok there will be two boxes that you can click on at the end of play one will say add on the other will say rebuy
If you clicked rebuy like you stated above it will restart you at 0

If you click add on it will be added on to the current total. You do not have to leave the current tournament for either option

Thank you. I will be more careful next time and click the right box. I thought I saw only one box but i could be wrong. Anyway, thanks for the input.
