Closing its doors - they took too long to payout anyway

Even though this is a popular casino with Germans, their support is not up to standards with their competitors. There is no live chat, and they do not have toll free numbers for their support. This is typical for a German run company (Germany is normally about a decade behind everyone else when it comes to support options).
But if you are a fan of Novomatic games, this is the place to play. Stargames is connected to GreenTube, the online supplier of Novomatic games. So they will have the newest releases – and their selection of Novomatic games is the most thorough.
First Impression
StarGames was accredited for some time in 2010-2011, but their rep disappeared. They tried coming back on board via Baptism by Fire, but their payouts just took too long, and their CS was too slow as well. After enough players complained, their BBF was cancelled – 16 October 2013.
