Jackpot City came on board as a reputable casino (before it was renamed the accredited list), in 2002. They were awesomely run and responsive to player comments and issues – and they had a presence in the forum. But as the years dragged on, they became primarily a marketing site and lost interest in being an active part of Casinomeister.
They also made the decision to cease discussing player complaints with us, so in essence we had to remove them from the Accredited list to the Grey Zone. Casinos listed in the Accredited section agree to discuss player complaints with us.
Jackpot City is a downloadable Microgaming casino. The software is top notch, and MGS video poker is the best you will find online. There is no doubt about that.
