So this is some information
As i know many of you are experts and adepts and and and but for those who don't here is a little something i always look at when entering a online casino
A) The site = when you land on a online casino site 90% of the time you can say if its crap or not simply by spotting out language mistakes, small budget this translates to the site doesn't even fit the browser screen , their is no flash or any sort of development involved. these sites is no go most of the time
B) support = when i enter a casino as part of my market research second thing i do is test the support if it is crap now it will always be crap and therefore foreseeable problems. (NOW when i say crap some people are very difficult and tend to be rude)
Things player might not know
These days with the new chat boxes hosts ( call center agents) can view what you are typing before even pressing enter on your keyboard when you type some thing rude and then erase it it is more than likely the agent saw it and regardless will be rude.
the way to test support is as follows
hello i am new to online casino and am looking for a casino to play with .
view the response time ,tone of text, if the spelling is correct, engage in a conversation and ask all the questions in a respectful manner,
this in lots of cases will tell you if support is any good
C) where is the casino registered
many people might not know but casino are licensed in many different countries this otherwise known as gaming jurisdictions
Now to know that when i am going to sign up with a casino i want that casino to be registered with some of the following countries
-Gibraltar
-isle of man
-Netherlands Antilles
-Malta
These countries usually have the best casino licensing programs.
D) I look at reviews not made by players or affiliates but by casino moderators this being articles or reviews
E) I look at the date of creation example a casino who has been around 10 years is more likely to be legitimate than one who has been around for a year This also applies to the budget
F) Many shared opinions about this but the ecogra seal of approval is always a thing to look out for
G) last but not least i look for the languages and currency as a new player who is unsure of the market go for online casinos that offer multiple or few principal languages with main currencies
a casino that offers only english with $ as currency is more than likely a no go
Hope you have enjoyed
