WishWin Casino Review
Tons of games and diverse payment methods
Casinomeister's Verdict
WishWin casino has several strong points, mainly its straightforward UI, extensive game catalogue that includes over 100 providers, a good selection of both fiat and crypto payment methods, and responsive 24/7 customer support.
However, the casino also suffers from slow withdrawals, generally terrible bonus terms, and a complete lack of responsible gambling tools apart from self-exclusion. Plus, the operator doesn’t have a stellar track record, and one of WishWin’s sister casinos has already ignored several complaints at Casinomeister. This approach could change in the future but there’s no strong indicator that it will.
That said, exercise extreme caution if you play here. For more details, see our full WishWin casino review below.
Games from 100+ providers
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Unfortunately, our experience with Stellar Ltd hasn’t been good in that we’ve had a few complaints against one of their casinos (Spinit, formerly Swiper) and they seemed pretty determined to turn a deaf ear to any such thing. Not helpful and definitely something players need to be wary of. Other than that, there’s a consistent record of player difficulties with their casinos; weak licensing in Anjouan; casinos previously within the Rabidi group have been through the complaints process at Casinomeister and not done well, largely for ignoring player complaints. It remains to be seen if they’ll change their ways, so be aware of the issues and exercise caution if you choose to play here.

WishWin Casino Bonuses and Promotions
WishWin Welcome Bonus
The welcome package at WishWin adds up to 250% up to €3000 and 400 Free Spins. This is divided across your first four deposits as per below:
- First deposit bonus: 100% up to €1000 + 200 Free Spins
- Second deposit bonus: 50% up to €700 + 50 Free Spins
- Third deposit bonus: 50% up to €300 + 50 Free Spins
- Fourth deposit bonus: 50% up to €1000 + 100 Free Spins
The deposit matches on subsequent offers aren’t great and it’s not helped by the wagering requirement — 35 times the bonus and deposit amount. With a 100% match, it means you’d be wagering your deposit a total of 70 times, which is just absurd.
It makes the 40x WR on the free spins winnings look mild by comparison, but not even that matters because they don’t share what games the spins are credited for. And judging how eager they are to fleece players with these terms, it’s safe to say nothing with good RTP will be on the menu.
Overall, it’s one of the worst welcome offers we’ve seen in a while. Sure, there’s a lot of bonus money on the table, but with these wagering requirements, you just might just need a genie to cash out.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
At the time of writing, WishWin Casino doesn’t have any no deposit offers on their site. However, they do have a couple of free spins, reload, and cashback offers:
- Weekly Free Spins — 50 Free Spins
- Weekly Reload — 50% up to €700 + 50 Free Spins
- Weekly Cashback — 15% up to €3000
- Live Cashback — Up to 25% up to €200
The reloads and free spins are subject to the same terrible wagering requirements as the welcome bonus, but the cashback offers are set at only 1x WR, so they’re probably the only decent promotional offers available right now.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Like with sister casinos, the VIP program at WishWin is a load of nothing. There’s apparently a five-tier program covering Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher levels enjoy increased cashback, higher withdrawal limits, and a VIP manager at higher tiers.
To illustrate how big of a load of nothing it really is, they list “on-site promotions” and “24/7 live chat access” as the only benefits on the first two tiers. You know, those things every player will have access to upon signing up.
More importantly, there’s no transparency about how the leveling is calculated. Most online casinos are at least semi-transparent about how much you need to deposit or wager to unlock different benefits of their VIP/loyalty programs, but not these guys.
Banking & Payment Methods
WishWin Casino supports a solid variety of payment methods, including Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, PaysafeCard, Revolut, CashtoCode, Jeton, MiFinity, bank transfers, and more. If you prefer crypto, you’ll find Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Cardano, USD Coin, and Tether via Ethereum, Tron, and Binance networks.
Oddly, Visa doesn’t seem to be supported, so you should check out some of our Visa casinos if that’s your preferred payment method.
In terms of withdrawals, the casino may take up to 5 days to process withdrawal requests, and with no weekend payouts, that’s just ridiculous. Plus, there are daily and monthly withdrawal limits set at €500 and €7,000, respectively, which is also quite restrictive compared to the competition.
Finally, the casino has a standard KYC procedure in place, with the caveat that it can only start when the casino deems it necessary. In other words, they don’t let you verify ahead of time, and will likely wait for when you’re trying to withdraw a not-insignificant amount of money. Given that most of the complaints about sister casinos have to do with delayed withdrawals and KYC issues, the story writes itself.
Responsible Gambling
The responsible gambling page at WishWin Casino is surprisingly decent. They go over some general tips on what you can do to play responsibly, as well as what to look out for if you think you might be dealing with a gambling problem. They also direct players to organizations that can help those who do, such as Gamblers Anonymous and GamblingTherapy.org.
However, there’s basically nothing in terms of responsible gaming features on the site, apart from the usual self-exclusion. We suggest checking some of our other casino reviews if you’re hoping to use tools such as financial limits, reality checks, or time-outs.
Customer Support at WishWin Casino
Support was surprisingly reliable at WishWin Casino. You can get in touch via email or 24/7 live chat, and there’s even a Help Centre where you’ll find some common problems and solutions, so that all looks good.
When we talked to agents, we usually ran into queues, though they weren’t too bad. All the support staff we talked to were polite and on point. When responding to our questions, they usually took their sweet time to get the info, and would sometimes direct us to email them when they couldn’t help us. Not a perfect support experience, but we’ve seen worse.
WishWin Casino Experience and Features
The casino leaves a solid first impression, as it’s fairly clean, easy to skim and navigate, with a clear and focused design. It’s dominated by different shades of blue and the theme is obviously based on Disney’s Aladdin, with an off-brand genie as the mascot.
The user experience is a bit of a mixed bag, though. Sure, the casino is easy to navigate through the comprehensive sidebar, but the search function is quite rudimentary. It only supports title and provider search, with no filters on top of that. This usually affects the browsing experience negatively, especially at casinos with so many games on offer.
On the upside, the mobile version of the site worked quite well in our experience. The UI doesn’t change much but it’s obviously adapted to a smaller screen, and we didn’t experience any significant problems. It’s not a perfect mobile casino experience, but it gets the job done.
Brand games
WishWin Casino Game Providers
You’ll find over 100 software providers at WishWin, and the selection is about as good as you’d expect: from industry leaders like Pragmatic Play, Playtech, and NetEnt to various smaller, up-and-coming providers. Whatever you’re looking for, the casino should have you covered.
WishWin Slots
If it’s slots you’re after, WishWin Casino won’t disappoint. There are thousands of games, all sorted into several useful categories: jackpots, bonus buys, megaways, and new games. There are also separate sections for table games and instant win games such as Aviator and or plinko. All in all, the selection is about as good as you’d expect.
Live Casino
For those who prefer live games, WishWin Casino also fares well on that front: blackjack, roulette, poker, baccarat, game shows, dice games, and more. You’ll find hundreds of games from established providers such as Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution Gaming, and ICONIC21, so there’s no lack of quality or quantity. All the games we tested worked smoothly, with high resolution video feed, so no real complaints here either.
About the WishWin Team and History
WishWin is a new casino that launched earlier this year, and it’s operated by Stellar Limited under an Anjouan license (no. ALSI-202411077-FI2), along with a few dozen other online casinos. They’re one of the operators with ties to the now-defunct Rabidi N.V., and if you’ve seen one of them, you’ve seen all of them.
In short, there’s a lot of questionable history there, and we’re yet to see first-hand if the new management (if it really is “new”) will be an improvement compared to the low bar set by Rabidi. For now, we’re not too optimistic.
Complaints and Track Record
While we’ve had no direct complaints about WishWin, we did have some issues with sister casinos. Most notably, Spinit Casino (formerly known as Swiper) was the subject of several complaints they seemed content to ignore.
And judging from public complaints records, all the casinos in this group show a similar pattern: tons of complaints about routine issues, primarily delayed withdrawals and a smattering of KYC or bonus-related problems. They don’t seem to leave a trail of unresolved complaints in their wake but none of this inspires confidence.
Anyone who plays at WishWin Casino or any of its sister sites should exercise caution.
