Winningz Casino Review
Crypto-focused casino licensed in Curaçao and Anjouan
Casinomeister's Verdict
Winningz is a crypto-oriented casino that supports a solid set of popular cryptocurrencies and offers rather fast crypto withdrawals, too. They also have a great selection of slots from over 70 providers, and the site is quite simple and intuitive to use.
The main issues we had with Winningz were the limited fiat deposit options and the somewhat disappointing selection of live dealer games. Apart from that, the biggest issue would have to be the sister casinos’ erratic track records when it comes to complaints — some of them have a pure “talk to the hand” approach while others seem somewhat responsive at the very least.
That said, without a strong complaints process, it’s anyone’s guess how Winningz will approach player complaints, and that’s not the kind of gambling we like. Exercise caution if you play here, and be sure to share your experience in the forum if you do, be it good or bad.

From the Desk of Max Drayman
We’ve got nothing on record for Winningz at Casinomeister so there is no direct evidence to alert players to or give cause for warnings of trouble that might come their way. Except there is one thing that we would be remiss in not mentioning: complaint resolution at Winningz may be a problem.
They do offer a complaints process in the Terms but I’m sorry to say that most of that is smoke and mirrors. They say to raise the issue first with Support — so far so good. If the problem persists then raise it again but this time with their Compliance Team, in other words raise it with the casino people again. That’s pretty much nonsense and busy work. Finally they say if the issue simply cannot be resolved “you may contact the relevant licensing authorities” which is either Costa Rica, Anjouan, or Curaçao GCB depending on your country of origin.
And what results might you expect from those “relevant licensing authorities?”
Costa Rica wouldn’t trouble itself to do a thing if the casino took every cent from every player and bought fancy cars for the company executives and published a collective “thank you” to all the contributing players: it’s the original and reigning master “do nothing” jurisdiction and they don’t care.
Anjouan will (might!) make sympathetic noises and… do nothing, at least that’s what we’ve seen in every case that we are aware of where the player took the issue to Anjouan.
Curaçao GCB has been making a habit in recent months of telling players “get a lawyer” so not much help there either.
In other words if you’ve got a complaint you might as well roll it up and smoke it because there is nothing in place to offer you the slightest meaningful assistance with your problem. Player Beware: complaints have a good chance of becoming serious trouble for you at Winningz if something goes wrong and the casino isn’t in the mood to make it right.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
Winningz has a generous welcome package, as well as a number of ongoing promotions that include reloads, bonus cash, and free spins offers. There’s also a decent VIP program, and it’s a fair bit better than what we’re used to seeing in offshore casinos.
Winningz Welcome Bonus
The casino has an attention-grabbing welcome package that adds up to a potential total of $5000 in bonus money and 500 free spins. This covers your first three deposits:
- First deposit bonus: 100% up to $1000 + 100 Free Spins
- Second deposit bonus: 75% up to $1500 + 150 Free Spins
- Third deposit bonus: 50% up to $2500 + 250 Free Spins
Each of these deposit bonuses comes with a 45x wagering requirement, which is not great but not terrible either. Plus, players have a full 30 days to complete the wagering, which is always good to see when such high amounts of bonus money are in play.
Even if you only claim the first deposit bonus, it still goes toe to toe with many high roller bonuses, so it’s a good welcome offer all-around. But as always, remember to read the general bonus terms carefully, since there are always restrictions to keep in mind — e.g., there’s a fair number of excluded games that don’t contribute to the bonus wagering.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
Winningz doesn’t have any no deposit bonuses at the time of writing, but they do have a number of ongoing offers. These include:
- Daily Reload: Up to 50% up to $500, depending on deposit amount
- Daily Free Spins: 25-100 Free Spins with a minimum deposit of $25
- Daily Cash: 10% up to $100, zero wagering
- Mystery Bonus: A random cash bonus that may be credited every time you make a deposit, 3x wagering
Overall, it’s a decent set of ongoing promotions that may help keep players engaged. As before, be sure to check the terms, especially the RTP of whatever slot they’re offering the free spins for.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
The casino features a nice and simple VIP program that consists of 5 VIP tiers. The way it works is simple: you play, and for every $1 wagered on slots, you get 1 XP point. Once you accumulate enough XP, you level up to the next tier and unlock various benefits associated with it.
There’s a flat bonus cash reward each time you level up, and other benefits include weekly cashback, a VIP manager, exclusive personal bonuses, and increased withdrawal limits. They don’t go into too much detail here, but at least they’re completely transparent about the leveling dynamics and how some of the rewards work. It’s more than can be said for many other casinos, so they still get a tentative thumbs up from us.
Banking & Payment Methods
Winningz is a crypto-focused casino and most of the payment options are cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Binance Coin, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano, Dogecoin, XRP, Solana, Tron, Tether, and USD Coin. The only supported fiat deposit methods are Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, Interac, and Google Pay. Sadly, the casino doesn’t support any e-wallets (not even Skrill or Neteller).
The user experience is understandably much better when playing with crypto here — fiat money withdrawals may take several days to process, but the casino normally approves crypto withdrawals within a few hours. It’s also worth noting that Winningz has set withdrawal limits: €2500 per day, €5000 per week, and €10,000 per month. This isn’t too restrictive for the average player but may inconvenience high rollers.
The casino also has a standard KYC procedure in place, and they may require players to verify their accounts before withdrawals can be made. This includes the usual combo of a proof of identity (personal ID, passport, driver’s license, etc.) and proof of address in the form of a utility bill or bank statement.
Responsible Gambling
Given the licensing jurisdiction, the responsible gambling page at Winningz is expectedly underwhelming. It has some basic info on what you can do to ensure you play responsibly, and links to some external organizations that can help those who are facing a problem.
In terms of actual responsible gambling tools, the casino only offers self-exclusion for a period between 6 months and 5 years, which can be requested via email. It’s good that they have that at least, but again, it’s the bare minimum required by their license, and it’s what many offshore casinos choose to roll with.
If you’re prone to problem gambling, we suggest checking out some of our other casino reviews, as many have useful tools that can help you manage your bankroll and play time.
Customer Support at Winningz
Winningz offers customer support via email and live chat, though actually finding the live chat is a bit counterintuitive. You have to open the Help section, then scroll down past the FAQ to see the live chat button, as it’s not shown anywhere else on the site.
Once you start up the live chat, you’re greeted by an automated bot that helps you go through potential solutions to the issue you’re facing. If that doesn’t help, you’re patched through to an agent, and our experience with them has been pretty good. There were no queues and they always did their best to answer our questions as thoroughly as possible, and we can’t expect more than that.

Winningz Casino Experience and Features
Winningz sports a beautifully simple design. It’s clean, with bright green highlights, and no over-the-top visual themes. This helps games stand out and the site itself is quite easy to navigate, with a simple navigation bar on the left-hand side.
The only issues we had with Winningz on the UX side of things was the limited number of games categories and the rudimentary search function. Sure, you can search games and providers by title, but some filters or tags go a long way to help players find their way around — especially for a casino with this many software providers.
The mobile version of the site also works quite well, and the UI is just the right fit for a phone screen. The navigation bar is moved to the bottom for easy access and players can quickly get to any important section of the casino. Games also work smoothly, so it’s about as good as casino web apps get.
Brand games
Winningz Casino Game Providers
There are just over 70 software providers at Winningz, with many big names you’re bound to recognize: Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Spribe, Spinomenal, Novomatic, Octoplay, and many others. Overall, it makes for a great variety of games.
The only weird design choice was having software providers presented in a side-scrolling bar in the middle of the home page and nowhere else, but you can still search for specific providers through the search bar so it’s no big deal.
Winningz Slots
Winningz boasts a diverse selection of online slot games, and they’re neatly sorted across several categories for easier browsing: megaways, high volatility slots, and games with bonus buy features. There are also separate categories for the most popular titles, new additions, and crash games have a section of their own.
Sadly, there’s no way to easily browse progressive jackpot slots or any table games apart from roulette, so there’s still room for improvement here. Not the ideal user experience, but it could be much worse.
Live Casino
The live dealer games are also neatly organized at Winningz Casino, with separate subsections for blackjack, baccarat, roulette, game shows, and poker. However, the selection is extremely sparse, as the casino mainly offers games from Live88 at the moment — no sign of Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, or other major live game providers you’d commonly see at online casinos.
About the Winningz Team and History
Winningz is interesting in that it holds two iGaming licenses: Curaçao and Anjouan, under Simba N.V. and Igloo Ventures SRL, respectively. This particular site launched relatively recently in 2025, so they didn’t exactly have time to establish any particular reputation just yet. However, the operator’s and sister casinos’ rep is decidedly neither here nor there.
Complaints and Track Record
In terms of complaints, the situation doesn’t look encouraging. Neither of the licenses held by Winningz are known for proactive complaints resolution. Even if we ignore that and look at the public complaints track record of Winningz and its sister casinos, it’s not a good look.
While we’ve never had direct complaints against these guys, other complaints services show a fair number of unresolved complaints. Winningz itself didn’t get much attention (makes sense, given it’s relatively new) and its sister casinos are all over the place. Some seem to be responsive, others seem to ignore most of the complaints sent their way.
That said, if you end up with a complaint, there’s no telling how it will go. So, until Winningz has time to demonstrate they’ll be taking a more conscientious approach to player complaints than some of the other brands under this umbrella, we must recommend players exercise utmost caution if they play here.
