Once we contacted them via chat, we waited for around 3-5 minutes to receive a response despite ending up in a queue. 

Overall, the Wildsino support was quite helpful, and they don’t shy away from any questions — something that happens every so often in the industry.

KYC

Wildsino doesn’t exactly run routine KYC checks, but you can expect to be asked to verify your identity either before or after making your first deposit/withdrawal. 

But once we registered and headed over to the Account details section, we were greeted by a flashy ‘Your account does not require verification’ message and a CTA inviting us to start playing. So, it’s likely you won’t be required to provide any documentation until you decide to withdraw your winnings. Once they ask you for documents, instead of the flashy invitation to start playing, you’ll see a ‘Verification required’ status. 

From that point on, the process is pretty standard. You’ll be asked to upload your ID, driving license or passport, and proof of address. 

What we found strange was that players didn’t have the option to upload the documents at any point in time. Your best bet for finding your preferred title is to utilize the search bar. That’s what worked for us, at least. 

A quick glance at the Table games category, however, uncovered a nice mix of different poker variants, American and French roulette, Single deck Blackjack, First Person Baccarat, and Sic Bo. 

But we didn’t just skim through Wildsino’s offering, since no casino review would be complete without us digging in and doing the legwork.
