    Casinomeister's Verdict

Vegas Paradise Casino has been around since 2012. That’s over a decade of ProgressPlay churning out near-identical sites under different coats of paint. This one wears a Las Vegas theme, and stocks over a hefty number of games from over 80 software providers. It’s also got several free spins promos, accepts fiat and crypto, and delivers a decent enough experience if you’re not expecting any surprises.

The problem is exactly that. There are no surprises at Vegas Paradise, at least not always the good kind. Despite being around for almost 15 years, they still eke out the withdrawal process.

Don’t forget ProgressPlay’s signature 1% withdrawal fee, which follows you here as it does across all their brands, as well as the low payout caps. UK players are thankfully not stuck with the punishing 50x wagering requirement the rest of the world deals with. However, the loyalty program barely qualifies as one.

Based on our casino rating system, it’s not a casino you’ll have issues with per se, but it’s also not a platform you’ll remember. ‘Good enough’ is about as generous as we can get there. Head to the forums and let us know if you have had a different experience.

Short and sweet this one is: no record of complaints on Casinomeister which is pretty impressive given the casino has been around for over a decade. Licensing is good, UKGC and Malta. Self-exclusion policy looks robust and fit for purpose. Complaints procedure is good and backed by eCOGRA which is one of the better ADRs in the business. From our perspective, Vegas Paradise gets “two thumbs-up”.

    Pros

    • 80+ software providers

    • Over 3,000 slots

    • 10x wagering requirements for UK players

    Cons

    • 50x wagering requirements for non-UK players

    • Slow withdrawal times

Vegas Paradise Casino Bonuses and Promotions

We wouldn’t exactly say it’s a paradise over in the promos section at this casino, yet it’s not too bad either. There’s a fairly solid welcome bonus, and several reload free spins offers after that.

If you’re playing from the UK, you’ll be pleased to see the wagering requirements capped at a reasonable 10x. Those outside of the UK will be disappointed to see that quite a few bonuses come with 50x wagering requirements.

Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from claiming the promotions, too, so ensure you keep that in mind before trying to claim any.

    VIP and Loyalty Programs

There’s somewhat of a loyalty scheme at Vegas Paradise with their rewards program. It’s based on how much you play, allowing you to earn points which can be redeemed in their rewards store for free spins, cashback deals, and deposit bonuses. They can also be used to enter competitions on the leaderboards for a chance to win bigger prizes.

So no, not the best incentive to return to the site. If only they could live up to their name and provide a luxurious VIP program filled with free spins, maybe a cocktail or two, and a potential trip to Caesars Palace!

    Banking & Payment Methods

The list of payment options features the usual suspects: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, and more. If you’re playing from outside the UK, you can also use crypto options, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, and Solana.

There are no withdrawal limits if you’re in the UK, but Vegas Paradise has to do that due to UKGC rules. Non-UK players will be limited to €3,000/week and €6,000/month, which is definitely on the low side.

Like all ProgressPlay-owned casinos, you’ll be met with pesky 1% up to £3 withdrawal fees. It won’t break the bank, but it stings more on principle, knowing how every competing casino processes withdrawals for free.

Withdrawal speeds are the other sore point. E-wallets take up to five days to process, card and bank withdrawals stretch to ten, and even crypto, which should be quick, takes up to five days on their end.

You cannot call that a technical limitation. They’re choosing to do this.

There’s no mandatory KYC process to complete during registration, but you’ll be able to submit all the required docs in your Account settings. No need to go through customer support here, which is a plus. If you’re from the UK, though, you’ll have to confirm your identity before you get to the point of being allowed to play anything.

    Responsible Gaming

There’s plenty of info on the site about playing safely, including a list of several support organizations and their contact information, such as GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous.

The dedicated Safer Gambling Tools page makes it easy to set deposit, wager, and loss limits, all on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Other tools include timeout, reality check, session limits, and self-exclusion.

These aren’t just logos dropped in for appearances. It’s the standard approach, done properly.

Customer Support at Vegas Paradise Casino

Contacting email support feels kinda obsolete nowadays, given the ease of 24/7 live chat. You can get in touch via email if you really want to, but we recommend checking the FAQs and reaching an agent via live chat first.

The live chat offers a pretty standard service, providing you with quick-fire responses thanks to Fin The Bot. Answer a few of its questions, and then you’ll get through to an agent if you need to.

One gripe we do have, though, is that the little chat icon frequently disappears. Feels like they’re trying to stop you from getting through as much as possible.

Vegas Paradise Casino Experience and Features

Another online casino with “Vegas” in its name is anything but original. You’ll come across hundreds of other sites with almost the same name, and Vegas Paradise is hardly groundbreaking.

Navigation is simple enough to allow you to easily access the main areas of the casino.. The search bar at the top of the page lets you find a specific game or provider directly. The problem is when you don’t know exactly what you’re after.

Without a proper filtering system, browsing for games is more of a commitment than it should be, and the same applies to mobile, where the browser version works fine, but the limitations carry over.

There’s no dedicated app, but the mobile site loads quickly and does a decent job of replicating the desktop experience without much loss. Not a dealbreaker, just worth knowing.

    Brand games

    Game Providers

Vegas Paradise draws on a solid roster of 80+ software providers, including reputable developers such as Microgaming, NetEnt, and Playtech. Plenty of selection to go through here, just not the best filtering system in place to help you do it. That’s a usability gap that’s easy to fix and, unfortunately, hasn’t been.

    Vegas Paradise Casino Slots

Vegas Paradise offers a hefty number of titles. You’ll find the expected popular picks like Le Bandit, Big Bass Bonanza, Starburst, Gates of Olympus and Sugar Rush alongside a Jackpots section and regular new additions.

There are a few categories that roughly split the thousands of options into Jackpots, New, Featured, and Providers. While the games are sorted by provider in the Providers section, there’s no option to specifically display games from each one. This means you’ll have to spend ages scrolling through or use the search bar to find specific titles.

    Live Casino

Contrary to what you might have read elsewhere, Vegas Paradise does have a live casino section. You’ll find 50+ live dealer games covering the classics like Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat, as well as game show titles like Monopoly and Dream Catcher.

They’re all powered by Evolution Gaming and NetEnt Live. It’s not the biggest lobby in the market, but it covers the basics.

About the Vegas Paradise Casino Team and History

Part of the countless online casino variations under ProgressPlay Limited, a company based in Malta, Vegas Paradise operates under UK Gambling Commission and Malta Gaming Authority licenses.

All things considered, there’s nothing too wrong with Vegas Paradise. It’s not one of the standout options, for sure, but it is a functional, trustworthy site that won’t cause headaches.

    Complaints and Track Record

Vegas Paradise is nowhere to be seen across our complaints list, so good news. In 2018, they even got a mention in one of our forums as a Best Casino contender. Despite that, we wouldn’t say Vegas Paradise is anything special ourselves. It’s just another one of ProgressPlay’s sites, just with different branding.

We always check other players’ feedback when completing our casino reviews. Harry BKK said in one of our forums that he “wouldn’t bother”, particularly noting the 50x wagering requirements and low withdrawal limits.

Back in 2014, several ProgressPlay sites made the “not recommended” list, including Vegas Paradise. However, it seems those issues have been resolved since then, after working with one of our long-standing members, ThePOGG.
