Spirit Casino is a relatively new entry to the portfolio of Dama N.V., and it has a lot to offer: an excellent lineup of games from roughly 150 providers, a great selection of payment methods, a decent set of bonuses, and a transparent VIP program that has some appealing rewards for returning players. All of this is complemented by a unique steampunk theme and a clean site that’s easy to use on both desktop and mobile platforms.
However, Spirit Casino is by no means perfect, as the most glaring weak points were a complete lack of responsible gaming tools, the underwhelming withdrawal limits, and the fairly high 50x wagering requirements on most bonuses. Additionally, we’ve spent a total of 10 hours over the course of a week testing the casino, and support was difficult to get ahold of during that time. This could just be a temporary situation, but still something to keep in mind.

First Impression
Spirit Casino is relatively new to the scene, having only launched in 2024. This, combined with a relatively weak licensing jurisdiction (Curacao GCB, no. OGL/2023/174/0082) might put some people off. However, the casino is owned and operated by Dama N.V., which is about as good as offshore operators get, so no concerns there.
The site also sports a unique design, with a distinct steampunk-y aesthetic, which really makes the casino stand out among the competition. This doesn’t get in the way of its functionality, as the UI is clean and well-organized, making for a great overall user experience.

You’ll find a solid bonus lineup at Spirit Casino, including a 4-part welcome package, several reload bonuses, as well as some VIP-exclusive offers.
Spirit Casino Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus at Spirit Casino consists of four separate deposit bonuses, and they include both deposit matches and free spins:
- First deposit: 100% up to $2000 + 200 FS
- Second deposit: 100% up to $3000
- Third deposit: 50% up to $6000 + 150 FS
- Fourth deposit: 100% up to $4000
These are very generous deposit matches, and they easily rival many high roller bonuses. However, there are some caveats. First, there’s a 50x wagering requirement, which is quite high. On top of that, you only have 3 days to meet the wagering requirement, which is ridiculously short for such high matching maximums.
As for the free spins, they expire after 7 days, and can be used on BGaming’s Fruit Million. The RTP is set at 94.53%, which is quite underwhelming, so it’s nothing to write home about.
That said, the high matching offers are the main attraction of this welcome package, if you’re willing to brave the wagering requirements with such a short time window. An upside is that there are no convoluted terms, though you should always read the terms carefully, as they’re prone to change.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
At the time of writing, Spirit Casino doesn’t have any no deposit bonus offers. However, there are several notable free spins and bonus money offers you can claim via reload bonuses:
- Volt Tuesday — Up to 200 FS, depending on deposit amount ($20-$100+)
- Steam Saturday — 50 FS with a minimum deposit of $20
- Tesla Reload — 25% up to $300 if you made at least 3 deposits during the day
As with the welcome bonus, these bonuses are subject to a 50x wagering requirement and the free spins are credited only for Fruit Million. I was hoping to see slightly lower wagering requirements or some more variety in terms of what games the free spins can be used on, but it is what it is. It’s a decent offer to keep returning players engaged, but nothing special.
Some additional bonuses currently available on the site include a daily 5% bonus on crypto deposit that has no wagering requirements, as well as random prizes you can get through Lucky Wheel spins and Lucky Boxes that are awarded if you meet their specific deposit requirements.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Spirit Casino has a loyalty program with a clearly defined progression, spanning 25 levels. Players can level up by earning Complimentary Points (CPs) which are awarded at a rate of 1 for every $5 wagered on slots. As you level up, you can unlock bonus money and free spins bonuses with each level. The amounts aren’t spectacular but they have lower wagering requirements at x5 and x45 respectively, so at least there’s that.
Those who unlock VIP benefits by having at least a $2500 lifetime deposit also get a personal manager, priority withdrawals, and exclusive bonuses. Some examples listed on the site include:
- VIP Weekly Cashback — 15% cashback with no max limit
- VIP Weekly Reload — 75% up to $1000
- VIP Thursday Reload — 55% up to $555
Overall, it’s a solid VIP program, transparent, with decent rewards. The higher levels require you to wager ridiculous amounts of money, but even the lower level rewards and bonuses provide a decent incentive for returning players.
Banking & Payment Methods
Spirit Casino has an impressive selection of payment methods, including both fiat and crypto.
For fiat deposits, you can use debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro), paysafecard, Jeton, MiFinity, CashToCode, AstroPay, Neosurf, MuchBetter, Flexipin, Payz, Skrill, Neteller, Interac, or bank transfer. This selection is about as good as you can expect. Sadly, PayPal isn’t available, and that’s nothing with offshore casinos. If that’s your preferred payment method, check out some casinos that accept PayPal instead.
For those who prefer crypto, the casino supports Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Dogecoin, TRON, and Cardano. It’s missing some leading coins such as XRP, USDC, and Solana, but it’s still a comprehensive selection. If your favorite altcoin isn’t on the list, you might have more luck with some of the other crypto casinos we’ve reviewed.
Overall, this is a great selection that should meet most people’s needs, but remember that payment methods may differ based on your location, so you might not have access to all of them.
Spirit Casino Withdrawal Speed
All of the deposit methods are available for withdrawals, so with over 20 withdrawal methods, Spirit Casino is unlikely to leave anyone wanting. The minimum withdrawal amount is $20, and transfers may take up to 3 days to process on the casino’s end.
On top of that, there’s also a $3000 weekly and a $15,000 monthly withdrawal limit, which is quite low, especially for a casino with such high matching offers on the welcome bonus. VIP members get higher limits at $5000 per week and $20,000 per month, which is better but still on the low end.
Responsible Gaming
Responsible gaming isn’t a strong point for Spirit Casino. They have a fairly sparse responsible gaming page that explains the concept very briefly and direct players to several external organizations that might be able to help those who are facing a gambling problem.
However, the site itself doesn’t have any concrete responsible gaming features. According to support, you can apply for self-exclusion and various limits, but there’s a few problems with that. First is that you just have to take them at their word the restrictions you request will actually work, the second is that you might not know it’s even an option since the features aren’t mentioned anywhere on the site.
A number of Dama-run sites go above and beyond to provide tools you can easily access through your account page, so hopefully they will be implemented at Spirit Casino in the future too.
Customer Support at Spirit Casino
Spirit Casino’s customer support is available via email, a contact form, and live chat. The live chat is available 24/7 in English, German, and Portuguese.
As it usually goes, the live chat is the fastest and most efficient way to get in touch with support, though Spirit Casino seems to be having some difficulties on this front right now. All the agents I talked to were helpful and thorough with any questions, but the wait times were far from ideal. I always had to wait upwards of 10 minutes for an agent, and sometimes I’d even get kicked out of the queue with an automated message informing me that agents are unavailable due to high demand.
This is likely a temporary situation, as support at Dama casinos has always been very responsive. Nonetheless, it’s something to keep in mind if you decide to play here. If you do try Spirit Casino out, be sure to share your experience in the forum.
KYC
Spirit Casino has a standard KYC procedure in place. Players need to provide a personal ID, proof of address, and proof of payment to verify their account. The process doesn’t start automatically upon registration and is left to the casino’s discretion, which usually means it starts when you make your first withdrawal request.
That said, you might be able to play for a while without verifying your identity, but don’t count on it. To avoid any potential inconvenience, it may be a good idea to take care of the KYC process ahead of time. Spirit Casino has a very unique aesthetic, with a lot of steampunk-inspired art. It works surprisingly well with the dark blues that dominate the site, and the pages don’t feel cluttered or oversaturated at any point. Users can navigate the site easily via the side bar that provides shortcuts to all the key parts of the casino: slots, live games, promos, tournaments, etc.
You can filter games by category and provider, so finding what you need is no problem. You can also view your recently played and favorite games, which is an extra layer of convenience. Overall, the UX at Spirit Casino could hardly be better.
Desktop and Mobile Gaming
If you prefer to play on your phone, you’ll be glad to find that the Spirit Casino site works quite well on mobile — it’s smooth, the UI is adapted well to mobile platforms with a bottom bar, and all the UI elements are about the right size for touchscreens. You may need to switch to landscape mode for some games that don’t display properly, but that’s about it.
Something else worth noting is that Spirit Casino advertises a dedicated mobile app. However, the Android app has to be sideloaded and the iOS link leads to a puzzle game that uses the casino’s graphics, so not really sure what the deal is there. Either way, the mobile site works well enough that you don’t need to mess with the app.

Complaints and Track Record
We haven’t had any complaints against Spirit Casino at Casinomeister so far, which is always a good sign. There also doesn’t seem to be much in the way of complaints elsewhere on the web, which is also a good sign.
A lack of footprint on this front isn’t necessarily a good thing since it makes it impossible to judge how the casino approaches player complaints, though it’s not too big of a problem when it comes to a reputable operator like Dama.
