Spinsy Casino Review
Stylish casino with an impressive selection of games and payment methods
Casinomeister's Verdict
Spinsy fares a bit worse than the other NovaForge casinos we’ve reviewed so far. The good stuff that they offer remains the same: they have a great library of games (slots and live dealer games included), a varied selection of payment methods that covers both fiat and crypto, as well as 24/7 customer support you can reach via live chat or email.
However, they have some prominent flaws, most notably the restrictive withdrawal limits set at only $500/day and $7,000/month and their complete lack of reliable responsible gaming tools. In addition, players may also note the high wagering requirements and some dubious bonus terms. Combined with the weak licensing by Anjouan and the dubious history with NovaForge and Rabidi, many players may be put off from this casino.
Most importantly, we’ve had one unresolved complaint against the casino, which has gone ignored. They’ve received a Casinomeister Warning, and anyone who decides to play here should be extremely careful.

Great library of games
From the desk of Max Drayman
We’ve had a recent complaint which Spinsy ignored but not much else regarding them. Given their non-responsiveness to player complaints and their feeble licensing — Anjouan — our advice would be “look elsewhere”.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
Spinsy’s bonus offer includes one deposit bonus for the welcome offer, as well as several reload bonuses and cashback bonuses, and a largely disappointing VIP program.
Spinsy Welcome Bonus
Spinsy’s welcome offer consists of one deposit match, with some free spins on the side: 100% up to $500 + 200 Free Spins, to be exact.
This is a decent offer at face value, but is sadly undermined by the usual wagering requirements you’ll find at NovaForge casinos: 35 times the deposit + bonus amount. This means you have to wager your deposit a total of 70 times, which is extremely high. It’s a bit better for free spins (40x) but still quite high, plus it’s credited for a 95.3% RTP slot (Shark Time). Keep in mind the slot may differ, as it’s not specified anywhere in the terms.
Another problem with the bonuses is the general bonus terms, which have some questionable points. Most importantly, they have very open-ended terms about “bonus abuse” where they prohibit something as mundane as low-risk betting. Dubious terms like this are wide open for exploitation by a casino, and we did find several complaints about Spinsy’s sister casinos trying to do just that. Plus, there’s an extensive list of restricted games, so be sure to read the terms carefully if you decide to claim this or any other bonus at Spinsy.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
Spinsy doesn’t have any no deposit bonuses at the moment, though they do have several other bonus offers lined up. These include:
- Weekend Reload — 50% up to $700 + 50 Free Spins
- Weekly Reload — 50 Free Spins
- Live Cashback — 25% up to $200
- Weekly Cashback — 15% up to $3000 (based on VIP level)
This is a decent set of bonuses, although they’re still undermined by the general bonus terms and high wagering requirements. The cashback is a bit better in terms of wagering as it only needs to be wagered once, but otherwise, it’s the same old story.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Spinsy has a progressive VIP program, and if you’ve read any of our other NovaForge reviews, you know what it’s about: 5 levels, underwhelming benefits, and no transparency as to how leveling actually works.
When you level up, you get progressively higher withdrawal limits, a personal manager, cashback, and supposedly exclusive bonus offers. These are nothing special as far as VIP programs go, as many casinos have progressive schemes with unique milestone rewards.
More importantly, VIP level resets automatically if you go more than a month without placing bets, and that hardly rewards long-term loyalty. More importantly, it discourages responsible play, since it effectively holds your high-level benefits hostage to discourage you from ever taking a break for more than a month.
Banking & Payment Methods
You’ll find a broad range of payment options at Spinsy, and it’s one of the casinos strongest suits. For traditional payment methods, there’s Visa, MasterCard, Rapid Transfer, Revolut, Neosurf, PaysafeCard, Skrill, Neteller, Interac, CashtoCode, Jeton, MiFinity, and some more region-specific options, adding up to almost 30 deposit methods in total.
For those who prefer crypto, there’s Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, Ethereum, XRP, USD Coin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Cardano. This is a solid lineup, though some prominent altcoins are missing (Solana anyone?), so you may want to check out some other crypto casinos if you find the selection here is lacking.
Adding everything up, there’s over 20 fee-free withdrawal methods, which is great variety. Sadly, Spinsy doesn’t offer the fastest withdrawals, as some withdrawal methods can take as long as two weeks to process. Delayed withdrawals also seem to be among the most common complaints about Spinsy and its sister casinos. Withdrawal limits are also quite disappointing, as they’re set at only $500 per day and $7000 per month for non-VIP members.
Finally, there’s KYC. According to Spinsy support, KYC isn’t mandatory before withdrawals, as the process is left solely to their discretion. In fact, they don’t even let you start the KYC process yourself. Many players prefer to do this ASAP on their own time, as some casinos really like to leave the verification for when you make your first withdrawal, then drag it out to encourage you to keep playing, or outright find an excuse to not pay you. Just saying.
Responsible Gambling
Like every other NovaForge casino we reviewed, Spinsy’s responsible gaming policy starts off good, with a set of useful tips that can help new players get a good idea what it means to play responsibly, complete with links to support organizations.
Then, you get to the punchline and realize it’s just a bad joke: their self-exclusion policy explicitly states they don’t guarantee you’ll be excluded from playing at their casino, and if you successfully bypass self-exclusion, they won’t be held responsible for your financial losses. In other words, they’ll reserve the right to keep your money if they catch you bypassing self-exclusion.
Customer Support at Spinsy
The support at this casino is available via live chat or email, with varying response times. The live chat seems fairly busy, as we encountered wait queues even outside peak hours, while email responses can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days.
Your experience with Spinsy’s support may vary, as the agents we talked to cover the whole spectrum: from friendly ones that went out of their way to answer questions thoroughly, to those who seemed like they’d rather blow us off and go do something else.
Apart from that, Spinsy has a reasonably comprehensive Help Centre that you can check out and potentially solve problems yourself. There are several subcategories for different issues, such as withdrawals, deposits, bonuses, etc.

Spinsy Casino Experience and Features
Spinsy has a somewhat abstract steampunky theme going on, and the first thing you’re greeted with on the site is a spinning six-sided die, sitting at the centre of several spinning rings (biblically accurate gambling, anyone?). The casino is predominantly black and gold, giving it a bit of a luxurious edge while maintaining a low-key edge that leaves enough rooms for games to stick out.
The site itself is functional, with all important sections of the casino found in the collapsible side bar on the right: promotions, slots, live games, VIP level, and more. The search function is a bit basic, however, and it could use some filters, especially since there are so few premade categories for slots.
Finally, the site works surprisingly well on mobile, as all graphics fit well on a small screen with no janky or overlapping elements. Most of the games we tested display properly, but as usual, the ones that aren’t optimized for phones will likely need to be played in landscape mode but that’s about it
Brand games
Spinsy Casino Game Providers
One of the main things that sticks out about this online casino is its sheer selection of providers. There’s well over 100 companies on the site, and you’ll find all the familiar industry-leading brands: Pragmatic Play, Playtech, NetEnt, Spinomenal, and many others. Needless to say, this kind of variety also means you’re more likely to find something new from a smaller provider, and that’s also a good thing.
Spinsy Slots
Spinsy has a great collection that covers thousands of slots. There’s separate categories to help with browsing, such as new games and popular titles, making it easy to find something to play. Browsing games by type is far from ideal though, as you’ll only find categories for slots and table games, with no subcategories for different types of slot games.
Live Casino
The live dealer game section at Spinsy was a pleasant surprise, with subcategories for different types of live titles available on the site: roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat, dice games, game shows, and more. There’s even a separate section for international table, which is bound to appeal to a lot of players around the world who’d prefer to play in their native language. Overall, the selection of games here looks good, with a bunch of variants to choose from.
About the Spinsy Team and History
Spinsy is a relatively new casino, having launched in 2024. That said, there isn’t much history to go over for the casino itself, but quite a lot for the operator and some of its sister casinos. Namely, Spinsy is operated by NovaForge Ltd, a company with ties to the infamous Rabidi N.V. It seems most of the former Rabidi brands have fallen in line, though, but it still warrants caution — especially with all their dubious policies.
The company currently operates with an Anjouan license (no. ALSI-152406028-FI2), which is among the weakest licenses in the industry. They even went out of their way to hide their licensing info up until recently, for whatever reason.
Complaints and Track Record
We’ve had one complaint about Spinsy in late 2024, when they ignored a complaint from a player who had difficulty withdrawing their money. This is consistent with other NovaForge sites, as they all seem to have same old difficulties: delayed withdrawals, KYC troubles, bonus problems, all the stuff that always stands out when we go over any NovaForge site.
For now, Spinsy has received a Casinomeister Warning, and we must recommend caution to anyone who decides to play here.
