Spinfest Casino Review
Great selection of payment methods and over 100 game providers
Casinomeister's Verdict
Spinfest is an online casino with a refreshing design, functional layout, a great selection of payment methods, and its highlight is definitely its varied selection of games from over 100 providers. However, it is undermined by bad bonus terms, extremely restrictive withdrawal limits, and a complete lack of proper responsible gaming tools.
Moreover, Spinfest is owned and operated by NovaForge Ltd, a company that seems to have “inherited” a number of brands from the infamous Rabidi group. There’s plenty of complaints floating around the web, although they mostly seem to be routine stuff that gets resolved without much issue. Still, it’s understandable if this puts players off.
That said, we must recommend caution to anyone who decides to play at Spinfest, at least until they’ve had more time to fully shed dubious Rabidi practices and establish a solid reputation for themselves.

Good selection of fiat and crypto payment methods
From the Desk of Max Drayman
This online casino is in very much the same boat as previous Rabidi/NovaForge casinos: no immediate record in our Player Arbitration (PAB) service but a consistent record of player difficulties with sister casinos; licensing appears to be Anjouan but no mention of that in public; sister casinos within the Rabidi group — now rebranded to NovaForge — have been through the complaints process at Casinomeister and not done well, largely for ignoring player complaints. It remains to be seen if they’ll change their ways, so be aware of the issues and exercise caution if you choose to play here.
First Impression
Spinfest is a bright online casino with a fresh tropical theme. Despite the flashy design, it never feels outright overwhelming, though some users may find it a bit too much at times. Despite this, the site is neatly organized and easy to navigate, and all the important sections are easily accessible from the sidebar or your account page. The mobile app also works quite well and we were happy to see a broad selection of games and payment methods on the site.
However, something else that stuck out was the fact the casino hides its licensing information, even going as far as to lie about that information being confidential. This is nothing new, as we’ve seen most NovaForge casinos do this, almost as if they’d rather have people think they’re unlicensed than share their actual license (Anjouan, ALSI-152406028-FI2). Granted, it is one of the weakest in the industry, but any license is better than no license.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
You’ll find several bonuses at Spinfest casino, including a welcome offer, weekly reloads and cashback, a tiered loyalty program, and even a bonus shop.
Spinfest Welcome Bonus
The Spinfest welcome offer seems decent at a glance: a 100% match up to $500 + 200 Free Spins.
This looks like a solid offer, until you get to the wagering requirements: 35x the bonus + deposit amount, and 40x on the free spins. Needless to say, having to wager your deposit a total of 70 times is not a good deal (putting it mildly), and it’s significantly higher than what you’ll find at most online casinos.
On top of that, NovaForge casinos always have some dubious bonus terms that are wide open for exploitation, such as the ones that brand low risk bets as “bonus abuse.” It seems like they want to give themselves as many excuses to deny your winnings as they can, and we found a number of complaints about sister casinos trying to do just that. Something to keep in mind if you decide to claim this bonus or any other bonus they offer.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
At the moment, Spinfest doesn’t offer any no deposit bonuses, although they do offer free spins, reloads, and cashback.
Some of the bonuses you can claim at the time of writing include:
- Weekly Reload — 50 free spins
- Weekend Reload — 50% up to $700 + 50 free spins
- Weekly Cashback — 15% up to $3000 (VIP members only)
- Live Cashback — 25% up to $200
In addition to this, Spinfest organizes regular promotions and tournaments, but keep in mind that the same general bonus terms apply, and they’re not great. As always, be sure to carefully read the terms if you want to claim any bonuses on the site.
If these offers don’t strike your fancy, you might want to take a look at some other online casino bonuses.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Like many of its sister casinos, Spinfest has a tiered VIP program. Players start at level 1 and can go up to level 5, unlocking several benefits along the way: personalized bonuses, exclusive cashback, increased withdrawal limits, and a personal account manager.
These things all look decent on paper but sadly mean very little since the leveling dynamics are non-transparent. In other words, you have to shovel money their way and, eventually, they’ll give you these benefits when they feel like it.
There are many online casinos with more fleshed out loyalty programs that offer various rewards and bonuses, and they’re completely transparent, so you know exactly how much you need to play to get different benefits. Until Spinfest boosts their rewards and stops pretending to have some arcane algorithm that calculates your points based on “activity and deposits,” this loyalty program is just a nothingburger.
On top of this, there’s also a bonus shop where players can buy bonus money, free spins, and free bets using “Coins.” These are awarded at a rate of 1 per $100 wagered, so most of the items in the shops are quite expensive. For reference, $5 bonus money requires players to wager $5,000, and these are subject to a x40 wagering requirement, so nothing to get excited about really.
Banking & Payment Methods
Spinfest has a great selection of payment methods on the site, with over 20 options available, depending on your location. Players who prefer fiat currencies can use VISA, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, PaysafeCard, Cash2Code, Jeton, MiFinity, Interac, and more.
Meanwhile, those who prefer playing using cryptocurrencies, Spinfest supports Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, Ripple, USDCoin, Dogecoin, and Cardano. This is a good selection, but not spectacular, as some of the leading crypto casinos commonly have even more altcoins on offer.
All deposit methods are free-free, minimum deposits range from $20 to $30 depending on payment method, and it’s worth noting Skrill and Neteller are excluded from bonuses, as they often are.
Spinfest Withdrawal Speed
The casino doesn’t offer fast withdrawals, as they can take up to 3 business days to process withdrawal requests. On the bright side, you might have access to upward of 20 withdrawal methods, depending on your location.
Another thing to note is that Spinfest has some disappointing withdrawal limits: $500 per day and $7,000 per month for non-VIP players. This is extremely low, and they’re unlikely to increase since higher withdrawal limits are part of the “VIP benefits.”
Responsible Gaming
The responsible gaming section at Spinfest is about what you’d expect. They give you a rundown of what responsible gaming is, a checklist to see if you have a gambling problem, and links to several organizations that can help those who do.
The only responsible gaming tool available on the site is self-exclusion that can be requested via support, but it doesn’t really mean much since Spinfest walls itself off by saying it’s the players responsibility to “promise they won’t open other accounts.” Needless to say, this is another one in line of Spinfest’s dubious terms that seem set up for easy exploitation by the casino.
In summation, the casino seems to fulfill the bare basics of responsible gambling, but only on paper. Until they set up a proper self-exclusion policy, Spinfest effectively has no real responsible gaming tools. Customer Support at Spinfest
If you need to get in touch with support, you can do so via email or 24/7 live chat. We found both to be quite responsive, and agents were helpful with all inquiries we had — with the exception of those related to the casino’s ownership and licensing, which is where we were efficiently stonewalled and ignored after some aimless back and forth.
Additionally, there’s a surprisingly detailed self-help section, with several categories of FAQs that can help players figure out how to deal with a number of issues without the help of an agent: bonuses, withdrawals, deposits, verification, and more.

KYC
Spinfest’s KYC procedure is nothing new, as they require you to provide a personal ID, a proof of address, and proof of payment method before you can make withdrawals. What’s interesting is that Spinfest doesn’t allow players to complete account verification ahead of time, which is new even for NovaForge casinos. If you go to the verification page, you’re simply prompted to start playing.
Initially, it seemed like Spinfest allowed anonymous play under certain conditions, but support informed us that isn’t the case — verification is mandatory for everyone upon first withdrawal, but it can only be started after they request it.
This is problematic for a few reasons, mainly because it can be misleading and catch inexperienced players off-guard. Moreover, nobody likes having their winnings held hostage for up to 10 days while the casino verifies your documents. It’s a completely arbitrary policy that simply feels exploitative.
Spinfest Casino Experience and Features
Spinfest leans heavily into a tropical vibe, with a bright blue theme and lots of colorful graphics. There’s a lot of skeuomorphism going on, so the site does feel a bit overwhelming at times, though the overall experience doesn’t really suffer much because of it.
The casino is organized quite well, with a collapsible sidebar that offers quick access to all the key sections of the casino: slots, live games, sportsbook, promotions, tournaments, the bonus shop, and more. However, the main problem is that the detailed graphics can make the site feel quite oversaturated and difficult to skim.
Desktop and Mobile Gaming
If you’re primarily playing on mobile, you can use the Spinfest web app. It adapts the site to a mobile interface reasonably well, with virtually no clunk or jankiness. The graphics fit nicely and the games are easy to browse on a smaller screen, although there are no mobile-specific features meant to streamline the experience.
Many of the games we tested work perfectly on mobile, but as is usually the case, you may need to switch to landscape mode for those that aren’t optimized for smaller screens.
Brand games
Spinfest Casino Game Providers
The casino currently features over 100 game providers, and they even show how many games are available per provider. You’ll find all the established industry giants such as Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Spinomenal, Playtech, NetEnt, and others. And if you’re tired of the “tried-and-true” and want to try something new, there’s a lot of lesser-known casino software providers you can check out.
Spinfest Slots
When it comes to slots, Spinfest doesn’t disappoint — there are well over 8,000 slots on the site, so there’s no lack of diversity. The casino has separate sections for regular slots, megaways, jackpots, table games. On top of that, there are dedicated sections of new additions and the most popular games, so finding something to play is no hassle.
Live Casino
If you’re into live casino games, you’ll find the live casino section equally impressive. Browsing is a breeze thanks to a variety of different sections for popular games: blackjack, baccarat, roulette, dice, game shows, and poker. There’s a ton of variety and a good number of variants for each game, so fans of live dealer games are unlikely to be disappointed.
About the Spinfest Team and History
Spinfest is a relatively new casino launched in 2024, and is one of the many sites owned and operated by NovaForge Ltd and licensed by Anjouan Gaming (no. ALSI-152406028-FI2). If you’ve read some of our other NovaForge casino reviews, you’ll remember that they’re ridiculously secretive with any ownership or licensing information, and Spinfest is no different.
The casino doesn’t show any license certificate nor mention the operator, and any attempt at getting that info through support will result in prompt stonewalling via copy-pasted PR nonsense and ridiculous claims that an iGaming license is “confidential information.” Combined with the fact that NovaForge has connections to the infamous Rabidi group, players may be understandably reserved about playing here.
Complaints and Track Record
We’ve had no direct complaints against Spinfest so far, and we didn’t dig up any red flags on other complaints resolution services. There’s plenty of complaints with many of its sister casinos (literally hundreds overall), but surprisingly, there’s virtually none that are unresolved. Most of these have to do with delayed withdrawals and the casinos not respecting self-exclusion, but they get resolved one way or another. If you’re worried about complaints, one of our Accredited casinos may be a better fit.
