Given that it is a Dama NV property, that is entirely to be expected, as Dama has proven to be one of the most professionally run and reliable large-scale casino groups in the business. Our only concern with the Sensei.Game is that the Terms state that any disputes “shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in Cyprus.” This is overly restrictive, impractical, and pretty much pointless from a player’s perspective. The casino easily could, and most certainly should, name a publicly accessible ADR (Alternate Dispute Resolution) service: there are many and some of the best are free of charge for both player and casino.
