RollXO is a relatively new brand under Dama N.V., and there’s a lot to like about it: a diverse lineup of games from over 150 providers, a broad selection of both fiat and crypto payment options, lots of ongoing bonuses, fast withdrawals, and a helpful 24/7 live chat.

It’s not without its share of flaws, though, since most bonuses come with a 50x wagering requirement and the withdrawal limits are somewhat low for a casino that offers quadruple-digit deposit matches. On top of that, the responsible gaming features need more work, but that’s about it.

First Impression

RollXO is another relatively new casino established in 2024. This usually means a smaller footprint to judge them by, but considering they’re operated by Dama N.V., there are no concerns about the casino’s legitimacy. It holds a license from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (no. OGL/2023/174/0082), which isn’t exactly the best in the industry but still better than a number of other jurisdictions.

The site itself is quite sleek, modern, well-organized, and goes for the sort of “luxury” look with its predominantly black-and-gold color scheme. The aesthetic works quite well and seems to be reflected in their bonus offers, but more on that below.

The RollXO has a generous welcome package that consists of four separate deposit bonuses with matching offers and free spins:

These are decent matching offers with very high maximums that rival many high roller bonuses. Each deposit comes with a 50x wagering requirement, which is on the high side but not too bad. The main issue is that you only have 7 days to meet the wagering requirements, which may be short for anyone looking to take full advantage of the high match amounts.

The free spins are credited for Book of Cats (96.99% RTP) and Wild Cash x9990 (94.01% RTP) for the first and third deposit respectively. Both are high volatility slots from BGaming, they’re subject to the same wagering requirements with winnings capped at $1000, but they have to be wagered within 3 days.

As always, be sure to read the terms carefully if you claim any of these bonuses. Terms at Dama’s online casinos are usually straightforward, but there’s always restrictions that could apply.

No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers

RollXO doesn’t offer no deposit bonuses for the time being, but we’ll be sure to keep an eye out and update this section if they introduce any. On the upside, they do have a number of reload bonuses that include bonus money and free spins. At the time of writing, there are four reload bonuses players can claim:

This is a solid selection, and they all have the same wagering requirements as the welcome bonus. The main downside is that the free spins here are only available for Fruit Million, which has an underwhelming RTP at 94.53%.

The RollXO VIP program is transparent and structured into 25 levels. To level up, players need to accumulate “Complimentary Points” (CPs), which are awarded at a rate of 1 per $5 wagered on slots. For the first 9 levels, players get rewards in the forms of bonus cash and free spins. At level 10, they get access to VIP benefits that include a personal account manager, expedited withdrawals, VIP-only tournaments, and exclusive bonuses. The CP costs for leveling can get quite high as you move up, but that’s nothing new.

An extra benefit here is that you also get “Redeemable Complimentary Points” (RCPs) for every $10 wagered, and these can be exchanged in the points shop for free spins, bonus cash, annual subscriptions for various services (Spotify, Netflix, etc.), as well as physical rewards in the form of iPhones, MacBooks, and gaming consoles.

All things considered, it’s an interesting setup. It has decent rewards in the lower levels but the high-level benefits will only count for players who really stick with RollXO long-term.

There’s a comprehensive selection of payment options at RollXO Casino, and they support both traditional and crypto payment methods.

RollXO Casino Withdrawal Speed

If fast withdrawals are high on our priority list, you’ll be pleased to know that RollXO processes all withdrawals within 24 hours, though card and bank withdrawals can take a few days, as usual. There’s over 20 withdrawal methods in total, but as before, keep in mind that they might not all be available.

Something else worth noting is that RollXO has weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, set at $3000 and $15000, respectively. This isn’t too bad overall, but is quite low for a casino with such high matching offers, so it might put some players off. The limit is a bit higher for VIP members, set at $5000/$20,000, which is still not great but still a step up if you’re a returning player.

Responsible Gaming

Sadly, the responsible gaming features at RollXO are very bare-bones. The responsible gaming page on the site is a grand total of one paragraph explaining the concept, followed by links to several external organizations that can help those struggling with addiction.

There is technically a self-exclusion feature and limits, but it’s not mentioned anywhere on the site, and you wouldn’t know it’s an option unless you asked support about it. This stands in very stark contrast to some other Dama properties that go out of their way to provide a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools, so I hope RollXO will fix this in the future.

If you need to reach RollXO Casino support, you can do so via email or 24/7 live chat. Expectedly, email responses take a few hours, and the live chat is a much faster way to get your issues sorted, and it’s available in English and German.

The live chat starts with a bot that walks you through some common issues you might encounter, and if that doesn’t answer your question, you’re patched through to an agent. Every time I reached out, agents were helpful and thorough with their answers, I never got any wrong info, so no complaints here. The queues did usually take a couple of minutes, but that’s as minor as inconveniences get, and it could just be a temporary situation.

KYC

RollXO has a KYC verification process in place, and it’s all run-of-the-mill stuff. To verify their account, players need to submit a personal ID (passport, driver’s license, or other government-issued ID), a proof of address (utility bills, bank statement), and proof of payment (screenshot showing your deposit from your chosen payment method).

The process doesn’t start automatically upon registration and is left to the casino’s discretion. That said, it’s best to take care of it in advance through the Verification tab on your account page, just to avoid the inconvenience of having your first withdrawal request put on hold.

The casino offers a fairly good user experience from start to finish. The design is quite clean with very little clutter, the site is divided into clear categories, and pretty much all the important stuff is packed neatly into the sidebar.

As mentioned above, searching and filtering games is very convenient — you can view games by provider, features, and themes. There’s also the option to view games you’ve played recently and bookmark your favorites.

Desktop and Mobile Gaming

RollXO Casino offers a great mobile gaming experience, as the site is adapted very well to mobile browsers. The bottom bar provides shortcuts to the most important parts of the casino, the UI fits perfectly, and it all works smoothly. All the games I tested function as intended, though you may need to switch to landscape mode for some providers.

One of the more surprising things about RollXO is that it does actually have a dedicated mobile app for Android, and you can install it by downloading the .apk from the site. They also advertise an iOS app which doesn’t seem to actually exist, and the installation guide for it is obviously just walking you through the process of making a browser shortcut on your home screen, so I have no idea what that’s about.

Either way, the mobile version of the site works as well as you can expect, so all good on that front.
