You’ll doubtless find yourself captivated by the design of this online casino, just as we were when first visiting. The theme that it uses and builds upon – following a rock band around on tour and gaining achievements as you go – is fantastic. It further enhances the experience with a huge number of games to play, inviting promotions, and top-quality customer support.
There are issues that stand out for us as well, though. Operator GBL Solutions N.V. hasn’t got the best track record in years past. Complaints have risen to the surface over lack of responding to complaints and non-payment of winnings at its sister sites. That’s enough to make us tread cautiously at Rolling Slots.
Alongside that, there are no tools for organising the games in the lobby, while the short 5-day period to complete bonus wagering in is limiting, too.

While our experience with RollingSlots directly hasn’t been troublesome — one case a couple years ago — recent events with a sister casino haven’t been encouraging. They ignored the player’s case for weeks and were only moved to respond when I mentioned that we post Warnings against casinos that ignore player complaints. That case is ongoing so the conclusion there is TBD which only leaves me to repeat what we’ve previously said about GlitchSpin, another casino in the GBL group: “we’d advise EXTREME caution if this place is where you feel you gotta spend your money.”

One of the most inviting sections of Rolling Slots is its promotions area. Newcomers can claim a welcome package, while there is also a high roller bonus, cashback bonus, weekly bonus and something for the weekend, too.
Something else to consider is the Rolling Slots Telegram channel. Through it, you can be one of the first to know about any major bonuses and special offers.
Rolling Slots Welcome Bonus
To welcome you to the site, Rolling Slots offers a welcome package. This spreads out across your first four deposits, awarding up to €2,600 and 260 free spins.
For your first deposit, there is a 100% welcome bonus up to €500 for a minimum deposit of €20. Make a deposit of at least €50 and you’ll receive 100 free spins alongside. Those free spins come in batches of 50 per day for two days, though there is little insight into which slot machine(s) they are usable on.
You must start using the bonus within 48 hours of receiving it, and the bonus funds also come with a 5-day expiration period, so you must also complete the 45x wagering requirement quickly. Compared to some other casinos, five days is a very short wagering period, especially if you made a larger deposit.
It’s also important to note that limits are in place on how much you can withdraw in winnings from the use of bonus funds. This cannot be more than 10x your deposited amount for bonus funds or over €100 for free spins wins.
On a final note, there is a vast range of games you cannot play with bonus funds. Be sure to read the Bonus T&Cs carefully to make sure nothing slips by.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
Rolling Slots doesn’t have any no-deposit bonuses at the time of writing, though you might run into some as part of during limited promotions, seasonal promos, or loyalty program rewards.
Free spins exist within various promotions, though. They’re very common on the site’s Bonus Map, where you can find new bonuses for each day during the month. You’ll find some matching offers too, and the map accounts for the bulk of bonus diversity on the site.
Apart from this, there’s weekly cashback up to 10%, a 30% reload bonus on Wednesdays, and a 50% reload bonus for weekend deposits. Overall, it makes for a great variety, though we would’ve liked to see lower wagering on the cashback.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
The loyalty program at Rolling Slots has some neat benefits, including free spins on level-up, a personal account manager, exclusive bonuses, and better rates on loyalty points for the bonus shop. There are five levels players can progress through, though the casino doesn’t share how much you need to wager to get to each level.
That said, the value offered here is quite dubious, especially since the bonus shop items you buy with loyalty points are also subject to wagering requirements. Many online casinos we reviewed offer more transparency and more value with their VIP programs, so be sure to check out some alternatives if you’re looking for a place to play long-term.

All this adds up to well over 20 deposit methods, though they might not all be available, depending on your region. The minimum deposit amounts start at €5 to €20, depending on which method you choose, and transaction limits can go as high as €10,000 via direct bank transfer.
Most of the payment methods are available for withdrawals, there’s a €10,000 monthly limit, as well as mandatory KYC. To verify your account, you’ll need to submit a personal ID, a proof of deposit, and a proof of address.
On a final note, every deposit must be wagered at least 3 times, otherwise the casino reserves the right to charge a 15% commission. Most casinos require you to wager your deposit at least once as part of their AML policy, but having to do it 3 times is just excessive.

The casino doesn’t highlight any tools for setting deposit limits, betting limits, loss limits or anything similar, and we didn’t find any in the account settings. These are always good to have, so it was a bit disappointing to find them lacking.
Customer Support at Rolling Slots
There is an FAQ section at the casino, which features 14 questions and their answers. That’s not altogether so extensive, so the likelihood is that you’ll need to contact customer support if you run into any issues.
The quickest way to achieve this, according to the casino, is via live chat. When we spoke to the support agents, responses were relatively quick, though they did seem copied and pasted. However, the replies were relevant to what we asked, and the information came in a pleasant and professional manner.
You can also email the customer support team, which is possible through the form on the Contact Us section of the website or email them directly. Replies should come within 24 hours through this method. It’s the slower option, but potentially preferable if you don’t want to wait in queues or simply don’t have an urgent issue.

The theme that the Rolling Slots site features as its basis is fantastic. Music is a universal thing, so anyone can appreciate the general website design, which takes you into the world of a touring rock band. This theme is consistent throughout the site, bringing an extra impact to the Achievements and Bonus Map features.
We’ve already highlighted the downside of the game lobby already, which could use some extra filtering and sorting tools. But even with this being the case, navigating around Rolling Slots is a simple affair.
If you prefer mobile, the site works well on a phone too. It may feel crowded at times due to the bombastic graphics, but it’s easy to navigate and all the games we tested worked well. As always, some developers just don’t optimize their games for mobile, but that’s hardly the casino’s fault.

What’s more, they’re all available to play in demo mode, which is ideal for newcomers and those looking to try them out risk-free.
Live Casino
As with the slot games, the live casino section doesn’t have much organisation behind it. Titles from brands like Evolution, Pragmatic Live, Ezugi, and others are present, but you’ll only find subcategories for blackjack, poker, and roulette. Outside of that bit of lackluster UX, the variety and quality in this section are both great, with different game variants and even tables in other languages.
About the Rolling Slots Team and History
The operator behind Rolling Slots is GBL Solutions N.V. The company is registered and established under the laws of Curacao, holding licence number OGL/2024/589/0556 from the Curacao Gaming Control Board. This casino was established in 2021, though the operator runs several sister casino sites.
Unfortunately, GBL Solutions N.V. doesn’t have the best track record judging by complaints regarding some of those sister sites. While those complaints aren’t particularly recent, it’s difficult to ignore issues like refused payouts.
Complaints and Track Record
We haven’t had much trouble with Rolling Slots directly, with only one minor complaint a while back. However, we did run into an issue with one of its sister casinos that ignored a complaint and was only moved to action when a Casinomeister Warning was mentioned. The case in question is still ongoing at the time of writing, but their overall approach to the complaints process is hardly encouraging.
We also found a fair number of complaints on other services, and they seem to mostly revolve around verification and withdrawal issues. On the somewhat dubious bright side, these complaints appear to get resolved one way or another, but caution is nonetheless advised.
