Ok, let’s get straight to the point: how is a casino claiming to be licensed in Costa Rica supposedly “governed by the Laws of Curaçao” but any court action is to be resolved “in accordance with the laws of England and Wales”? Is that even possible? Or is it just some random nonsense posted on the casino’s site to confuse the innocent and unwary? My guess would be the latter. In any case we have no direct experience with RakeBit, nothing of consequence with their sister casino Gamix, and only what we see on their site to go by. Frankly it looks a bit of a mess to me but it’s your money at stake so proceed at your own risk.
First Impression
Once you hit RakeBit’s homepage, you’ll be instantly drawn into their flashy, neon-charged vibe. Not exactly your old-school, classic casino experience, but some people like it, and we’re not the ones to judge.
Their license is not exactly spelled out right there on the homepage, so we had to dig a bit deeper to find out they hold a Costa Rica license. A fairly loose jurisdiction, but it’s not the first time we see it.

While the wagering requirements are definitely fair, such a low max cashout is nowhere near the best in its category — especially if you’re aiming for big withdrawals. Plus, having to bet 2,500 USDT just to clear 100 USDT in winnings feels like a high effort low reward scenario.

At face value, it seems like RakeBit has devised a 21-tiered VIP program, but it’s technically a 5-step ladder since several levels offer identical prizes.
There’s cashback, mini-games, level-up bonuses, secret prizes, and ‘other undisclosed boosts,’ as they say. Why all the mystery? It beats us.
To join their RakeBit VIP Club, or ‘receive an exclusive invitation’ as they say, you’ll need to make a minimum 1000 USDT deposit in one day. Although we’ve been around the block, and most terms don’t shock us anymore, giving perks based on massive deposits instead of loyalty is far from player-friendly behavior.
If you’re a high-roller who always makes large deposits, we’d say this could give you a bang for your buck, but for everyone else, the deal is questionable at best.
Banking & Payment Methods
Since RakeBit is essentially a crypto casino, you don’t get many payment options here. The usual fiat processors are missing, so you’ll see nothing but Tether, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Solana, Ethereum, and such.
The minimum deposit largely depends on the crypto option you go with, varying from 0.00007 BTC to 4 CORE.
Withdrawal Speed
Once you’re ready to cash out, at RakeBit casino you’ll be able to withdraw your winnings using the same method you’ve used for deposits.

Then, once you do finally get connected to a customer support representative, you may need to go back and forth with them until you get the answer you need. In theory, you could trigger the identity check process at Rakebit if you deposit less than $2,000. Their customer support, though, states that players don’t need to provide any information to start playing or making withdrawals.
Since this strange wording can sometimes mean that they could delay or reject your withdrawals at any time by requesting verification out of nowhere, we recommend uploading your documents right away.
You’ll need to provide a copy of your passport or ID and a clear photo of yourself.
The tricky part is that you can’t just upload these documents directly — you’ll have to reach out to customer support to get a link for the KYC process. With all these loopholes at play, it all points to one thing — if verifying your identity is this tricky, it’s probably not by accident.
