At Casinomeister, we’ve been an advocate of fair play since 1998 so you can rest assured we don’t endorse just anyone. Casinomeister's Verdict

Queen’s Bingo’s one of the newer sites to have entered the market, launching in 2025. The site runs on Playtech’s bingo platform, which also powers sites like Gala Bingo, Betfred, and Paddy Power, giving players access to 14 multiplayer rooms and shared prize pools. You’ll also find just over 5,000 games in the library from over 90 software providers, and several free spins promos if you’re playing from Europe.

Despite Queen’s Bingo’s fresh inception, it still follows the carbon copy layout and template of all ProgressPlay sites. Yet again, nothing new or inventive, just the same cut-and-paste procedure.

The payout process is painfully slow, though, so expect to wait several days to receive any winnings. The payments team is away over the weekends as well, so keep this in mind.

Holding well-respected UKGC and MGA casino licenses, you shouldn’t run into any major issues at Queen’s Bingo. Nevertheless, we’re never too hot on any ProgressPlay casino, and this one, as expected, does an ok job without being a top site.

Worth noting: ProgressPlay was fined £1 million by the UKGC in August 2025, marking the second enforcement action in three years for AML and social responsibility failures across its network.

No record of problems at Casinomeister, which is always a good sign, even from a new casino.

As per the other ProgressPlay/Maxi Affiliates sites, licensing is good, UKGC and Malta. Self-exclusion policy looks robust and fit for purpose. The complaints procedure is good and backed by eCOGRA, which is one of the better ADRs in the business. From our perspective, that all means “two thumbs-up.”

    Pros

    • UKGC & MGA-licensed casino

    • Bingo-specific promos

    • 90+ software providers

    Cons

    • Slow payout speeds

    • Withdrawal fees

    • Low withdrawal limits for non-UK players

Queen’s Bingo Casino Bonuses and Promotions

The bulk of the casino bonuses at Queen’s Bingo are centered around bingo if you’re in the UK. It’s the main event, not just another category tacked onto an online casino. There’s a dedicated bingo bonus you can access on your first deposit, followed by several reload bonuses and prize pools. Bingo bonuses come with fair wagering requirements between 4x and 10x.

European players, on the other hand, get a series of free spins promos to choose from, as well as deposit match bonuses. They look decent value on the surface, but the 50x wagering requirements definitely diminish their quality.

    VIP and Loyalty Programs

We wouldn’t say that you get treated like royalty by the Queen’s Bingo’s rewards program. Sure, you can get a few extras in the rewards store, such as free spins and some bonus funds, but you need to complete several missions and progress through the levels before you can receive points.

So no, it’s not exactly the standard VIP scheme that you see at top casinos. There are some rewards there, but you’ll just have to temper your expectations.

    Banking & Payment Methods

You can use the typical payment options at Queen’s Bingo, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Neosurf, AstroPay, Interact, Much Better, and Trustly. Perks if you’re from Finland, as you don’t even need to sign up for an account if you’re using Trustly. There’s also a variety of crypto banking options, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USD Coin, for those outside of the UK.

There are some rather tight withdrawal limits in place at Queen’s Bingo for non-UK players. They’re set at €3,000/week and €6,000/month, which is far from ideal. Those in the UK do not have any limits in place, but Queen’s Bingo is forced to do this as per UKGC regulations.

The 1% withdrawal fees up to £3 seem quite low at first glance. However, we’ve got every right to have a moan about this since the majority of casinos will offer this service for free.

Payout speeds are noticeably slow. E-wallets take up to five days, card and bank withdrawals up to ten. The minimum withdrawal sits at £5.

As for the KYC process at Queen’s Bingo, you’ll need to go through it either before they let you play (if you’re in the UK) or prior to trying to cash out. From what we’ve seen, it’s more or less a standard procedure, and at least they don’t expect you to handle everything through customer support.

    Responsible Gaming

There’s not too much to fault in the responsible gaming area at Queen’s Bingo. That’s what you’d expect at a casino that’s operating with UKGC and MGA licenses. You can set your own limits at any time with ease in the Play Responsibly section, including deposit, wager, and loss limits.

Queen’s Bingo also makes it simple to set reality checks, session limits, and self-exclusion periods. They’re doing things properly here, which is good to see, and is exactly why UKGC and MGA-licensed casinos score well based on our casino rating system.

Customer Support at Queen’s Bingo Casino

Once you’ve logged into your account, the support icon becomes visible in the bottom-right corner of the page. Here, you can get access to the list of FAQs and the 24/7 live chat.

Just like the rest of the casino, the customer support options are decent enough. Everything’s there, just never executed to a high standard.

Fin The Bot is Progress Play’s AI chatbot that greets you across every brand. Test it on a few questions, and if you can’t get any help, you can get through to a real-life agent relatively quickly.

Email support is available as well if you need it, but we recommend sticking to the FAQs and live chat, unless you’re prepared to wait around a while for help.

Queen’s Bingo Casino Experience and Features

The only genuine difference at Queen’s Bingo compared to other ProgressPlay sites is that it provides bingo rooms for UK players. Other than that, it’s the same operation across all the other casinos under the same roof: same menu layout and navigation, just with a purple color scheme.

That means there’s nothing particularly ingenious going on here. ProgressPlay sets the bar relatively low across its sites. Not many serious issues, yet it lacks any cutting edge to separate it from the thousands of options out there.

Our usual complaint regarding the convoluted filtering system stands firm again at this casino. There are a few different categories you can browse through, but otherwise, you’ll need to spend some time picking out your favorites.

The same goes for the mobile experience, which comes with the same usability limitations: it’s good enough to use without being exceptional. The site is easily accessible on a mobile browser without the need to download an app.

    Brand games

    Game Providers

Queen’s Bingo works with over 90 software developers, including Play’n Go, NetEnt, and Microgaming, alongside Playtech, which provides the bingo infrastructure. The bingo section features branded rooms you’ll recognize, such as Deal or No Deal Bingo, Rainbow Riches Bingo, and Fluffy Favourites Bingo. The Playtech connection means Queen’s Bingo shares rooms and prize pools with some of the bigger names in the UK bingo market.

The bingo options are at the forefront of the UK version of the site. For non-UK players, there’s not even a bingo section, and the layout follows the usual formula at all other ProgressPlay online casinos. There are bingo options available for the rest of the world, but you’ll just have to search for them manually.

    Queen’s Bingo Casino Slots

There is a healthy selection of just over 4,300 slots available at Queen’s Bingo. You’ll be able to play top titles, too, including Starburst, Book of Dead, and several games from the Big Bass series. Like with all ProgressPlay-operated sites, the filtering system is far from decent. They take the lazy approach regarding usability when a simple fix would make things a lot easier.

    Live Casino

The live casino section is always difficult to find at ProgressPlay sites, but it is there. You just have to dig a little deeper for it. Quite odd that they make it so hard to locate, but there you go. They stock live bingo rooms, too, giving you a more authentic bingo experience. Other live dealer titles include Baccarat, Roulette, Poker, and Blackjack.

About the Queen’s Bingo Casino Team and History

ProgressPlay Limited is the operator behind a ton of online casinos, including Queen’s Bingo. They’re a Maltese-based company licensed and regulated by two of the most reputable regulators in the world, the UKGC and the MGA.

Despite those well-respected licenses, ProgressPlay has actually been fined a couple of times in the past by the UKGC due to social responsibility and anti-money laundering failings. Something to take note of, but they still hold these coveted licenses. It’s totally understandable if those penalties put you off, so it could be worth checking out our list of certified casinos instead.

    Complaints and Track Record

Our No. 1 priority is to check our complaints list before even getting near to writing our online gambling reviews. The good news is that Queen’s Bingo has yet to feature in any of our complaints lists, but that’s to be expected given it only launched last year.

Owner ProgressPlay frequently gets mentioned in our forums due to the sheer number of sites they have on the market. The general feedback is that there are better-run casinos out there.
