PricedUp Casino Review

UKGC-licensed casino and sportsbook with a clean track record

Casinomeister’s Verdict

PricedUp is heavily oriented towards sports betting, but the casino section doesn’t really suffer for it. The game library is fairly diverse for a UK casino, and we were impressed both by their support team and the responsible gambling tools.

The biggest disappointment had to be the slow withdrawal speeds and limited payment options, as the casino only supports payments via bank transfers and debit cards. Also, there are only a few bonuses available right now, which might disappoint some players.

Overall, PricedUp comes across as a safe and legitimate casino, and if players encounter any issues, we don’t doubt they’ll be handled appropriately. See our full PricedUp casino review below for more.

From the Desk of Max Drayman

There is very little record of issues on Casinomeister — a single self-exclusion issue from a couple years ago — which is obviously a good start. Licensing is UKGC which is about as good as it gets. Their Complaints process names IBAS as their ADR which, again, is hard to beat. The Self-Exclusion process appears to be thorough and robust though we have no direct evidence to verify that. All in all pricedup.bet looks like a professional operation with no outstanding issues that should or would trouble prospective players: thumbs-up!

Pros

  • Pros Decent game variety + sportsbook
  • Pros Highly responsive and helpful support
  • Pros Excellent responsible gambling tools

Cons

  • Cons Limited bonuses at the time of writing
  • Cons Generally slow withdrawals

PricedUp Bonuses and Promotions

At the time of writing, PricedUp has a few free spins bonuses, but that’s about it as far as casino bonuses go at the moment. It’s nothing jaw-dropping, but we didn’t expect to find much so soon after the new UKGC-imposed limitation on bonus wagering.

VIP and Loyalty Programs

Sadly, PricedUp Casino doesn’t have any kind of loyalty program to reward long-term players. If you prefer to play at casinos that offer such incentives, best check out some of our other casino reviews

Banking & Payment Methods

The payment methods at PricedUp are quite limited, as the casino only supports debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro), Apple Pay, and bank transfers. We were hoping to at least see some other established names such as Skrill or Trustly, but it is what it is.

With the above said, bank and card withdrawals are your only options, which means cashouts are going to be painfully slow. With no weekend withdrawals, the process could take up to a week. On the bright side, there are no withdrawal limits, but that’s thanks to UKGC regulation rather than the casino management.

Speaking of UKGC regulation, keep in mind you’ll have to verify your account before you can start playing. You’ll have to provide a personal ID as proof of identity and a proof of address (usually a utility bill).

Responsible Gambling

When it comes to responsible gambling, PricedUp lives up to our and the Gambling Commission’s expectations: you’re prompted to set deposit limits and activate reality checks immediately upon signing up, which is a good start.

After you sign up, you have access to more tools explained on the casino’s Safer Gambling page: short-term breaks, self-exclusion, and even the option to selectively block specific gambling products while keeping other sections of the site open.

On top of this, the page offers important information that can help players gamble responsibly: tips for maintaining control and links to organizations that can help those who are facing a gambling problem, including GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous, and GamblingTherapy.org.

Customer Support at PricedUp

customer Support

PricedUp offers support via the usual channels: live chat and email. We found both to be quite responsive — we got connected to agents near instantly via live chat most of the time, and they responded to emails within 10-20 minutes, which is about as good as it gets. Moreover, we always got the info we asked for, so no complaints there either.

In case you can’t get in touch with support for whatever reason, there’s a decent FAQ section covering all sorts of potential player issues, including account and payment problems. Overall, we’re quite satisfied with the support offered here.

PricedUp Casino Experience and Features

PricedUp is not the prettiest online casino we’ve ever reviewed. The layout is a bit of a mess, as everything is stacked vertically: site categories, followed by promo thumbnails, followed by game categories. Meanwhile, a side bar on the right is dedicated exclusively to embedded YouTube content discussing sports. All in all, somewhat unintuitive and there’s a lot of space that could be used better.

There isn’t much in terms of practical features. The casino is organized reasonably well, but the search is basic with no useful filters — not that we expected to find any. On the bright side, the mobile version of the site is surprisingly smooth and easy to navigate, so that’s a plus for anyone who primarily plays on mobile.

Brand Games

PricedUp Casino Game Providers

Even though it’s primarily focused on sports betting, PricedUp still offers a decent lineup of 20-ish software providers. The selection is limited to established, known studios such as Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, and Relax Gaming. It should be a good enough selection for most players, but don’t expect to find any obscure gems.

PricedUp Slots

The slot games at PricedUp are organized quite well, with distinct categories for jackpots, megaways, Drops & Wins, and a bunch of other useful tabs that should make browsing easier. As mentioned above, it’s not the broadest selection, but it’s still varied enough to provide an engaging gaming experience.

Live Casino

PricedUp’s live casino is surprisingly well organized, given that Pragmatic Play Live is the only provider in this section. You’ll find blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and several game shows. Without Evolution, it’s a more limited selection compared to the competition, but one provider is better than none.

About the PricedUp Team and History

PricedUp is the only online casino and sportsbook operated by Off Course Bookmakers Limited, launched in 2024 under a license from the UK Gambling Commission (no. 001776). They also operate a land-based betting shop in Birmingham.

With no regulatory actions over the years and no other red flags, there’s no reason to suspect there’s anything shady going on here — even if the withdrawal speeds are on the level of your average cookie-cutter Anjouan site.

Complaints and Track Record

We have no alarming complaints about PricedUp on record, and there’s nothing of note on other public complaints services either. With a clear complaints policy and a designated ADR (IBAS), players should be able to get any issues sorted without much hassle.
