Panda Bingo was recently launched in 2025 and is licensed by the UKGC. You can tell that it’s a UK-only site due to its bingo focus. You’ll find around 35+ software providers, 15 different bingo rooms, and bingo-specific promos.
No table games or live dealer titles here, though, as it’s slots and bingo only. Certainly not a comprehensive casino site due to its limited offerings, and payouts aren’t particularly fast either. There’s no VIP program, so there are plenty of areas for Panda Bingo to improve.

We have no record of complaints with Panda Bingo which is no surprise given they’ve only launched in 2025. Licensing is UKGC which is excellent. Their self-exclusion process is not automatic, it requires a response from the casino staff that is promised within 24 hours. Obviously this is not ideal — automatic SE upon request is best — but it’s not terrible either. The Complaints process is industry-standard and backed by eCOGRA as the ADR if the player is unable to resolve the issue with the casino directly. It’s a new casino but the indications are all good: players should proceed with modest caution as with any new casino but there are no obvious reasons for concern.

No VIP program anywhere in sight at Panda Bingo, which is definitely a shame. It kinda makes sense, though, since most loyalty programs offer the biggest benefits to high rollers, and they typically play table games. Something not available at Panda Bingo.

Bear in mind that payout times are pretty slow, so if you’re looking for a fast withdrawal casino, Panda Bingo isn’t the one. E-wallets can take up to five days, while card withdrawals may not hit your account for up to seven. They’re the only payout options, too, so you’re fairly limited, but Panda Bingo didn’t come out of this situation unharmed, either. It’s a standard feature that you’ll find at most online casinos nowadays, so it’s far from being worthy of accolades.

Panda Bingo is operated by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited. The company has offices in Gibraltar and has held remote UKGC casino and bingo licenses since 2022. Panda Bingo is not the only Grace Media online casino, though. Several other sites and domains are under their umbrella.

We couldn’t find any mention of Panda Bingo in either of our forums or our complaints list. It’s still a new site, so that’ll explain why. That said, it’s positive there haven’t been any issues so far.
Owner Grace Media has been mentioned a few times regarding a few issues with payments and self-exclusion. It seems some players have tried to use sites on the same network, despite having previously self-excluded.
eCogra dismissed these claims, so it seems to have been a mistake on the player’s part.
Another thing to note is Panda Bingo’s policy regarding dormant accounts. They reserve the right to confiscate your entire balance if your account is inactive for 12-18 months.
