There were a lot of pleasant surprises we came across when reviewing OnlyWin: good terms on most bonuses, high withdrawal limits at $20,000 per week, a full set of responsible gaming tools, a responsive 24/7 live chat, and a very user-friendly UI.

Sadly, there are only 6 payment methods available at the time of writing, and the game selection is somewhat more limited than what we’re used to seeing. Moreover, OnlyWin has no sister casinos, so caution is justified until they establish a firm reputation. Still, given that no major red flags cropped in the 1+ year they’ve been active, it’s a good sign.

On the upside, OnlyWin is properly licensed and doesn’t have a bad record insofar as we know or can see. On the downside, their Complaints process is about as feeble as it gets: “we’ll decide”, they say, or the player can contact Curaçao licensing which simply means they’ll be told to “get a lawyer.” The casino needs to appoint an ADR if they expect to be taken seriously here. No known sister casino issues within the parent company — Goodfly N.V. — so that’s a draw. Overall we’d advise caution as there are no strong indications here, good or bad.

First Impression

OnlyWin doesn’t try to win anyone over with flashy graphics or attempts at reinventing the wheel. It has a simple and effective layout that makes navigation a breeze, though a lack of any prominent features does make it come across as somewhat cheap or forgettable at times. Nonetheless, as a casino that puts function before form, it succeeds at what it’s trying to do.

There’s a decent selection of games on the site, although the payment options are severely limited, with only 6 methods to choose from. Finally, something that stood out was the fact that OnlyWin is the only casino run by its operator (GoodFly N.V.). Combined with one of the weaker licenses in the industry (Curaçao Gaming Control Board, no.     OnlyWin has a progressive loyalty program that consists of 20 levels. As usual, players accumulate points by playing and placing bets, and earn rewards upon leveling up. 

    Now, what instantly sticks out is the rewards offered by the casino. It starts out small, with the usual rewards in the form of free spins, bonus money, cashback, and a personal account manager. On the last few levels, however, it gets quirky, with luxury trips to locations like Vegas and the Maldives, and even a Tesla Cybertruck at level 20. 

    All that aside, the program is undermined by the ever-present issue of non-transparent leveling. Sure, they tell you how many points you need for each level, but they don’t share how much a point is worth. The way it’s set up right now, you need to give them money, hope progression will be calculated fairly, and one day you’ll see those flashy rewards they’re promising. 

    Bottom line, it’s nice that they have a structured program, but don’t put too much stock into it unless they take a more transparent approach.

    Banking & Payment Methods

    The payment options are sadly limited at OnlyWin, and you can only make deposits via direct bank transfer, VISA, Mastercard, or MiFinity. A lack of popular eWallets such as Skrill and Neteller is surprising, to say the least.

    The casino is crypto-friendly, but only supports Bitcoin and Tether via the TRC-20 network. This is also extremely restrictive, as casinos normally support many leading cryptocurrencies, including Ethereum, Dogecoin, Ripple, and others.     Withdrawal Speed

    Withdrawals at OnlyWin are fast, as the casino aims to process requests within 24 hours, though the exact withdrawal times will depend on the method used. Bank transfers and cards tend to be the slowest and can take up to a week, while eWallets and crypto tend to be much faster.

    The withdrawal limits were also a pleasant surprise, as players can withdraw up to $5,000 per day, $20,000 per week, or $50,000 per month. On top of that, players can withdraw up to $500 without going through the KYC procedure, so the overall withdrawal terms look quite good. The main downsides are the limited selection of payment methods and the fact you have to play through your deposit 3 times before it can be withdrawn.

    The live chat opens up with a prompt to choose your language, with only one option (English) hidden in a menu you have to open manually. When you get past this weird bump, it’s all standard stuff — you can use a bot to get more info about specific subjects, or you can go straight to an agent. All the agents we talked to were friendly and met all expectations, and at no point did we get any conflicting information or felt like they were just trying to get rid of us.

    In addition to this, there’s also an extensive FAQ section that’s further split into relevant categories, such as questions you might have about your account, responsible gaming, deposits and withdrawals, etc. That said, things are about as good as it gets in terms of support.
