MrPacho is an interesting casino with a very unusual design, a great selection of games, plenty of deposit methods to choose from, 24/7 live support, and a respectable variety of ongoing bonuses and promotions that can keep players engaged.
However, MrPacho also has extremely high wagering requirements on their welcome bonus that will likely put many players off from the get-go (35x the deposit + bonus amount). Additionally, their withdrawal limits are quite restrictive, the withdrawals are slow, and there’s absolutely no meaningful responsible gaming tools on the site.

Great selection of slots and live games

Mr Pacho is in very much the same boat as previous Rabidi/NovaForge casinos: no immediate record in our Player Arbitration (PAB) service but a consistent record of player difficulties with sister casinos; licensing appears to be Anjouan but no mention of that in public; sister casinos within the Rabidi group — now rebranded to NovaForge — have been through the complaints process at Casinomeister and not done well, largely for ignoring player complaints. It remains to be seen if they’ll change their ways, so be aware of the issues and exercise caution if you choose to play here.
First Impression
MrPacho comes on strong with a bright, colorful theme and lots of cartoony characters. You’ll either love it or hate it, but it stands that the design choices make the site a bit overwhelming and difficult to skim. Immediately, you can see there are a lot of games and ongoing promotions on the site, so that’s a big plus.
However, what also stuck out was the casino’s dubious ownership and licensing, which isn’t listed anywhere on the site. The casino is run by NovaForge Ltd, which doesn’t have a stellar reputation. They have an Anjouan license (no. ALSI-152406028-FI2), but they don’t display a certificate on the site and support avoids the subject like the plague, which isn’t a new thing for NovaForge properties.

MrPacho Casino Welcome Bonus
The casino has a welcome offer in the form of one deposit match with a side of free spins: 100% up to $500 + 200 Free Spins.
This is a decent offer, but with one glaring downside: a 35x wagering requirement on the deposit + bonus amount, which essentially means you have to wager your deposit 70 times. This is extremely high, and the 10-day limit for the wagering doesn’t do it any favors. The free spins can be claimed at a pace of 20 per day over the course of 10 days and only have a 40x wagering requirement, which is lower but still not great.
Neteller and Skrill deposits are excluded, the casino explicitly prohibits some betting strategies as bonus abuse, and there’s an extensive list of restricted slots, so none of that is helping the wagering requirement. All in all, if the terms were a bit better, this could’ve been a decent welcome offer. As it stands, be sure to carefully read the general bonus terms if you claim this bonus. Sadly, MrPacho doesn’t have any no-deposit bonuses at the moment, though there’s a number of ongoing promotions that include free spins, cashback, and bonus cash offers.
For example, some bonuses you can claim at the moment are:
- Sunday Free Spins — Up to 100 FS for Detective Fortune (95% RTP) by wagering at least $100 on Sundays.
- Weekly Cashback (VIP-only) — 5-15% weekly cashback up to $3000 for all games in the Casino section.

VIP and Loyalty Programs
The VIP program at MrPacho casino is fairly simple. There are 5 VIP levels, and each level brings increased withdrawal limits. Players also get access to cashback at level 3, and a personal account manager at level 4. Apart from that, the casino promises exclusive VIP promotions, but that’s not really something that can be tested.
Based on what I got from support, the actual leveling isn’t very transparent, as it’s very vaguely based on your “activity level” — how much time you spend playing, wagering frequency, wagered amounts, etc. So, there’s a lot of “trust me bro” going on like at many other casinos, and it’s a bit difficult to just blindly trust them, given the history and licensing situation.
All in all, the benefits they offer are decent but nothing special, and it would be easier to take the VIP program seriously if the leveling dynamics were more transparent. As it stands, it’s nice to have, but nothing to write home about or pay any special attention to. Many casinos have all the benefits that MrPacho offers, and more.

There’s a good set of payment options at MrPacho Casino, fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies included.
If you wish to make fiat deposits, you can use VISA, Mastercard, paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, Mifinity, EPS, eZeeWallet, CashToCode, Rapid Transfer, Pix, Astropay, Pay4Fun, Payz, Inovapay, MuchBetter, Apple Pay, Siru Mobile, Interac, Neosurf, Flexepin, or direct bank transfer. This selection could hardly be better, with PayPal and Trustly as the only major names missing from the list, but that’s expected for offshore casinos. Thankfully, there’s a number of PayPal casinos and Trustly casinos to check out, if those are your preferred payment methods.

MrPacho Casino Withdrawal Speed
The best thing about withdrawals at MrPacho is the selection of withdrawal methods, with over 20 options to choose from, depending on your location. However, the withdrawal times and limits are quite disappointing.
Namely, withdrawals may take up to 5 days to process for eWallets and crypto, which are the fastest payment methods you can use. Withdrawals to cards can take up to 7 days, and bank transfers can take as long as 10 days.
Then, there’s the $500 daily and $7,000 monthly limit, which is extremely low. Granted, the limits increase with the VIP level, but basic functionality shouldn’t be effectively paywalled behind a VIP program with non-transparent progression.
Responsible Gaming
MrPacho has a fairly basic responsible gaming page dedicated to explaining the concept, offering some useful tips, and explaining how you can play responsibly. This is followed by links to external organizations that can help those who might be dealing with a gambling problem.
Unfortunately, there are no actual responsible gaming tools apart from self-exclusion. The good thing is, there are no set minimum or maximum time limits. The bad thing is, the casino walls itself off from any responsibility on this front. They specifically say it’s the player’s responsibility to not open new accounts, and that they won’t be held accountable for your losses if they catch you bypassing self-exclusion. So, either they have no intention of actually excluding you, or they plan to keep any deposits you might make on a separate account.

Customer Support at MrPacho Casino
The support situation as MrPacho is a notch above what I’ve experienced with other NovaForge casinos. The only means of contact is an email and live chat, but the experience is noticeably better.
Namely, the live chat is available 24/7, and in a number of languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Italian, Norwegian, Finnish, Greek, Slovenian, Hungarian, Arabic, and Japanese. It starts off with a bot that walks you through some common questions or issues you may have, after which it patches you through to an agent.
During the two weeks I tested this casino, I never waited on an agent longer than half a minute, they sometimes took a bit longer to respond to questions but were quite helpful overall — not counting the times I asked about the licensing, of course. All in all, the customer support experience was quite positive.
KYC
MrPacho has a KYC procedure in place, and players are required to provide a personal ID, proof of residence, and proof of ownership for the deposit method you used. The casino reserves the right to request additional checks. Verification normally takes up to 10 days and you have a full month to provide the necessary documents, which is more than enough time.
The verification process starts at the casinos discretion, which could be never, or it could be after you make your first withdrawal request (probably the latter). The MrPacho experience won’t be everyone’s cup of tea. The casino has a very flashy and aggressively colorful theme — the site is filled with cartoon characters, musical motifs, and sharp angles that give it a very “dynamic” vibe. It might look like their design philosophy was “sensory overload,” but you’ll either love it or hate it.
Aesthetics aside, there’s a lot going on, so the site may be difficult to navigate until you get used to it. It’s actually quite well-organized once you do get used to it, as the casino is divided into several sections that make it easy to find what you need, and games are split into useful categories too. The search function is a bit basic and could use some extra filtering options, since you can only filter by providers for now. Apart from that, the UX is surprisingly good.
Desktop and Mobile Gaming
MrPacho advertises a mobile app, but like most casinos, it’s not an actual dedicated app, just a way to set up a browser shortcut on the home screen.
Fortunately, the mobile site works surprisingly well — all the graphics and all the UI elements are about the right size, and the site is actually easier to navigate on a smaller screen (probably since there’s less clutter). Games all work smoothly, although most of the ones I tested don’t display properly in portrait mode due to MrPacho’s overlay.

As usual, slots make up the biggest portion of all the games on the site. There’s literally thousands of titles to choose from, and thankfully, they’re neatly organized in the main casino section.
You can browse games by several categories, allowing you to easily narrow down your selection by type: regular slots, megaways, jackpots, bonus buy games, table games, and instant games that include titles such as Aviator or Plinko. Additionally, you can also browse newly added games, the most popular titles, or casino-selected top games. Naturally, you can browse by provider too.
Live Casino
The live casino section at MrPacho is quite impressive, and it’s also neatly categorized to make it easier for players to find the games they’re looking for.
There are separate sections for Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and Game Shows, while Baccarat and dice games are in the same category (for some reason). Sadly, you can’t narrow down your selection by variant, but it’s easy enough to skim the full selection if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for. There’s a special section for international tables, i.e., tables in other languages such as German, Italian, Greek, Finnish, and many others, which is sure to appeal to players from some countries.
About the MrPacho Team and History
MrPacho has been around since 2023, it’s owned by Novaforge Ltd, and is operating with an Anjouan license (no. ALSI-152406028-FI2). The main factor some players will find concerning is the fact that Novaforge is running casinos that used to be operated by the now-defunct Rabidi N.V, which doesn’t have a stellar reputation. However, it remains to be seen if Novaforge is just a rebrand or if there are more considerate people running the show now.
Complaints and Track Record
We’ve had no complaints against MrPacho at Casinomeister so far, which is a good sign for any casino that’s been around for over a year. There’s a handful of complaints on other sites, but they all seem to have been handled responsibly by MrPacho staff, which is also a good sign.
As mentioned before, Rabidi properties don’t have a great reputation, largely for ignoring player complaints in the past. It was encouraging to see MrPacho is more responsive now, but players should still exercise caution if they play here.
