We have only experienced a single complaint made against Mr.Play, which occurred in February of 2024. A player noted that they had deposited, went through the KYC process, won money beyond their deposit and requested a withdrawal. They then received a message from the casino saying his account had been closed and their deposits voided, while their withdrawal was voided at the same time.
We investigated this only to be told by Mr.Play that they could not discuss this issue with a third party. When we asked if the player could directly authorise us to proceed, Mr.Play declined and closed the discussion. That has been the only negative experience where Mr.Play is concerned.
