A quick poke around Novatrix SRL properties shows few, if any complaints. The licensing body is Tobique — a relatively new first-nations jurisdiction in Canada — which pops up from time to time but thus far no solid record to base an opinion on. The casino name might sound familiar because they used to have a big-brand Curaçao-based owner but that’s apparently no longer the case. As ever with casinos that have recently undergone big management changes, we advise players to proceed with caution and keep an ear out for any reports of players having troubles.

    For the VIP program, there are 4 VIP tiers, and your tier is determined based on the number of loyalty points earned in a 30-day period, which is fully transparent. Naturally, the benefits get progressively better the higher you rank, including increased cashback, higher withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses, and more.

    Overall, the rewards are definitely worthwhile, but we especially appreciated the full transparency on how these programs work.

    Banking & Payment Methods

    The deposit methods at Moonwin are varied, but a little more limited than we’re used to seeing. You can use debit cards, bank transfers, and several e-wallets, including Skrill and Neteller. There’s also PaysafeCard and several cryptocurrencies for those who prefer extra security, or just a little more privacy.

    Withdrawal times are reasonable, and withdrawals shouldn’t take more than two days at most with e-wallets and crypto. There are also fixed withdrawal limits set at €5,000 per day, €10,000 per week, €20,000 per month, which isn’t too bad. If these do seem too restrictive for your bankroll, you’ll likely enjoy increased limits through the VIP program anyway.

    There’s also an FAQ section which is rather sparse, though it’s not a big issue with casinos that actually offer reliable 24/7 support, so it’s not a big drawback.
