Casinomeister’s Verdict

MoonBet is pretty new on the scene and has managed to achieve a lot in a relatively short space of time. Players receive 5% cashback as standard, which only needs to be played through once to convert into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements for other bonuses are equally reasonable, ranging from 15x to 30x across the board.

Still, there’s clear room for improvement. The library organisation is a shambles, which makes it hard for less-experienced players to find something they might like. Bonuses typically expire within seven days, which is needlessly strict. And if you’re a live casino fan, just don’t bother.

On top of it all, MoonBet suffers from one critical hamartia: the €100 minimum withdrawal limit. No amount of mobile optimisation, 24/7 support and crypto capabilities can really distract from that.

For the most part, MoonBet is a user-friendly, easy-to-use platform. Which is why it’s such a shame that the withdrawal limits price out so many people who might enjoy it.

From the Desk of Max Drayman

As part of the Fin Tech group, this casino shares very much the same issues as their other casinos: the plus side is very low complaint rates to date, though many of these casinos are quite new; the downside is they are typically licensed in Anjouan, which is not a robust licensing jurisdiction (meaning players will often find it difficult to get support from the licensing body).

There is also the issue of Complaints resolution, which is very unclear: the casinos say, “If the dispute is not resolved on the casino management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website” and they have made no such listing available to date. The group has either overlooked this follow-through, or is simply neglecting it. Either way, the end result is that players with troubles are at the casino’s mercy. As the man said, “You got to ask yourself: do I feel lucky today?”

MoonBet Bonuses and Promotions

While MoonBet’s promotions aren’t anything to shout about, some of the wagering conditions certainly are. Still, there are a few things to bear in mind before jumping in.

MoonBet welcome packages typically consist of some sort of deposit match and free spins combo. You’ll need to deposit €20 or more to claim one. This isn’t the biggest requirement for a first deposit bonus, but you can definitely find smaller ones at other online casinos worth your time.

Most welcome bonuses carry 20x wagering requirements, which is significantly lower than the 35x industry average I’ve become accustomed to. Further deposit bonuses usually only have to be wagered 15x before withdrawal. I scoured the bonus terms to check to see if this sneakily applies to the deposit and the bonus amount, which some casinos will quietly reveal in the bonus terms, but no. Sometimes, things are as good as they look.

That is, until they aren’t. Unless you’re told otherwise, you’ll only have seven days to wager MoonBet promotions. No matter how fair the requirements are, it’s a pretty tight deadline. If you were to put down the minimum of €20 to claim a 50% bonus, this would translate into a €200 financial commitment in one week. That’s slightly less than €30 a day. This is competitive, not insignificant, so make sure to run the numbers before rushing in.

This aside, everything else looks good. Any winnings from free spins must be wagered 30x prior to withdrawal, which still sits neatly below market average. I was pleased to discover that this applies to no deposit free spins too. Usually, a casino will milk you a bit more for these.

The ‘Bonus’ page contains a handful of deposit reloads, weekly deals and raffles, alongside details of the jewel in MoonBet’s crown: the VIP weekly cashback promotion.

VIP and Loyalty Programme

MoonBet’s no-nonsense VIP programme offers legitimate value to loyal players, and tells them exactly how and when they’ll get it.

All players fall into one of eight tiers: Newbie, Spinner, BlackJack, Pragmatic, Blazed, VIP, King and Diamond. Feels like they stop making sense in the middle, but that’s by the by.

Your tier is determined by the sum of all the wagers you’ve made on the site. I like that there’s no convoluted point system to grapple with. Understanding some loyalty programmes feels like translating the Rosetta Stone from scratch.

The perks are simple: the higher your VIP level, the more cashback you’ll receive every week. Diamond-tier players will earn the maximum 15.5%, but the 5% offered to all players from day one is hardly insignificant either. To get the maximum amount of cashback, you’ll need to put down €500,000. Half a million sheets is hardly a small amount of money, but I like that it’s a clear checkpoint. Some crypto casinos will only give their top VIP tier to the single biggest spender on the site.

Some high rollers are after more than just cashback, such as account management or real-life gifts. Still, MoonBet’s approach ticks all my boxes: a clear path to progression and perks that reward the loyalty of players at all levels.

MoonBet Payment Options and Withdrawal Speed

MoonBet supports a well-balanced variety of debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, prepaid cards, and cryptocurrencies. I was happy to see MoonBet included mobile payment platforms, too. Casinos with Apple Pay and Google Pay streamline deposits for mobile users, which is particularly helpful given the lack of a dedicated MoonBet mobile app.

Withdrawal options are a bit more limited, but all major bases are covered. They even let you withdraw via debit card. It might not seem like a big deal (and it typically isn’t), but a lot of crypto-focused online casinos that accept Visa and Mastercard don’t allow it, for some reason.

Before you actually get to the point of withdrawing any funds, MoonBet will carry out a couple of Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. This will involve submitting documents such as your passport, ID card, some utility bills, or a copy of your debit card.

You’ll need to play through all your deposits before you can withdraw, though. Most casinos enforce this policy to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Some charge 3x or even 5x requirements, so I’ve got no issues here.

It can take up to 24 hours for MoonBet to process your withdrawal request. Once approved, e-wallet and crypto withdrawals will arrive within a day. Card payments will land within 72 hours, and bank transfers can take between two and five days. You won’t be charged any fees, no matter which method you use.

Now, as for the payout limits, I have some good news and bad news. There’s no cap on how much you can withdraw, which means high rollers won’t be slowed down. The minimum threshold, though, is sky-high. You can’t request payouts lower than €100, which is absurd given that most casinos will chuck you €10 or less.

MoonBet Games

MoonBet Game Providers

MoonBet platforms games from 19 providers. This isn’t a showstopping lineup by any means, but you can still expect to see big shots like Evolution, Novomatic and Playson. Despite the limited selection of game developers, the library is surprisingly well-balanced. There are a couple of creative boutique studios like Hacksaw, plus some mobile-first providers such as Gamzix and OneTouch.

While there are some heavy hitters on the roster, they’re not exactly showcased well. There’s no way to filter games by provider, so it’s hard to get to the stuff you want (and avoid the stuff you don’t) without a fair bit of scrolling.

MoonBet Slots

Slots are the main event at MoonBet. You can see how many people are playing a game at any given time, but take this information with a pinch of salt. I compared the MoonBet lobby with one of its sister casinos, FastBet, and lo and behold they display the same activity stats.

While I won’t fault the size or quality of the catalogue, the MoonBet slots library could still do with a bit more attention. Categorising games by feature, theme, or genre would make the wall of games a heck of a lot more approachable.

Still, the ‘New’ tab is a decent way to find something you might not have seen before. While I was writing this MoonBet casino review, my top picks were Wincent Wolf and Fortune Surge.

Live Casino

It’ll take you longer to read this section than you’d need to explore the entire MoonBet live casino. The tab contains a paltry 29 casino tables and game shows. Credit where it’s due, MoonBet manages to cram in a couple of niche choices between the usual roulette and blackjack variants, such as Mega Sic Bac and Mega Sic Bo.

While I’m here, it’s worth mentioning that wagers made on live games don’t contribute towards wagering requirements.

MoonBet Experience and Features

If you’ve been to another Fin Tech Montana Azul Capital Limitada casino, you’ll know where you stand with MoonBet. It’s a crypto casino that looks like one: animated banners, a ‘Big wins’ board and CGI ladies. Nothing to write home about.

The one-step registration process means it’s almost as easy to make an account as it is to sign in to one. Creating your Moonbet login is as simple as entering your email address, making a password, and agreeing to the terms and conditions. You’ll need to enter more information to deposit, which is a standard AML procedure.

The design concept is no-nonsense: black, white and grey, with the occasional sprinkle of colourful symbols. It sounds bland, but it works. The icons and banners are enough to make the screen visually busy and inviting, and the high-contrast colour palette makes text easy to read on smaller screens.

Speaking of which, there’s no dedicated MoonBet app. This isn’t a tragedy, because the mobile-optimised site runs just fine as is. Still, if this is a non-negotiable requirement for you, check out some of our Casinomeister certified casinos.

Responsible Gambling

MoonBet has a healthily user-first approach to responsible gambling — not that you’d know it from the ‘Gaming Policy’ tab. This contains some information about self-exclusion and a couple of links to external support services, but this is mostly buried under less relevant information.

I have no idea why this page is so weak, because MoonBet’s actual responsible gambling toolkit is fairly strong. In your account settings, you’ll have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. You can activate all these without reaching out to customer support. The only exception is self-exclusions longer than 30 days, which is a bit frustrating.

About the MoonBet Team and History

MoonBet was founded roughly half an hour ago in 2025, so I don’t have much in the way of a backstory. In that time, it’s kept a fairly low profile. It’s operated by Costa Rica-registered company Fin Tech Montana Azul Capital Limitada, which owns fifteen other casinos, including FastBet and CandyBet. The affiliate programme is handled by Blaze Partners.

MoonBet and its sister casinos are licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, under the license number ALSI-202504039-F12. This is linked in the footer of the page. No issues there.

Player Comments on MoonBet

Whacking ‘MoonBet’ into our search bar doesn’t offer any results. It hasn’t even been mentioned in any threads about different casinos.

Seeing as the casino was only founded in 2025, I’m not surprised that there aren’t any MoonBet player reviews yet. Hopefully it’ll leave a good impression and get people talking soon. If you want to play it super safe and go for a casino with more of an established reputation, check out our list of Accredited casinos.

Complaints and Track Record

Given the crickets in the forum, I wasn’t surprised to find that no one’s filed a complaint about MoonBet in our PAB system. This is always good to hear — although, given the casino’s relatively short time on the scene, I’d be surprised to find anything drastic. Still, no news is good news in the PAB.

Customer Support at MoonBet

Players have access to 24/7 live chat support at MoonBet. I was impressed by the short wait times; every time I reached out while writing this MoonBet review, I was connected to an agent within a minute.

There’s no FAQ page, but this isn’t so much of an issue when you can reach an agent whenever you need. Even if they are a bit erratic at times.

I found the quality of support to be a little hit or miss. It was clear that the agent was using copy-and-paste answers. I don’t always mind this, if it means I get detailed, accurate answers faster than it would take to write them. But when I ask a question and get bombarded bonus codes, I feel like a bit of a mug. Especially when the bonus code in question is ‘JOKESONU’.
