We’ve seen no record of complaints or problems at MagneticSlots so, as ever, that’s a good start. Licensing is apparently Curaçao GCB but all the references we see on the site are to Costa Rica including legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution: “any dispute, controversy or claim … shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Costa Rica.” As many readers will know Costa Rica is the original and reigning “do nothing” jurisdiction so that’s not confidence inspiring. The end result here is that we can’t say “player beware” because there is no evidence to support that, but we can advise care and caution given the apparent Costa Rica connection.
