Luxury Casino gets a few things right, even if it doesn’t quite live up to its name. There’s a solid library of 1,000+ slot games and a decent live casino offering powered by the largely recognised provider, Pragmatic Play. The VIP program adds some extra value with comp points that convert into cash, and the site caters well to both casual players and high-rollers. Customer support is another bright spot, with 24/7 live chat delivering quick, friendly responses when you need them.
That said, the cracks start to show pretty quickly. The number of game providers is surprisingly low and the overall site design feels outdated and clunky. Withdrawal times are a major downside, with even e-wallets taking up to three days and bank transfers stretching to ten. Add in limited promotions beyond the welcome offer, minimal responsible gambling tools and a lack of a mobile app, and it starts to feel like style over substance. Despite having a Luxury Casino account, we were unable to see any bonuses beyond the welcome one. This is slightly infuriating as it means players won’t be able to browse the promotions until completing the welcome bonus, or it means that there simply aren’t any bonuses available — and we aren’t sure which is worse.
The welcome bonus is five deposit bonuses, each with a minimum deposit of £10. This actually isn’t unreasonable and if you’re looking to stick around, it might be worth making the deposits to try your luck. VIP and Loyalty Programme
With a name like Luxury Casino, we aren’t surprised that they roll out the red carpet for loyal players. It works on a tier-based system, with all players auto-enrolled to the green level. Each time you place a real-money wager at Luxury Casino or make a deposit, you will accumulate comp points. 100 of these comp points is worth $1, and once you’ve earned enough of them, you’re able to redeem them for cash. Essentially, the more you play, the more VIP loyalty points you’ll earn and the greater the potential rewards but remember to always play responsibly and next chase wins.
From our experience, it isn’t too tricky to rise through the first couple of ranks but when you’re approaching the higher levels, it does become unrealistic.

In all honesty, Luxury Casino may be luxury in name but not when it comes to payment options. Players will have around 15 depositing methods to choose from, including popular methods like Visa and Skrill, but only ten withdrawal methods. In recent years, Luxury Casino has not been the topic of conversation in our PABs, but three years ago, this was a different story.
