Casinomeister’s Verdict

Lolly Bet makes a compelling case for itself. The VIP cashback programme offers players up to 15% cashback every day, and players can win cash prizes from the daily Mystery Box deal. While the game library is strong across the board, I was particularly impressed by the selection of instant win titles. Gold star for offering crash game demos, since a lot of casinos don’t.

Alas, it’s not all sunshine and lollipops. Every deposit must be wagered at least 3x, which makes converting your deposits into withdrawable cash feel almost impossible. Plus, the support service is complete luck of the draw. Sometimes you get a friendly, professional agent. Others, you get a long wait and an email in a language you don’t speak.

But is Lolly Bet as sweet as it seems? Crypto users, bonus hunters, and slot players are certainly well catered for. That being said, this Lolly Bet review will flag a couple of things to be aware of before you decide for yourself.

From the Desk of Max Drayman

We had considerable difficulty getting any official information on Lolly Bet but what were were able to scrape together was this: licensed in Anjouan; self-exclusion is offered but no details provided as to the procedure or requirements; Complaints that can’t be resolved with the casino directly are supposed to be taken to [email protected] but that website has nothing there and there are persistent questions about its legitimacy, so much so that ChatGPT says “treat it as unverified and high-risk rather than trustworthy.”

The casino has had a little activity on the Casinomeister forums including a PAB where they ignored us but paid the player within 48 hours of us submitting the complaint to them.

All in all, this is a pretty mixed bag of results.

The casino is very much not following standard procedures in terms of Responsible Gaming procedures so we’d recommend extreme caution if you chose to play there; if you have trouble be prepared for a bit of a battle to get your issue resolved.

Pros

  • Pros 15 crypto and fiat payment options
  • Pros 24/7 live chat support
  • Pros Wager-free daily cashback

Cons

  • Cons 3x –10x wagering requirement on all deposits
  • Cons €30 minimum withdrawal

Lolly Bet Bonuses and Promotions

Lolly Bet offers two welcome bonuses —  but the other casino bonuses, such as the weekly cashback and daily Mystery Box offers, are much more interesting.

Typically, you’ll need to deposit €20 or more to claim Lolly Bet promotions. Not the best, but not the worst. The real kicker is the 40x wagering requirement. This is already on the high end of average, even before you realise that this applies to both the deposit and the bonus amount. Crypto users can claim an alternative welcome bonus, which requires a slightly higher financial commitment (€50) and carries the same wagering requirements.

You’ll have a week to complete these requirements, meaning you’d need to put down €2,400 in seven days for a €40 bonus and 50 free spins. A pretty big ask. Even if you do get lucky, the most you can convert from this promotion is 4x the bonus amount, so it’s not massively worth the effort. While it’s a little restrictive that you can only wager the bonus on certain games, it’s useful that they’re all linked in the ‘Promotions’ page.

Returning players can opt in to a variety of reload bonuses, mystery box promotions and crypto-specific deals.

Some Lolly Bet bonuses can’t be claimed in conjunction with others. I’m glad that both welcome offers are excluded from this policy, but I think it’s unnecessarily restrictive. Especially since the harsh wagering means you’re unlikely to convert your bonus balance into cash anyway.

VIP and Loyalty Programme

There are two types of loyalty levels at Lolly Bet: cashback levels and monthly cash reward levels.

The daily cashback programme is one of the site’s best features. For every €1 wagered on slots, you’ll earn one point. You’ll also earn points by completing missions. As you progress through the levels, you’ll unlock increased cashback percentages, which climb all the way to 15%. Cashback is paid out daily and subject to the same wagering requirements as deposits (3x–10x). Your points can also be spent at the shop on perks like cash bonuses.

You can earn points to increase your cashback level by placing bets, making deposits, making it to the top of the monthly rankings, and completing missions. It’s annoying that cash reward levels are reset on the first of the month, meaning you’d need to wager €2,000,000 in as little as 28 days to earn a comparatively meager €1,000 reward.

Lolly Bet Payment Options and Withdrawal Speed

Lolly Bet accepts deposits via several debit cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies, including Visa, Mastercard, Revolut and Bitcoin. I was pleased to see Apple Pay and Google Pay, since these can be integrated into your phone’s operating system.

Deposits are instant, and withdrawals aren’t too far behind. Transactions are processed within 24 hours, and crypto payments will arrive within an hour. E-wallet withdrawals will be paid out within 0–24 hours, and bank transfers take between 1–5 days.

The minimum withdrawal limit is €30, which is on the high side, and you’ll need to make a deposit of €25 or more before you can request a payout. It’s nice to see that Lolly Bet processes withdrawals over weekends. Even in a world with self-driving cars, some online casinos still refuse to do so.

There are fewer withdrawal methods than deposit options, but bank transfers and major cryptocurrencies are still supported. Making Lolly Bet a Google Pay and Apple Pay casino would streamline things for mobile players.

While the withdrawal system is pretty solid, the withdrawal requirements are a little demanding for my liking. There’s a 3x wagering requirement on all deposits, which is raised to 10x if you play table games, live casino titles, plinko… the list goes on.

Thankfully, Lolly Bet’s verification policy is as standard as they come. You’ll need to upload a handful of documents such as a photo ID or utility bill, and the casino will process them within 24 hours.

Withdrawal limits are determined by a five-tier system based on your aggregate deposits. If you’ve deposited less than €2,500, you’ll be capped at €400 per day. Not to worry — given that you need to wager all deposits 3x before they’re converted into withdrawable funds, it’s unlikely you’ll be getting a payout over €400 anyway.

Lolly Bet Casino Games

Lolly Bet Game Providers

Lolly Bet hosts games from 79 providers, which means you can expect a diverse selection of slots, table games, crash games, and live casino titles. The library can be sorted by category or provider, making it easy to locate games from top studios such as NetEnt, Play’n GO, and Red Tiger.

Lolly Bet Slots

The Lolly Bet slots library is one of this casino’s strengths. The ‘Popular’ tab is a good place to start if you’re looking for household names such as Starburst and Legacy of Dead.

While the library contains an impressive range of titles, it’s hard to find them unless you know exactly what you’re looking for. The ‘Slots’ tab would be a hell of a lot more beginner-friendly if it was sorted by theme or feature. I was able to find a number of high-quality, somewhat niche games from boutique studios like Genii, but it took me a fair bit of scrolling to get there.

Live Casino

Lolly Bet’s live casino is well organised at times, and absolute carnage at others. It’s split into 15 categories, including ‘BlackJacks’, ‘Baccarat’ and ‘Roulette’. Some of these are complete nonsense, like the ‘Scratch Cards’ section, which contains regular old scratchcards.

When the live casino *is* a live casino it’s pretty good, thanks to industry-leading providers like Evolution and Playtech Live. I was pleased to find some more out-there choices amongst the usual table games and game shows. My highlights included Dragon Tiger Live and Buffalo Blitz Live.

Lolly Bet Casino Experience and Features

Lolly Bet is pretty easy to navigate. All games are subcategorised into drop-down menus, meaning you don’t have to scroll through miles of options you don’t need to get to what you want.

If you’re viewing the page in a narrow browser window or on mobile, a floating banner appears at the bottom of the screen, making it easy to quickly switch between the menu, missions, casino homepage, and search bar.

The page was clearly built with the mobile player in mind. Every page element is scaled and spaced correctly, so you won’t need to zoom or scroll horizontally at any point. The high-contrast black, white and red colour scheme makes the text easy to read, even on smaller screens.

There’s a button that claims to download the Lolly Bet app, but this is a bit misleading. There’s a Lolly Bet mobile web app, but it’s pretty redundant since the mobile-optimised site works just as well.

Responsible Gambling

Lolly Bet offers two responsible gambling tools: loss limits and self-exclusion.

This is pretty dire, even for a casino overseen by a low-intervention licensing body like Anjouan. Worse still, these can’t be activated without reaching out to customer support — which is particularly problematic when you’re dealing with a support system as inconsistent as Lolly Bet’s.

The strangely named ‘Responsible Game’ tab doesn’t offer much else in the way of support. I’d expected to see at least a handful of links to external organisations, but it’s a total ghost town.

About the Lolly Bet Team and History

Lolly Bet is owned and operated by LBNGCR Ventures Limitada, which is registered in Costa Rica. The casino is regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under the licence number ALSI-202411062-F12.

Lolly Bet is the only casino under LBNGCR Ventures Limitada’s Anjouan licence, so it doesn’t have much of an online presence. The only thing worth noting is that the company is registered in one country, and licensed 8,940 miles East. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, nor is it uncommon, but it might cause issues if a dispute arises — which, judging by Lolly Bet player reviews, is a possibility.

Player Comments on Lolly Bet

There aren’t many conversations about Lolly Bet in our forums, but I found one particularly enlightening thread from 2025. Here are the stand-out events from their time at the casino:

SWest73: They have now refused to pay out a total of €6,600 in winnings. I initially requested my account to be locked in early July until they paid my pending withdrawals, but it has now been closed for almost three months, and nothing has happened.

SWest73: The confiscation of my bonus winnings happened in early April, when they claimed I had violated bonus rules — a claim that is absolutely not true. I have clear evidence to prove that I followed all the terms, and their accusation is completely false.

SWest73: Despite sending numerous messages and emails asking them to process the withdrawals or at least respond, I haven’t received a single proper reply. They are simply holding my funds with no explanation or communication.

Complaints and Track Record

Lolly Bet’s name crops up every now and again in our complaints section, and it’s a mixed bag.

One user reported facing withdrawal issues. We managed to help them recover €2,292, and they’ve been receiving regular payments since. Another had their withdrawal request cancelled and their balance confiscated. We reached out to the casino several times and heard nothing back. This, combined with the issues faced by the player mentioned above, indicates a concerning pattern of poor conflict resolution and communication issues.

Customer Support at Lolly Bet

I was connected to Lolly Bet’s 24/7 live chat within a minute of opening up a window, which is impressive since I reached out during peak hours.

The operator passed all my tests with flying colours. Their answers were so long and detailed that I thought I was talking to a bot, but they confirmed that they were a real person. There might have been some copying and pasting going on – but if their answers are quick and accurate, I couldn’t care less.

Unfortunately, the service is hit or miss. The next time I reached out, I was told I’d need to wait an hour for a response, which I received in French. In total, I received five French emails from Lolly Bet in one afternoon. Loin d’être idéal.

If you’ve got a more complex request, use the contact form or reach out to the email team at [email protected]. The ‘Contact Us’ page gives an estimate of how long it’ll take for them to respond, which the team beat by three hours. Albeit in French.

Initially, I was pleasantly surprised to see a phone line listed in the support page. Then, I took a closer look at the number: +78001234567. This is a generic Russian placeholder number, which suggests that parts of the Lolly Bet website were copied over from a template. It’s not what you want to see from a company you’ve given your card details to.

This slip-up, while minor, is a perfect example of what disappointed me about this operator. If Lolly Bet hadn’t cut a few important corners, it could have easily been the decent casino it tries so hard to look like.
