Casinomeister's Verdict

Lilibet Casino seems like a place someone put solid thought behind. Their welcome deal is worth checking out, they cover a full range of payment options, and they feature both casino games and a sportsbook.

But, as with all online casinos, Lilibet isn’t without a rough edge or two. Even though they’ve been going strong since 2019, they still haven’t devised a VIP program for their returning players. The fact that they haven’t been exactly on the ball with responding to complaints doesn’t really help their case, either, but since those were sporadic, they don’t exactly set off sirens.

If this stuff doesn’t bug you, Lilibet Casino could be worth a look. In case you’ve already given it a shot, don’t forget to share your thoughts on our forums.

From the Desk of Max Drayman

We’ve had a few player complaints regarding Lilibet over the past few years, but it’s been pretty sparse so nothing that can be interpreted as being worrisome or problematic. What is less comforting is the fact that they never reply when we do try to contact them. Of course that is every casino’s choice to make and in this particular case we see that someone from the casino does reach out to the player and the issue gets resolved. All that is fair enough.

The casino is licensed in Curaçao which is a (semi) plus, and Malta which ends up being somewhat better for players. The one giant red flag here is their Complaints policy: “If you have a complaint, you can e-mail customer support … Our judgment is final.” And, if Curaçao is your applicable license, that’s it: no ADR, no appeals process, no nothing. And considering that Curaçao’s recent response to players raising complaints with them is “get a lawyer” the savvy player will recognise that their choice here is between the devil and the deep blue sea, which is to say no choice at all.

So you’re sailing close to the edge with this casino under the Curaçao license: their track record looks pretty good but heaven help you if you run into trouble because there is no safety net here. For players under the Malta license there is at least the mandatory dispute arbitration (ADR) process which does offer a bit of a safety net.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

Lilibet Casino seems not to hold back on bonuses and perks. They run regular sportsbook and casino welcome bonuses, wheel of fortune, cashback, and multipliers. But is this enough to keep players coming for more? Let’s unpack Lilibet bonuses.

Welcome Bonus

Lilibet online Casino runs a welcome deal we don’t get to see that often these days — and that tells a lot. For a $20 minimum deposit, you can get a 100% up to $500 matched offer. Once you unlock the welcome bonus, you have to wager it 30x and complete the wagering requirement within the first 7 days. Also, there’s no maximum withdrawal limit applied to winnings from the welcome bonus.

So, that pretty much sums up the gist of the offer.

But where this welcome bonus really stood out for us was when we realized it’s a non-sticky bonus. For everyone out there new to the whole online casinos thing, this basically means when you deposit $100 and receive a $100 bonus amount, you get to play with your $100 deposit money first and cash out without triggering the wagering requirement. In case you lose your deposit, your bonus money takes center stage.

What’s not so sunshine and rainbows about it is the fact that casino games contribute 100% towards wagering, while live casino doesn’t count at all. So, if, let’s say, live roulette is your go-to option, your hands would be pretty much tied with this welcome bonus.

No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers

Much to our disappointment (but a lack of surprise knowing how the industry works), Lilibet Casino doesn’t treat their players with no-deposit or no-deposit free spins offers. Should they change their minds at any point in time, we’ll try to be as quick as possible with updating this casino review.

VIP and Loyalty Programs

Picture a tumbleweed rolling around in dust. That’s Lilibet Casino’s VIP program.

There’s literally nothing mentioned on their Promotions page and no information about it in their T&C. All things considered, it’s safe to say that Lilibet Casino doesn’t run any VIP programs for their regulars, which is somewhat bizarre because they’ve been running since 2019. In other words — they’ve had their sweet time to come up with something, anything, to give back to their long-time standing players.

Although their support team told us they’re keeping an eye on our activity and they ‘can invite us for special deals,’ in reality, this carries no weight. It’s not a legit VIP program if it’s based on a pinky promise.

Banking & Payment Methods

On the payment options front, Lilibet Casino doesn’t seem to cut down on options. They support anything and everything, from Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard, to Revolut, Pay4Fun, Ethereum, Dogecoin, and Ripple.

The minimum deposit could vary based on the payment option you pick, but it’ll probably go from $10-$20.

The withdrawal limits stand at $50,000/day, $100,000/week, $200,000/month, which is definitely a standout move that’ll make high-rollers particularly happy.

What won’t make anyone happy, though, is their 72-hour waiting period for withdrawals. We’re just as lost as you are on what takes them so long.

In terms of identity verification, you can expect to be required to go through it once you make your first withdrawal. That’s when they’ll ask you for a copy of your passport, utility bill, and your bank statement.

How much time they’ll need to go over your documents — your guess is as good as ours. If you don’t want to take any chances, though, upload your documents right away, before you lose sight of it once you take a slot or two for a spin.

Responsible Gaming

Lilibet Casino’s responsible gaming section is fully equipped with all the basics. That’s where you’ll find tips on gambling safely and some handy resources.

On the responsible gaming tools front, they feature a deposit limit and self-exclusion tool, which is not the worst selection we’ve seen, but Lilibet could definitely spare a couple more in the near future.

Customer Support at Lilibet

We have slightly mixed feelings about customer support at Lilibet Casino. At times, they were super speedy, informative, and whatnot, but here and there, their chat widget was completely offline despite the fact that they promote 24/7 support. Hopefully, they’ll do something about this or at least drop the all-around service claim.

Lilibet Casino Experience and Features

Lilibet Casino’s visual identity seems a bit underwhelming, to say the least. They didn’t seem to have prioritized UI look and feel that much, but it could be that they just didn’t want to induce cognitive overload and distract players from what they came to do — play.

In terms of special features, there’s really not a lot to brag about. You can use the search bar to find your favorite titles, and that’s pretty much it. Game categories don’t seem that well thought out either, and we needed quite a while to get the hang of things game-wise.

There’s no Lilibet app either, but fortunately, things render pretty well in mobile browsers, so there’s that.

Brand games

Game Providers

Lilibet Casino partnered up with 50+ software providers, which, if you look at the number only, is barely passable. But, the list of their providers shows the real industry gems — from NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Pragmatic Play, and Quickspin to Evolution Gaming, Play’n GO, and Endorphina.

Lilibet Slots

We’d love to say you’ll find all your favorite slots in one place at Lilibet Casino, but unfortunately, that’s not the case. You’ll either have to manually search for them using the search bar or head over to their All category and scroll down to infinity.

We did spot some of the fan-favorite titles, such as Sweet Bonanza, Big Bass Splash, Gates of Olympus 1000, and Gonzo’s Quest, but we plodded away for a while until we found them.

Live Casino

The live casino section at Lilibet Casino is filled to the brim with crowd-pleasers, including Evolution Gaming’s First Person Craps, Lightning Dice, Speed Blackjack, and Speed Baccarat.

You’ll also see lots of titles coming from other industry-giant providers, including Pragmatic Play’s Squeeze Baccarat, Ezugi’s Casino Hold’em, and Playtech’s UK Roulette.

About the Lilibet Team and History

Lilibet is run by Ventures Lab Malta Limited, a company founded back in 2018 with an MGA license MGA/B2C/799/2020. Other than that, there’s not much info about them, at least nothing that made us raise our eyebrows.

Complaints and Track Record

Since we never just take a casino at face value when rating them, we dug deep into Lilibet Casino’s rep, too. That’s how we keep our casino reviews straight-up and fair.

Turns out, Lilibet is not without its flaws, they’ve had their share of minor player complaints here at Casinomeister, but as Max has already mentioned, they haven’t really been the best at getting back to players.
