Let’s Lucky had me fooled at first. The site looks about as exciting as a trip to the post office, but behind the bland exterior is a surprisingly capable casino, with 14,000+ games, 182 providers and 29 fiat and crypto payment methods.
Unfortunately, the casino seems determined to undo the good work elsewhere. The bonuses come with hefty wagering, the loyalty programme wants €125 million from you before you reach the top, and the 24/7 live chat spectacularly failed when I actually needed it. Making responsible gambling tools dependent on that same chat is an especially poor decision.
So, is Let’s Lucky worth a punt? There’s plenty to like if games and payment choice are your priorities, but the casino keeps putting little roadblocks in your way. It’s not bad. It’s just frustratingly close to being much better.

Promo codes are everywhere, so I’d double-check what you’ve typed before hitting that deposit button. Get it wrong and the bonus won’t activate with that deposit, meaning you could be kicking yourself before you’ve even started playing.
The minimum deposit amounts were the first thing that made me wince at the promotions page, with €20 being a common minimum. Not terrible, but certainly not the lowest you’ll find at a top online casino. Then comes the 40x wagering requirement. Put those together and a €20 bonus means €800 needs to be wagered before any attached winnings can be withdrawn. And because that needs to be done within seven days, the clock is ticking from the moment you claim it.
Some of the free spins offers ask for a €30 deposit and come with that same 40x requirement. That means €1,200 in wagering within seven days. You can claim the spins every Sunday, but calling them “unlimited” feels like it deserves a pretty big asterisk when there’s a €30 deposit and a four-figure wagering target attached.
I like seeing regular promotions, but I’d keep the calculator within arm’s reach with Let’s Lucky. The offers might look tempting, but the combination of the minimum deposit, wagering and time frame certainly soured the experience for me.
VIP and Loyalty Programme
Let’s Lucky has two separate programmes. The Loyalty Programme is the points-based system, while VIP Thrills is a separate scheme built around personalised service, perks and events.
The Loyalty Programme has seven levels, starting with Sydney and ending at Las Vegas. You earn one point for every €25 wagered on slots, which means the climb gets ridiculous pretty quickly. Sydney Level 2 requires €15,000 in wagering, while the final level, Las Vegas, requires a frankly absurd €125 million.
The rewards do get bigger, from 10 free spins at Sydney Level 2 to €100 at Tokyo, €500 at Amsterdam, €2,000 at Goa, €15,000 at New York, €40,000 at Ibiza and €100,000 plus a €50,000 trip at Las Vegas. Impressive numbers on their own, but less so when you consider what you have to wager to unlock them. €100,000 sounds great. Wagering €12.5 million to get there sounds considerably less great.
You can exchange redeemable points for bonus cash, but don’t expect much at the lower levels. At Sydney, 200 points gets you €5, meaning €5,000 in slot wagering for a €5 bonus. That bonus also comes with a 40x wagering requirement, so there’s plenty more play required before you see the benefit.
VIP Thrills is completely separate, offering a personal account manager, higher bet limits, faster withdrawals, gifts, exclusive promotions and alleged invitations to events such as Taylor Swift concerts, the Monaco Grand Prix and the Champions League Final.
The catch? Let’s Lucky doesn’t publicly explain how you qualify. I asked for a live chat and was simply told I’d be notified if I was invited. So while the perks sound appealing, there’s no clear route to getting them.
Let’s Lucky Casino Payment Options and Withdrawal Speed
Let’s Lucky does a decent job of laying out its payment options, with a nifty payment methods page tucked away in the footer covering pretty much everything you need to know before making a deposit or withdrawal.
There’s a broad mix of options, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, AstroPay, Interac, bank transfer and a long list of cryptocurrencies. Withdrawals are available via bank transfer, e-wallets and crypto, although card withdrawals aren’t supported, which is disappointing.
The withdrawal speeds are pretty much what we’d expect. E-wallet and crypto withdrawals are listed at 0–24 hours, while bank transfers take three to seven days. Weekend payouts are supported, and you get 0–24 hours to reverse a pending withdrawal.
The €20 minimum withdrawal is reasonable, but the payout limits are less generous: €4,000 per day, €8,000 per week and €30,000 per month. For anyone playing at the higher end, that monthly cap could become frustrating very quickly.
Let’s Lucky doesn’t charge its own deposit fees, but it does pass on transaction costs, so a fee can still land on your withdrawals. Your own payment provider may also charge you separately for moving money to or from the casino. Worth checking the exact amounts on the payments page before you commit, as small fees add up if you cash out often.
So, the payment choice is good and the withdrawal speeds aren’t anything to complain about. The more notable drawbacks are the lack of card withdrawals, fees and fairly restrictive payout limits.

Let’s Lucky offers 24/7 live chat, email and an FAQ, but the live chat is more hit and miss than a broken arcade claw machine. On this occasion, it was a catastrophic miss.
I opened the chat, selected my language and thought I was off to a good start. Then came the warning: “high volumes of messages”. And, just as I’ve experienced with this chat function elsewhere, the conversation ended before it had even started because of demand.
Firstly, you’re a bot. Surely you can have a crack at answering a question. Secondly, this is where players are told to request responsible gambling tools, yet I couldn’t even get through to anyone. That’s ridiculous.
The chat did direct me to email instead, which is fine, but hardly ideal when you’ve been promised 24/7 live support. I got a response two hours after sending my message, so at least someone eventually showed up. Fast? Not really.
