Lamabet Casino Review
A new-sprung casino with a well-devised VIP program
Casinomeister's Verdict
Lamabet online casino hasn’t been around that long — they were just launched in 2024, and judging by the lack of faultfinding online, they seem to be running things clean. But it’s hard to be conclusive at this point since Lamabet’s still in mint condition.
What we found somewhat skimpily carried out is the way their responsible tools work. You need to interact with customer support no matter what, and that’s simply a poor user experience. If you don’t mind this extra effort, though, Lamabet could be worth your while.
But these are all just passing observations we make when testing and rating online casinos, there’s still more to Lamabet than we could possibly fit in this section. For all the nitty gritty details, scroll down for the full Lamabet casino review. Also, if you have taken a shot at Lambert already, share your thoughts on our forum.
An all-round casino
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Lamabet has a clean record at Casinomeister, both in the Complaints area and on the forums. They are another Boomerang N.V. property, a company we’ve mentioned elsewhere, that is notable for the low rate of complaints among their various sister casinos. So far, so good. The licensing issue here is not so great, though. Anjouan is the license issuer, and we’ve seen no evidence that they are anything more than just another offshore “rubber stamp” jurisdiction. With weak licensing, it comes down to the individual operator’s integrity, which more or less takes us back to the beginning: so far, so good.
First Impression
As probably everyone could see coming, llamas are the centerpiece at a recently launched Lamabet casino. Waggish llama visuals aside, now for the hard data: the platform is run by Boomerang N.V., a Curacao-registered company with five other brands in its arsenal, licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan — far from a stellar regulator, to our dismay.
Yet, their game lineup doesn’t disappoint. That is, unless you head over to their table games section. With slightly over 30 table games in total, we could say this selection is sub-optimal, at best. They do seem to try to make it up with an ample lineup of slots and live casino games, but that’s not something that’ll make everyone jump for joy.
Other than all that, Lamabet casino’s payment options seem to cover all the basics, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, ApplePay, Bitcoin, and Dogecoin.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
Generally speaking, Lamabet casino’s promotions roster is quite thick on the ground. There are just enough casino bonuses to draw newcomers and keep loyal players coming back for more. But let’s go over each and every one of them and see if they’re truly worth it.
Welcome Bonus
Once you join Lamabet online casino, you’ll be invited to claim their welcome bonus in the shape of 100% up to €500 + 200 free spins. Unless you’re located in Sweden — because Swedish players are completely restricted from any kind of bonuses here.
Anyhow, the minimum deposit you’ll need to put down to claim the welcome bonus is €20, and the offer comes with a 35x wagering requirement (bonus+deposit) you need to complete within 7 days from claiming the bonus. This may not be the worst offer in the industry, but let’s be real, it’s not exactly the most open-handed one, either — especially for new players.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
While checking out Lamabet online casino we didn’t come across any no-deposit offers or no-deposit free-spin promos. If and when they decide to change something up, we’ll update this casino review shortly.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Once you make your first deposit at Lamabet, you will instantly be enrolled in their VIP program. From then on, every deposit you make scores you complimentary points that help you level up through 6 tiers — each offering sweeter rewards as you move up.
By default, you start as a Newbie, and as you work your way up the levels, you’ll see exclusive bonuses, cashback offers, birthday gifts, and higher cashout limits unlocked. Gets the job done for players who stay true to Lamabet.
Banking & Payment Methods
To get the ball rolling at Lamabet, you’ll need to deposit a minimum of €20. They claim they’d cover all the transaction fees in most cases but state in their Terms & Conditions (yes, we read that, too) that ‘you are responsible for your own bank charges.’ You probably won’t end up in a poorhouse after covering those fees, but it’s good to be mindful that something like this could happen.
They do a good job covering both conventional payment options and crypto. You can deposit using the classics such as Visa, Bank Transfer, and Mastercard, or go with eWallets such as Skrill, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If you’re into crypto, they’ve got you covered with Litecoin, Bitcoin, Ripple, and Binance, among others.
Withdrawal Speed
Once you’re ready to cash out your winnings, you’ll be able to do it using the same processor you’ve used to put down your money, more or less. Of course, if you deposited with Google Pay or Apple Pay, you won’t be able to withdraw by default (those options have never even supported withdrawals), but whatever other option you go for, we’d say you’re good.
As for the minimum withdrawal amount, it’s typically €20, though it may be slightly different depending on the processor you choose.
The maximum amount, however, didn’t really knock our socks off. You won’t be able to cash out more than €1,000/day, €2,500/week, and €15,000 per month unless you’ve reached ‘a higher VIP level,’ or so they say. How high you need to climb and how much more you’ll be able to withdraw will stay shrouded in mystery since even their VIP page states that you’ll get ‘negotiable cashout limits.’ Seems to us like transparency said its final words at this point.
Responsible Gaming
The responsible gaming page at Lamabet online casino looks good on paper. There are lots of useful resources, and they talk in great volumes about bets and losses limits, session limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. But that’s where they wrap things up — you won’t find any info on how to see these responsible gaming features activated.
At this point, we did what we always do when writing casino reviews. We warmed up our keyboards and reached out to Lamabet’s customer support. Guess what they told us? You’ll need to contact them to see any of the responsible gaming tools activated. To us (and probably every other rational soul out there), this seems like they’re doing just enough to get by in terms of safe gambling.
Customer Support at Lamabet
Lamabet’s customer support does very well at what they’re supposed to — responding to questions quickly. You can reach out to them using the chat widget or by email, but we always recommend the chat option. It’s by and large faster than anything else, even though you’ll have to put up with a bot that’ll try to convince you not to bother the customer support representative.
Overall, Lamabet’s customer representatives don’t seem to be cutting any corners, and they quickly responded to all our questions (although we just kept coming at them with queries).
KYC
The identity check at Lamabet online casino is pretty standard. You need to upload your ID, proof of address, and a screenshot or photo from your online bank, or a bank statement. They do state that players may expect to have to provide this information before they make any withdrawals, but they might also ask you to verify your identity at any point later on.
To avoid a mess down the line, it’s better to usher yourself into uploading these documents yourself right away. You can do it right from your profile settings under ‘verification.’
Lamabet Casino Experience and Features
Once you hit Lamabet online casino’s webpage, boom. Right under your nose, there’s a cartoonish llama mascot. But don’t get us wrong, we love it when casinos follow a brand-focused aesthetic instead of giving us, well, nothing. The centerpiece llamas also don’t take anything away from the UX — the website’s pretty sleek and modern, with a dark background and low-key pops of color.
They’ve also rolled out a dedicated Lamabet app, which is always a plus, although you could still play your top picks from your mobile browser just as fine.
As for the special features they’ve developed, things are looking bland there. In fact, other than selecting a specific provider and being given a list of all the games coming from their studio, there’s basically nothing to see. You won’t be able to filter games if you go for the search bar route, nor you’ll see your most played titles grouped anywhere.
Brand games
Game Providers
Luckily, Lamabet online casino has a draggable slider in the middle of their webpage where you can see the entire roster of the software providers they’ve partnered with. There, you’ll spot high-profile providers such as Evolution, NetEnt, Platipus, Big Time Gaming, Thunderkick, Spinomenal, Endorphina, and Wazdan, among others. From what we could see, their game selection is powered by 85 software providers in total, so judging from the lineup itself, we’d say there’s definitely something for every vibe.
Lamabet Slots
If we were to say how many slots Lamabet online casino really has, we’d have to eyeball it. They don’t make this information public anywhere on their website, so we had to scroll for some time to get the feel of the amount. Judging by the time we spent scrolling, we’d say you’ll find something to do here.
Anyhow, we spotted lots of familiar faces at Lamabet, including Dead or Alive 2, Gonzo’s Quest, Wanted Dead or a Wild, Zeus vs Thanatos Claw, and Fortune Tiger.
There’s no shortage of newly hatched titles such as Ruby Royal, Duel at Dawn, and Book of Alice.
Greek slots have claimed their own lane at Lamabet online casino, too, so you’ll spot them right on the homepage. If you tap on the flashy banner inviting you to ‘ Travel with Lama to Greece,’ you’ll see 12 Zeus-and-co-inspired slots there, including Divine Fortune Megaways, Demi Gods V, and Olympus of Luck: Hold the Spin.
Live Casino
Given that Lamabet’s live dealer section is chock-full of Evolution titles, we’d say they’re pretty heavily equipped. There’s Instant Roulette, Red Door Roulette, Super Sic Bo, First Person Craps, Speed Blackjack and Ultimate Texas Hold’em.
You’ll find a well-rounded spread of game shows, too, including Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Funky Time, Gonzo’s Treasure Map, and Football Studio, to name a few. They could have separated game shows from the rest of the live dealer games, but one can hope it’ll happen at some point.
Table Games
In a (not so) rare twist, people behind the Lamabet website didn’t think separating table games from live casino titles would do players any good. In fact, we’re starting to see this setup while testing casinos more and more nowadays, but apart from inflating the total number of games, it’s hard to find any sane purpose for this.
That being said, Lamabet’s table games section stores 30+ titles in total, but you won’t find more than a dozen that aren’t live dealer games. You can try classics like French and American Roulette, Multihand Blackjack, Three Card Poker, and Quickplay Mahjong.
Progressive Jackpots
The jackpot section at Lamabet stands pretty strong. Most titles display the latest big-money score, which always makes the selection process smoother. We’d like to see their highest-paying jackpots somehow brought to the forefront, though, but it’s basically the same (jumbled) state as with slots.
After skimming through their lineup, these are some of the maximum-paying progressive jackpots you’ll see at Lamabet: Alexander the Great, Bank Robbers, Dragon Kings, Glam Life, and Mega Glam Life.
About the Lamabet Team and History
Our casino rating process would be incomplete if we didn’t take a look at each casino’s overall history. But there was basically nothing to dig up since Lamabet is pretty young in the online casino industry. Their parent company is registered in Curacao and operates under the Anjouan license, and that’s all about them at this point.
Complaints and Track Record
Lamabet casino has a clean slate here at Casinomeister, as Max has already pointed out. This isn’t surprising since they’re still pretty new, but it’s nonetheless necessary to be mentioned.
Since players rarely criticize their parent company, things are looking promising at this point, and we hope everything will stay pristine in the future, too.
