Just Casino is a bit of a looker with some questionable habits. The 18,000+ games, 186 providers, and slick mobile-friendly site are all genuinely impressive. At first glance, it looks like it has the whole package.
Until you start poking around.
The bonuses come with 40x wagering and a seven-day expiry, withdrawals are capped, cards can get money in but not out, and the 24/7 live chat couldn’t even be bothered to let you through. Responsible gambling tools are thin, the information is dated, and the operator has already picked up two ACMA warnings involving sister brands.
So what’s the verdict? Just Casino has done a cracking job on the shop window. It’s just that nobody’s convinced it has finished tidying up the rooms behind it.

Just Casino keeps the bonuses coming, with cashback, reloads, free spins and deposit offers spread across the week. There’s certainly no shortage of promotions here, which is a nice change from casinos that throw one welcome bonus at you and then disappear into the mist.
The welcome offer is split across five deposits, with a €100 minimum deposit needed in total to work through all five. So, if I put €20 into each deposit, I’d get €59 in bonus money: €20 from each of the two 100% bonuses, €10 from the 50% bonus, €5 from the 25% bonus and €4 from the 20% bonus.
Sounds alright until you do the maths. At 40x wagering, I’d need to put €2,360 through the casino just to clear that €59 in bonus money. And that’s before I count any free-spin winnings, which also come with 40x wagering. It certainly puts a sour taste in the mouth of any new player.
The small print doesn’t give you a break either. There’s seven days to clear a bonus, a €5 maximum bet while wagering, and only slots contribute the full 100%. Roulette drops to 25%, blackjack and game shows to 10%, while baccarat contributes absolutely nothing.
The volume of offers is genuinely good. The value is a different story, though. Just Casino is happy to put plenty of bonuses in front of you, but the 40x wagering, short expiry and restrictive betting rules will probably leave you cold.
VIP and Loyalty Programme
Just Casino has two separate reward schemes.
VIP Galaxy is invite-only, offering higher limits, faster withdrawals, a personal account manager, exclusive promotions, and VIP events. The perks are genuinely decent, but there’s no publicly disclosed spend requirement, so getting in is basically a case of hoping. Just Casino decides you’re important enough.
The Loyalty Programme is more transparent, but the maths is rough. Slots earn 1 point per €25 wagered, so 200 points means €5,000 through the slots for a €5 bonus. Then comes the 40x wagering requirement. Lovely.
The top reward reaches €100,000 plus a €50,000 trip, but requires 5 million XP. This isn’t a loyalty scheme for the casual player. It’s a very expensive carrot for high rollers.
Just Casino Payment Options and Withdrawal Speed
Just Casino offers 24 deposit methods, covering cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and crypto. Withdrawals are trimmed down to 16 methods, and cards are completely missing from the list. That’s becoming a bit of a theme across the network, too, as the casino’s sister site Let’s Lucky also accepts card deposits without offering card withdrawals. If you like keeping your money movements simple, that’s a pretty annoying gap.
E-wallet and crypto withdrawals are quoted at 0–24 hours, while bank transfers can take 2–7 days. The bigger issue is the withdrawal ceiling: €4,000 per day, €8,000 per week and €30,000 per month. Those limits look particularly stingy when Just Casino is clearly trying to attract high rollers with its VIP and Loyalty programmes. A player grinding towards €100,000 loyalty rewards or splashing out enough to qualify for VIP should reasonably expect the withdrawal limits to reflect that. Hopefully, increased limits are one of the perks available to VIPs, because otherwise big winners are going to be waiting a while to get their money out.
KYC is pretty standard. You can upload all the documents directly through the account, including proof of identity, address and payment, with further checks possible when required.

While writing this review, I nearly fell off my chair when I found out there are 18,000+ games. Most of those are slots, too, so if you played a different game every single day, you’d be occupied for almost 49 years. I’m not sure I have that kind of commitment in me, but you do you.
And if 18,000 games somehow isn’t enough choice, there’s The Diamond Club. This gives players access to exclusive games, special promotions and a hand-picked Game of the Week, without making you feel like you need to join some secret society.

Just Casino Experience and Features
Ever wondered what an astronaut wearing a tuxedo, sitting on a plush white couch and floating through space looks like? No, me neither. But alas, Just Casino has gone down the well-worn space theme route, and frankly, it doesn’t do much with it. Slapping a Space Club and VIP Galaxy onto the site doesn’t exactly count as leaning into the theme.
Thankfully, as with the other Just Entertainment sites, the actual design is much better. It’s slick, simple, and easy to navigate, which is what everyone wants from a casino site.
I did run into one bizarre issue, though. I couldn’t actually register from the casino page. Instead, I had to head into the sports section to complete my registration. I genuinely can’t think of a good reason for that, so rather than trying to explain it, I’d say Just Casino should just fix it.
There’s no mobile app, but that shouldn’t be a problem. The site shrinks down to a smaller screen without any issues, and I found myself testing plenty of the casino on mobile anyway. If I kept forgetting I wasn’t on desktop, I’d say the mobile experience is doing its job.
Responsible Gambling
There are just two responsible gambling tools available at Just Casino: deposit limit and self-exclusion. This is easily one of the weakest parts of Just Casino. The responsible gambling page feels like it was written because every top online casino needs to have one, not because anyone actually wanted to make gambling safer.
The advice is painfully basic. If you’re struggling, you’ll be told to set limits, self-exclude, or seek professional help. Fine. But to set those limits or self-exclude, you’ll have to contact support through live chat. Why make you ask someone else to activate a tool designed to help you control your own gambling? Your guess is as good as mine.
To make matters worse, the page was last updated on 1 February 2023. For a casino operating in 2026, that’s an embarrassing amount of dust on such an important part of the site.

About the Just Casino Team and History
Just Casino only dates back to 2023, so there aren’t exactly decades of history to get excited about. It’s operated by Just Entertainment B.V., and that’s where things get a little less comfortable.
The operator has already picked up two formal warnings from Australia’s gambling regulator, ACMA. In 2025, it was warned over sister brand Lucky Ones for offering a prohibited and unlicensed gambling service to Australian customers. Then came another warning in 2026, this time concerning Lukki Casino.
To be clear, neither warning was aimed at Just Casino, and neither resulted in a fine or licence suspension. But I’m not going to pretend two regulatory warnings against the same operator are nothing. They’re not.
Just Casino itself may have a licence and a relatively short history, but the company behind it has already managed to collect a couple of regulatory black marks. That doesn’t automatically make Just Casino a bad operator, but it should give you a reason to look twice rather than blindly trust the logo.
Player Comments on Just Casino
Just Casino may be new to Casinomeister, but the complete silence from players is a bit odd when its live casino was showing 7,000+ players during my casino review.
Thousands of people are apparently playing, yet nobody has found five minutes to talk about it. Come on, people.
For now, there’s no player feedback to back up or challenge what Just Casino is selling us.
Complaints and Track Record
I couldn’t find any complaints against Just Casino, which is obviously a good start. There are no withdrawal disputes, account issues, or other player complaints piling up against it.
That said, I’m not going to call this a spotless record. Just Casino hasn’t been around long enough to build much of a record at all. For now, there’s simply very little here to judge.

Customer Support at Just Casino
Just Casino offers 24/7 live chat, email support, and an FAQ. Sounds decent until you actually try to use the live chat.
I opened it, selected the language, and was immediately told the chat was too busy to take my message. That was it. No queue, no estimated wait, no attempt to help. Just a dead end.
That’s particularly poor when live chat is also where players are told to go for responsible gambling tools. If someone needs to set a deposit limit or self-exclude, “we’re too busy” is not an acceptable response.
I was pushed towards email instead, which rather defeats the point of advertising 24/7 live support in the first place. The whole thing left a pretty poor impression. Having a chat button on the site is not the same as actually providing customer support.
