Jazzy Spins Casino Review
UKGC & MGA-licensed casino with thousands of slots
Casinomeister's Verdict
Providing its casino services since 2021, Jazzy Spins offers over 4,200 slots, no withdrawal limits for UK players, and a solid amount of promo offers. They also stock games from over 90 software providers and have a solid number of RG tools.
Unfortunately, it’s not all smooth sailing at Jazzy Spins. Withdrawals are painfully slow (forget about getting paid out over the weekend) and there’s no live casino section.
If you don’t mind being paid out at a snail’s pace and not having any live dealer options available, then Jazzy Spins is a decent pick.
We’re yet to receive any complaints, but if you’ve experienced any problems, let us know in our forums.
Regular free spins offers
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Another ProgressPlay casino with the usual features: licensing is good (UKGC and Malta); low rate of complaints (in this case VERY low); self-exclusion policy is okay but requires more back-and-forth with the casino staff than is ideal; Complaints procedure is good, backed by eCOGRA. Players should be in good hands here.
Jazzy Spins Casino Bonuses and Promotions
The bonuses and promotions section at Jazzy Spins actually makes you pay attention when you first take a look. It’s fleshed out predominantly with free spins offers, and they have a decent welcome bonus. The promos aren’t out-of-this-world-good, but they’re better than many other casinos out there (as some of them fail to offer any reload bonuses at all).
UK rules mean the wagering requirements are capped at a fair 10x. Outside the UK, however, wagering requirements jump to a steep 50x.
Be careful if you’re a fan of using Skrill or Neteller, since they have been excluded when claiming any of the listed promos on the site.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Another casino without a proper VIP or loyalty program? Check.
It’s quite frustrating that Jazzy Spins doesn’t offer a real loyalty scheme. They do, at least, provide some incentive to keep playing with their rewards program, but it’s based on how much you play. The system is pretty ambiguous and requires you to complete missions and challenges without exactly knowing what you’ll get in return.
You’ll get a few free spins and maybe a deposit bonus or two if you’re lucky.
Banking & Payment Methods
You’ll have to temper your expectations regarding the payout speeds at Jazzy Spins. Even for crypto options, they can take up to 72 hours to be completed, while card withdrawals take a staggering 10 days.
You’ll be met with annoying withdrawal fees as well, so Jazzy Spins will probably let you down in the payments department. While these are capped at a fairly low 1% up to £3 per transaction, most sites don’t charge any fees at all.
Did we also mention they don’t payout over weekends? Seems like you’ll be waiting quite some time to receive your winnings. Pretty bold that they get you to pay for those withdrawals if you ask us.
There are no payout limits if you’re playing from the UK, as per UKGC rules. However, if you’re outside the UK, you’ll be limited to €3,000/week and €6,000/month.
As for the ID check, Jazzy Spins has a dedicated Account Verification section where you can upload all the required documents. It makes the process easy to complete, but there may still be delays, so we recommend submitting those docs as soon as you sign up.
Responsible Gaming
You’ll be able to set deposit, wager and loss limits at Jazzy Spins, and they also have other tools such as cool-off periods, self-exclusion and reality checks. Exactly what you’d expect from a casino licensed by both the Malta Gaming Authority and UK Gambling Commission.
The RG page makes it easy to manually set those limits, so no need to contact customer support to do it for you. So yeah, the RG section is better than at many online casinos out there, and there’s several links to support organizations as well if you need it.
Customer Support at Jazzy Spins Casino
There’s a bunch of FAQs available on site for direct support and they do have a 24/7 live chat available. That said, you’ll need to battle past the chat bot first, answering a few generic questions before getting to talk with a real agent. Quite annoying, but it is what it is. At least you can actually get through to a real person.
You can also get in contact with support via email. In all honesty, we wouldn’t bother, as it will take much longer than a quick message on live chat.
Jazzy Spins Casino Experience and Features
The Jazzy Spins casino site isn’t exactly gripping, yet there isn’t much to complain about either. The menu on the left-hand side of the page makes it easy to navigate to all the different areas of the casino. Overall, it does the fundamentals well.
You can look for games in the search bar and the favorites tab is quite handy, but the filtering system needs some serious improvements. That’s because there are hardly any options available to sort through the thousands of games on the site.
No Jazzy Spins mobile app available, either, so the Jazzy Spins is only accessible from a browser. The casino works to a decent level that way, nonetheless, so it’s not like you’re missing out on much. We didn’t experience any lag, and everything seemed fairly smooth all in all.
Brand games
Game Providers
Jazzy Spins offers games from a solid 90+ software providers, including the well-known names such as Games Global, Hacksaw Gaming, and Pragmatic Play. They have a decent selection of just under 5,000 games in the library, but that’s far from the most extensive lobbies around.
Jazzy Spin Casino Slots
The bulk of the games lobby is made up of over 4,200 slots. Unfortunately, they’re all grouped together in one giant Slots category, so you can’t even filter through them properly. They have Jackpots and Providers categories at least, but that’s about it, and you’ll still have to spend ages scrolling through all the different games.
You can manually search for a specific title in the search bar, otherwise you’ll be spending a long, long time hunting through the thousands of options. It’s a bit of a joke really.
The only positive is that you can add your top slots to the favorites tab, so once you’ve invested some time into hunting through the library, you can keep track of them.
Live Casino
Looking for a real-life casino experience at home? You won’t find it at Jazzy Spins.
We were very surprised to see a modern casino like Jazzy Spins fail to provide a live casino section, and this knocked down the casino’s rating based on our casino rating score.
The Casino category offers a selection of table games, such as roulette, baccarat and blackjack, but no sign of any live dealers around.
About the Jazzy Spins Casino Team and History
Owned and operated by ProgressPlay Limited, Jazzy Spins is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. While these are two of the most respected gambling licenses around, ProgressPlay received a £1 million fine in August 2025 due to Anti-Money Laundering and social responsibility failings.
That was the second time they had received a fine, as they also had to pay over £175,000 in 2022 for the same failings. If you’re put off by that track record, you can always try out a platform from our list of Accredited Casinos instead.
Complaints and Track Record
Jazzy Spins has been in operation for over five years and there’s no record of them in our complaints list. Given that there’s been ample time for people to test out the site, it’s quite a positive sign. We couldn’t even find anything about them in our forums.
Other ProgressPlay Limited casinos, such as Dukes Casino, have been mentioned, however. andysbetting1187 complained about the withdrawal fees, which isn’t surprising:
SYPlayer95 also made their feelings about ProgressPlay clear:
“Lots of better sites to play at than ProgressPlay.”
