The bonuses and promotions section at Jazzy Spins actually makes you pay attention when you first take a look. It’s fleshed out predominantly with free spins offers, and they have a decent welcome bonus. The promos aren’t out-of-this-world-good, but they’re better than many other casinos out there (as some of them fail to offer any reload bonuses at all).
UK rules mean the wagering requirements are capped at a fair 10x. Outside the UK, however, wagering requirements jump to a steep 50x.

It’s quite frustrating that Jazzy Spins doesn’t offer a real loyalty scheme. They do, at least, provide some incentive to keep playing with their rewards program, but it’s based on how much you play. The system is pretty ambiguous and requires you to complete missions and challenges without exactly knowing what you’ll get in return.
You’ll get a few free spins and maybe a deposit bonus or two if you’re lucky.
You’ll have to temper your expectations regarding the payout speeds at Jazzy Spins. Even for crypto options, they can take up to 72 hours to be completed, while card withdrawals take a staggering 10 days.
You’ll be met with annoying withdrawal fees as well, so Jazzy Spins will probably let you down in the payments department. While these are capped at a fairly low 1% up to £3 per transaction, most sites don’t charge any fees at all.
Did we also mention they don’t payout over weekends? Seems like you’ll be waiting quite some time to receive your winnings. Pretty bold that they get you to pay for those withdrawals if you ask us.
There are no payout limits if you’re playing from the UK, as per UKGC rules. However, if you’re outside the UK, you’ll be limited to €3,000/week and €6,000/month.
As for the ID check, Jazzy Spins has a dedicated Account Verification section where you can upload all the required documents. It makes the process easy to complete, but there may still be delays, so we recommend submitting those docs as soon as you sign up.

The Jazzy Spins casino site isn’t exactly gripping, yet there isn’t much to complain about either. The menu on the left-hand side of the page makes it easy to navigate to all the different areas of the casino. Overall, it does the fundamentals well.
You can look for games in the search bar and the favorites tab is quite handy, but the filtering system needs some serious improvements. That’s because there are hardly any options available to sort through the thousands of games on the site.
No Jazzy Spins mobile app available, either, so the Jazzy Spins is only accessible from a browser. The casino works to a decent level that way, nonetheless, so it’s not like you’re missing out on much. We didn’t experience any lag, and everything seemed fairly smooth all in all.

We were very surprised to see a modern casino like Jazzy Spins fail to provide a live casino section, and this knocked down the casino’s rating based on our casino rating score.
The Casino category offers a selection of table games, such as roulette, baccarat and blackjack, but no sign of any live dealers around.
Owned and operated by ProgressPlay Limited, Jazzy Spins is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. While these are two of the most respected gambling licenses around, ProgressPlay received a £1 million fine in August 2025 due to Anti-Money Laundering and social responsibility failings.
That was the second time they had received a fine, as they also had to pay over £175,000 in 2022 for the same failings. If you’re put off by that track record, you can always try out a platform from our list of Accredited Casinos instead.
Jazzy Spins has been in operation for over five years and there’s no record of them in our complaints list. Given that there’s been ample time for people to test out the site, it’s quite a positive sign. We couldn’t even find anything about them in our forums.
