Jackpotjoy casino has a pretty clean record on Casinomeister, a couple issues came up last year regarding self-exclusion and irregular enforcement but most of that was referred to the casino’s ADR and there has been nothing since. Licensing is good, UKGC and Gibraltar. Self-exclusion policy is pretty thread-bare (not much said) but it seems to be there for players that need it. The complaints process is fairly standard and the ADR is eCOGRA which is perfectly respectable. The end result is that we would expect players to have no significant problems at this casino and procedures are in place if you do, so that’s a thumbs-up from us.
