Jackpotjoy casino has a pretty clean record on Casinomeister, a couple issues came up last year regarding self-exclusion and irregular enforcement but most of that was referred to the casino’s ADR and there has been nothing since. Licensing is good, UKGC and Gibraltar. Self-exclusion policy is pretty thread-bare (not much said) but it seems to be there for players that need it. The complaints process is fairly standard and the ADR is eCOGRA which is perfectly respectable.
