From the Desk of Max Drayman
The casino claims to have started this year (2026) but looking over the T&Cs I’d guess that they are either a re-brand or lifted their Terms from an existing site. Although there is no record of complaints for Jackpot88.io at Casinomeister I would advice against making too much of that. Licensing is Anjouan. In our experience (so far) that is a “known unknown” because Anjouan needs to prove itself before anyone can rely on that license to save them if the going gets rough. Speaking of which, watch out for the Self-Exclusion and Complaints policies here: SE is by email only and after a 24 hour delay they block you for seven (7) days, period. Although they don’t explicitly say it one can only assume that after those seven days expire the self-exclusion evaporates and players are thrown back into the open casino. Complaints have to be filed “within 3 days” or the case will be deemed invalid. Note to all: that is hopelessly restrictive and not fit for purpose. If that’s not satisfactory “the Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.” which, unfortunately, is the old Curaçao 365/JAZ Master License that has been defunct for two years now. In other words, either players are being given some nonsense here because the casino is too lazy to clean up their Terms, or there is something skullduggery at work. Either way the warning lights should be flashing because none of this looks good. This casino may simply be half-baked — hasn’t had time to get their house in order — at this point which at the very least means they should clean things up before anyone takes them very seriously. Player Beware.
