Casinomeister's Verdict

GlitchSpin is a relatively new casino from GBL Solutions N.V., and it has some good things going for it: lots of ongoing bonuses with decent wagering requirements, a great selection of games from over a 100 providers, more than 20 deposit and withdrawal methods (including crypto), and they even go beyond the bare minimum in terms of responsible gambling with a couple of useful tools.

However, withdrawals tend to be slow, they have low limits, and there’s a mandatory 3x wagering on each deposit if you wish to make a fee-free withdrawal. More importantly, we’ve haven’t had a great experience with some of GlitchSpin’s sister casinos in the past, although we didn’t have any unresolved complaints recently, nor did we find any on other complaints services.

All things considered, players should exercise caution when playing here. Read the full GlitchSpin casino review for more information, and be sure to share your experience in the forum if you try it out.

From the Desk of Max Drayman

Although we have no complaints history for GlitchSpin at Casinomeister, we do know some of their sister casinos from other complaints and the story is not great: ignored complaints, unpaid players, etc etc. To be fair none of that is particularly recent so who knows, everything may be lovely these days.

The whole group — we count eight casinos under GBL Solutions N.V. ownership — is Curaçao-licensed which is better than nothing. Ya gotta wonder though, “GlitchSpin”? Player asks “why were my winnings cancelled?” Support replies “because there was a glitch, in your spin.” 😀

Anyhoo, given the sister casino background and the highly questionable naming of the casino we’d advise EXTREME caution if this place is where you feel you gotta spend your money.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

GlitchSpin has a formidable lineup of bonus offers: a 6-part welcome bonus, regular reloads, cashback, and ongoing monthly bonuses that change each month, including deposit matches and free spins.

GlitchSpin Welcome Bonus

From the start, GlitchSpin grabs your attention with an amazing bonus offer: a 410% match up to $3000 + 515 Free Spins. A bit misleading, as it’s actually split across 6 deposit bonuses:

  • First deposit: 100% up to $150 + 50 FS
  • First deposit high roll (minimum deposit of $150): 50% up to $1000 + 100 FS
  • Second deposit: 80% up to $200 + 75 FS
  • Third deposit: 60% up to $300 + 100 FS
  • Fourth deposit: 60% up to $400 + 70 FS
  • Fifth deposit: 60% up to $500 + 80 FS
  • Sixth deposit: 50% up to $600 + 90 FS

That said, it’s a far cry from what they advertise at first, as you’re not getting one amazing bonus but several mediocre ones. Some of these offers are pretty much what you’ll find offered as a regular reload bonus at many other online casinos. The high roller alternative on the first deposit is especially underwhelming, as the best high roller bonuses usually offer a better deposit match as an incentive.

The wagering is set at 45x, which is a bit high but not too bad, especially compared to some other online casinos we’ve seen recently. Sadly, you only have 5 days to meet the wagering requirements, which is quite short for anyone making a larger deposit. Another caveat is they don’t share what games they issue the free spins for, so they’re free to just leave you with some terrible RTP and call it a day.

All in all, it’s a decent welcome offer, if a bit disappointing at certain points. As always, be sure to read the terms carefully if you claim this or any other bonus offer on the site.

No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers

Sadly, GlitchSpin doesn’t offer any no-deposit bonuses. However, they do have a couple of other regular bonuses players can enjoy:

  • Wednesday Reload — 30% up to $250
  • Weekend Reload Special — 50% up to $250
  • Weekly Cashback — 10% up to $200

Apart from this, there’s a “Bonus map” section where the casino offers a unique daily bonus for each day of a given month, and it makes for most of the bonus diversity at this casino. The offer changes each month, and you can see exactly what bonuses will be available each day. It includes a variety of deposit matches and free spins offers.

The bonus cash and free spins winnings come with the same 45x wagering (not great, not terrible). The cashback is a bit lower at 30x, but it’s quite high for such a small cashback offer. Overall, lots of varied offers, but we would’ve liked to see more favorable wagering, particularly on free spins and cashback offers.

VIP and Loyalty Programs

GlitchSpin’s “Loyalty Club” is a five-tier program players can advance through by wagering, unlocking benefits such as extra free spins when you level up, access to exclusive promotions, and a personal account manager. Players also get loyalty points they can spend in the bonus shop for every $1000 wagered, and these points are awarded at a better rate as you level up.

The benefits are quite underwhelming at a glance, and it’s made even worse by the complete lack of transparency. You can’t tell how much you need to wager per level, only slot wagers are eligible, and the bonuses from the bonus shop are ridiculously expensive. We’re talking $7000 wagered for 5 spins valued at $0.1, which are then subject to the same 45x wagering requirements as all other bonuses. Ridiculous.

All in all, this is one of the most disappointing VIP programs we’ve seen in a while, so if you’re looking for a casino that truly rewards long-term loyalty, it’s best to take a look at some other online casino reviews.

Banking & Payment Methods

GlitchSpin has just shy of 30 deposit methods on offer, including Visa, Mastercard, PaysafeCard, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, Wise, eZeeWallet, MiFinity, Revolut, Jetonbank, and more. On the crypto front, they support Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Cardano, XRP (Ripple), Dogecoin, Tron, Tether, and USD Coin. This makes for amazing variety, just keep in mind that not all payment options might be available, depending on your location.

As usual, not all of the fiat deposit methods are available for withdrawals. You can only withdraw to PaysafeCard and some of the e-wallets, while all other fiat withdrawals have to go via bank transfer. Naturally, there are no such restrictions on crypto, and all cryptocurrencies are available for withdrawals.

Withdrawals aren’t the fastest, however, as the casino’s financial team has fixed working hours and is only available on weekdays. That also means no weekend payouts, and your wait is likely to get extended if you withdraw towards the end of the week. The limits aren’t encouraging either, as you can only withdraw a maximum of $500 per day and $10,000 per month. They even require players to wager their deposit at least 3 times, otherwise there’s a 15% withdrawal fee — at least they don’t pretend it’s part of their AML policy, like many other online casinos do.

Finally, withdrawals are only available after you’ve successfully completed the KYC procedure: proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds in some cases. The process normally takes up to 72 hours but can be started through your profile’s Verification tab. You may need to contact support about it, since they prompt you to make a deposit before you can submit documents.

Responsible Gambling

Surprisingly enough, GlitchSpin goes beyond the bare minimum to deliver actual responsible gaming tools. You can find and activate these features in your account settings, and they include:

  • Reality check — Automated reminders you can set for 60, 90, or 180 minutes.
  • Cool-off — Short-term break you can activate for 1, 3 or 7 days.
  • Self-exclusion — Long-term self-exclusion, which can be requested via support

Additionally, the responsible gaming page explains all these features in good detail, and the casino also directs players to external organizations that can help those who are dealing with a gambling problem. Many online casinos only commit to the bare minimum as required by their license, so it’s always good to see a brand take a step beyond that.

Customer Support at GlitchSpin

If you need to get in touch with support, you can do so via email or live chat. Agents are available 24/7, but the actual experience was far from ideal.

There are no tedious bots to slog through and agents were always available, but getting information out of them seemed to take forever. Sometimes, it took upwards of 15 minutes to clarify simple bonus terms such as wagering requirements and free spins games. The response times did vary from agent to agent, so it’s a bit of a gamble (ha-ha).

There’s also an FAQ section that can help out with some issues, but it’s quite barebones, and it’s unlikely to help if you run into a wall with support. Still better than nothing, but there’s a lot of room for improvement here.

GlitchSpin Casino Experience and Features

As you may have guessed from the name, the aesthetic of GlitchSpin is… glitch? The odd thing is, they don’t even lean much into that, as the site has graphics that range all the way from sci-fi/cyberpunk to just regular fantasy. There’s only one “glitched” graphic we saw, and the green-purple color scheme really doesn’t make the user interface easy on the eyes, nor does it give any particular feel.

On the practical side of things, it’s even worse. As mentioned above, the game categories feel arbitrary, the search function is basic, and the layout comes across as extremely chaotic. You start scrolling the home page, and you just don’t know where to look. Many of the other pages are no better, as there’s either too much going on, or they’re drowned in messy graphics.

All of these issues become exacerbated if you switch to mobile, as the site feels even more crowded and messy. Fortunately, the sidebar is there to help you navigate and games work smoothly. The only issues we encountered came from games that weren’t optimized for mobile gaming, but that’s a provider issue, not a casino issue.

Brand games

GlitchSpin Casino Game Providers

GlitchSpin features just over 100 providers on their site, making for a great deal of variety. You’ll find Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Spinomenal, NetEnt, Play’n GO, and all other industry leaders that are a must-have for online casinos these days. On top of that, there’s a good selection of lesser-known companies, in case you’re looking for something new or more obscure.

GlitchSpin Slots

GlitchSpin casino’s game library holds thousands of slots, so there’s no lack of diversity here. The problem is mainly finding games to play, as the site’s layout has a lot of room for improvement. Namely, all slots are found in the singular Slots section, with no subcategories for different types of slots (e.g., megaways, bonus buys, etc.). There’s only two additional sections for table games and Instant Games, which includes other types of online casino games such as plinko and Crash games.

The search function is also quite rudimentary as it only supports title search, and the only way to narrow down your selection is via provider or the additional section for new additions and popular titles. That said, if you know what you’re looking for, this is unlikely to be a big problem. However, the browsing experience has rarely felt worse.

Live Casino

If you prefer live casino games, there are hundreds of titles from established providers. There’s a ton of variety, including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, game shows, dice games, and more. Unfortunately, the browsing situation is in the same boat, as the casino only has distinct categories for blackjack, roulette, and lottery games. Browsing other live dealer games may be a hassle, but at least it’s easier to search than slots.

About the GlitchSpin Team and History

GlitchSpin only launched in 2024, so it didn’t have a lot of time to establish a proper reputation for itself. The casino is operated by GBL Solutions N.V. with a Curaçao GCB license (no. OGL/2024/589/0556), though the weak jurisdiction isn’t the primary concern.

Rather, what’s more concerning is that most of the casinos run by this group are fairly new, and they all raise some potential red flags already. The main things that stick out is the fact they process their finances through a subsidiary in Cyprus, they seem to hide their ownership/licensing information in some jurisdictions, and most of the GBL casinos have questionable track records in terms of complaints.

Complaints and Track Record

We’ve had no direct complaints against GlitchSpin at Casinomeister so far, and there wasn’t much to be found at other complaints resolution services. Sister casinos, however, are a different story.

We’ve had some unresolved complaints from other GBL properties in the past, and all of the sister casinos that have been around for more than a year have accumulated a fair share of complaints. None of them have left a trail of unresolved complaints, but players should still be careful nonetheless.

If you’re worried about potential issues, it’s best to check out a Casinomeister-certified casino instead, as they’re guaranteed to approach complaints fairly and without delay.
