We have no record of complaints against Gambloria, neither via our PAB service nor on the forums. All that is good. The licensing jurisdiction is not optimal as Anjouan has yet to show itself to be proactive in any way regarding player complaints. Speaking of complaints, the final statement on disputes and arbitration in the Terms is not encouraging: “The parties agree that any dispute … shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Anjouan.” Not only is this monumentally impractical, it is also pretty much a dead end because, as we’ve said, Anjouan has not been known (thus far) to pursue a licensee in any meaningful way. Our conclusion is that players need to be careful here and proceed with caution, the reputation of the individual operator is likely the only real indication of how well things will go if there is trouble.
