Let's start with the good stuff. FantasyBet doesn't slap a ceiling on your payouts, which is always a win, and you've got over 1,000 slots to rummage through. Add 27 payment methods, including cards, e-wallets and crypto, and the basics look pretty healthy.
Then reality kicks the door in. A €100 minimum withdrawal is a massive pain, particularly if you've just landed a smaller win. There's no VIP or loyalty programme either, so once you're past the shiny new-player stage, FantasyBet doesn't exactly shower you with reasons to stay. We have no record of activity regarding FantasyBet on Casinomeister, which is a good start. Licensing is Anjouan, which thus far is a big question mark; Anjouan is yet to prove that it will police its licensees properly. The self-exclusion policy is a little threadbare — the casino says they “will immediately close that account” — though no details of the required procedure are on offer. Insofar as complaints go, the casino’s policy is that “If the dispute is not resolved on the casino management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website.” In theory, that sounds okay, but our experience thus far is that Anjouan casinos tend not to be cooperative with arbitrators like Casinomeister. This leaves the player at the mercy of Anjouan and the results there have not been encouraging.
Overall, there are no immediate red flags to be concerned about, but there are a lot of questions as yet unanswered, so proceeding with caution sounds like a good plan to us.
