We have no record of player complaints regarding Empire.io at Casinomeister and, as always, that’s a good step in the right direction. No known sister casinos so nothing to be gleaned there. Licensing is Anjouan and to be frank the jury is still out on that: so far we haven’t seen anything to indicate that they’re taking player protection seriously, but we only have hearsay and rumours that they aren’t so … yeah, too early for conclusions there.
Finally we do see that Empire.io has Complaints and Self-Exclusion policies which is a good sign, at least shows that they’re making an effort. Unfortunately they do say “If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint by Empire.io, you may report a complaint to the Anjouan eGaming Commission” and as we’ve said, that may or may not be a problem. Overall, there is nothing overtly thumbs-down here so we’d advise players to proceed cautiously.
