The casino name sounds familiar so our first check is for past complaints against them: none. A quick poke around shows a number of sister casinos — others in the Novatrix SRL group — but pretty much the same story, few if any complaints. The licensing body is Tobique — a relatively new first-nations jurisdiction in Canada — which pops up from time to time but thus far has no solid record to base an opinion on.
Complaints policy seems thorough, naming EGIS (egis-adr.com) as the designated ADR: EGIS is apparently part of or exclusive to Tobique. Again, an unproven entity. It turns out the casino name is familiar because they used to have a big-brand Curaçao-based owner but that’s apparently no longer the case. As ever with casinos that have recently undergone big management changes we advise players to proceed with caution and keep an ear out for any reports of players having troubles, especially with the as yet unproven ADR (EGIS).
One small footnote: the casino offers a link to their Self-Exclusion policy but that just loops back to the Terms where there is no mention of self-exclusion. This appears to be an oversight that will likely be resolved sooner than later.
