If you visit the casino from Finland you’re see that the licensing jurisdiction is Curaçao and they do indeed have a valid Curaçao license. Most attempts to go to coolzino.com in other countries end up being redirected to sites like 93coolzino51.com and 90coolzino87.com . That is not encouraging especially since those sites only cite Costa Rica as the applicable legal jurisdiction, no mention of Curaçao GCB at all. Assuming one could overcome all that and get to a legitimate Curaçao-licensed version of the site there is the glaring issue of the Complaints procedure on offer. Here we have the usual “If the dispute is not resolved on the casino management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website” where no such list is available on the site. In other words you have no idea what they’ll do, if anything , when you actually do have a complaint you need to pursue. All in all this tells us that Finnish players may be okay because of the Curaçao license but players elsewhere should seriously consider whether they want to take a chance with the Costa Rica non-license that offers them zero protection.
