Chit Chat Bingo Casino Review

A no-nonsense bingo site that cuts through the faff and gets you playing

Casinomeister’s Verdict

Chit Chat Bingo isn’t exactly turning heads. It sits in the online gambling space the way a pub quiz machine sits in a pub. You know it’s there, it works, but no one is making a documentary about it. It keeps things fairly simple with a focus on bingo and a decent slot offering, so it will suit players who just want a bingo session without having to navigate a casino that’s trying too hard to impress them.

Behind the scenes, UK Bingo is an IGP (Inter Group Partner Holding) brand that runs on the Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited network under a UKGC licence. Grace Media only picked up its UKGC licence in March 2022, so it's still a relatively recent player in the UK market. That doesn't raise any immediate red flags, but it does make the site's rather basic look and feel a little more noticeable.

On that same note, Chit Chat Bingo is not without its drawbacks. The lack of promotions beyond a basic offering, the absence of a VIP structure, and the shortage of a live casino all take away from the overall package. Add in a past UKGC fine relating to marketing and self-exclusion issues, and the whole picture takes the edge off what might otherwise be a straightforward recommendation.

All in all, Chit Chat Bingo does enough to function as a casual bingo and slots site, but it does little to stand out from the crowd. It is steady, inoffensive, and unlikely to disappoint or impress. Set expectations accordingly.

From the Desk of Max Drayman

No player complaints on CM of significance; UKGC license which is good and brings with it the standard Complaints and arbitration process, here through eCOGRA; self-exclusion is reasonably available though “within 24 hours of your request” is a bit underwhelming; overall things look good though clearly prompt self-exclusion is not their forté.

Pros

  • Pros UKGC-licensed casino
  • Pros 24/7 customer support
  • Pros A bingo and slot-based casino

Cons

  • Cons Few game providers
  • Cons No VIP programme

Chit Chat Bingo Bonuses and Promotions

The promotions page at Chit Chat Bingo has one promotion. We counted. Twice. But to give the casino the benefit of the doubt, we’ll say that it perhaps  actually offers more promotions once you’ve cleared the welcome bonus, but it would be nice to see what’s in store before signing up.

For the most part, the small print isn’t actually too strict at Chit Chat Bingo, but it’s still worth a read before activating any bonuses. The minimum deposit is £5, which is lower than the standard £10-£20 we have come to expect. The wagering requirements are also a low 4x that you should complete within seven days, looking achievable and accessible.

Still, these rules are slightly dampened by the fact that the minimum amount you can convert and withdraw from the bonus is £15, but at least you won’t have to work too hard to get there.

The welcome bonus excludes wagering on slots, so if you don’t fancy getting your dauber out to mark off two little ducks, it might be worth taking a look at other casino bonuses.

VIP and Loyalty Programme

Clearly, Chit Chat Bingo was far too busy talking about bingo to create a VIP or loyalty programme for players. This is disappointing, as bingo lovers deserve to be rewarded for loyal and consistent activity.

Just the final nail in a coffin that was already pretty well sealed.

Chit Chat Bingo Payment Options and Withdrawal Speed

The payment selection at Chit Chat Bingo Casino is standard and reliable. It includes Visa and Mastercard, alongside popular e-wallets like PayPal and MuchBetter, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly and standard bank transfers. Nothing adventurous, nothing missing.

On the withdrawal side, e-wallets are the quickest way to get your winnings, with payouts typically landing within 48 hours. Card payments and bank transfers take a little longer, at between one and seven days, which is fairly standard across the industry.

The good news is there are no withdrawal fees to chip away at your balance, payouts are processed over the weekend, and the £10 minimum withdrawal is easy enough to reach. A £10,000 withdrawal limit per transaction works for most players, though high rollers may hit the ceiling.

As it’s a UKGC-licensed casino, Chit Chat Bingo requires you to complete identity verification before you can start playing. You’ll need to upload documents such as proof of identity and, if requested, proof of address through the website, live chat, or email. While approvals can take up to five working days, they’re often completed much sooner.

Chit Chat Bingo Games

Chit Chat Bingo Game Providers

Chit Chat Bingo’s game library is powered by a relatively small collection of providers, so don’t expect the same variety you’ll find at some of the bigger UK casinos. Familiar names like Pragmatic Play, Relax Gaming, Blueprint, and Eyecon do the heavy lifting, while studios such as Bragg, Gaming Corps, G.Games, Inspired and NetGaming help flesh out the catalogue.

That said, the provider lineup feels a little thin overall. Most modern, top online casinos boast dozens of software studios, giving players a much wider mix of slots, jackpots, and exclusive titles.

I’s enough to fill a session. It’s not enough to make you choose this site for the games alone. If you’re happy sticking to games from a handful of well-known developers, you’ll be perfectly content, but those who enjoy discovering new studios may find themselves running out of road fairly quickly.

Chit Chat Bingo Slots

Chit Chat Bingo has around 773 slot games, so there is still plenty to get stuck into even if the provider list is on the smaller side. The lobby comes with handy filters for both providers and themes, so if you are after something specific like a Roman-themed slot or something a bit more niche, you will find it without too much faff.

You will come across big-name titles like Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, which are of perfectly good quality. It is a solid enough selection overall, but since most of it comes from a handful of studios, things can start to feel a bit samey if you are playing for longer sessions.

Live Casino

There is no live casino at Chit Chat Bingo, as the site is focused more on bingo and slots. Instead, the platform keeps things simple with a straightforward lobby built around those core game types rather than offering live dealer tables.

Disappointing for players who prefer a bit of poker and blackjack, but hardly surprising given the casino’s name.

Chit Chat Bingo Experience and Features

Chit Chat Bingo’s visual experience is actually quite charming. As it’s a bingo-first casino, it certainly carries the theme, but the inclusion of adorable illustrations of people with tiny heads and uncharacteristically disproportionate bodies gives the casino a unique charm.

One of the features we discovered that you don’t see at every casino is the ‘Your Games’ tab located in the main banner. If you click it, a drop-down menu reveals three categories: Favourites, Recently won, and Recently played. It’s a great addition that just cuts through the noise and heads straight to your go-to games.

Chit Chat Bingo does not have a dedicated mobile app, but the site is fully optimised for mobile browsers. It runs smoothly on iOS and Android devices, with the layout adjusting neatly to smaller screens so games, menus, and the cashier are still easy to navigate.

Everything is accessible directly through your browser, so you can log in and play without downloading anything, keeping things quick and hassle-free.

Responsible Gambling

Chit Chat Bingo provides a fairly standard set of safer gambling tools, including deposit limits that can be set in a separate account tab before you start playing. You can choose daily, weekly, or monthly caps, which are useful for keeping spending in check without too many unnecessary steps.

There are reality checks and cooling-off options if you just need a short break. Self-exclusion is where Chit Chat falls behind. A 24-hour window to implement self-exclusion is technically within the UKGC’s permitted norms, but it feels uncomfortably slow, especially for an operator that received a £60,000 UKGC fine in June 2025, specifically for self-exclusion failures.

When we tested self-exclusion during our review, the response wasn’t what we’d call urgent. Given the regulatory history, we’d like to see things move faster.

Support links to organisations such as GamCare and GAMSTOP are included, giving you access to external help if needed. Overall, the tools are there, but self-exclusion in particular feels a bit behind the curve when it comes to speed and urgency.

About the Chit Chat Bingo Team and History

Chit Chat Bingo launched in 2010 and is regulated by the UKGC and operated by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, a group that runs a number of online bingo and casino brands across the UK market.

It sits within a fairly traditional operator structure, rather than being part of a large multi-brand international casino network, which helps explain its more focused bingo-led approach.

The brand itself is not currently Casinomeister-Accredited or highlighted as a standout in the industry, and at first glance, it can come across as more of a casual, fun-focused bingo site rather than a headline-grabbing operator. However, when you take a closer look at the operator history, things get less comfortable.

Grace Media was hit with a £60,000 UKGC fine after it was found that they had sent marketing emails to self-excluded players and users who had not properly consented to receive promotions. It’s exactly the kind of thing we don’t take lightly as it demonstrates a clear lapse in safeguarding and a disregard for player safety.

Player Comments on Chit Chat Bingo

There are currently no notable player comments or discussions about Chit Chat Bingo on the Casinomeister forum, which is a bit telling in itself. Either users aren’t having issues or no one is playing.

Let’s see if the chit-chat starts soon.

Complaints and Track Record

More tumbleweed here, as no player complaints have been submitted to us about Chit Chat Bingo. In this case, no news is generally good news.

Customer Support at Chit Chat Bingo

We have used this operator’s live chat before and had a smooth enough experience, so we went in expecting things to be fairly straightforward this time around too.

Support is available 24/7 and is spread across live chat, email, an FAQ section, and a direct phone line (+447360275976), so there is no shortage of ways to reach out if something crops up.

Live chat is accessible from the site footer and opens with an automated bot. Getting through to a real person took a bit more effort than expected.

Before being passed on, we were prompted to complete a fairly detailed security-style verification process that felt quite drawn out, especially considering we were already logged in.

Our previous experience meant we waited about 15 minutes to be connected, but this time it was almost instant. Kudos for that Chit Chat. The human agent was nothing short of lovely, quickly answering our question and providing us with the information we needed to continue on with our day.

Email support is slower but tends to be more coherent once replies come through, with less back-and-forth than the chat system. The FAQ hub is fairly basic but useful for quick checks on common topics like payments and bonuses.

There is also phone support available, which is less common for bingo-first sites and does offer a more direct route if you want to avoid the chat queue altogether.
