Casinoly Casino Review
Impressive selection of games and payment methods
Casinomeister's Verdict
Casinoly, like most of the other casinos under the NovaForge umbrella, have a great selection of games, lots of payment methods, and they offer 24/7 customer support. Those are the casino’s strongest points, and that’s where the good stuff ends.
Disappointingly, the casino has extremely high wagering requirements on most bonuses, low withdrawal limits, and no actual responsible gaming tools to speak of. To make things worse, the casino is riddled with deliberately dubious terms that are wide open for exploitation on the casino’s end, and there’s just a ridiculous lack of transparency all the way through.
Now, Casinoly doesn’t seem to have raised that many issues in the past and they appear to be fairly consistent with complaints. Still, we can only recommend caution to anyone who decides to play here. See our full Casinoly casino review below for a more detailed look.

From the Desk of Max Drayman
This casino is in very much the same boat as previous Rabidi/NovaForge casinos: no immediate record in our Player Arbitration (PAB) service but a consistent record of player difficulties with sister casinos; licensing appears to be Anjouan but no mention of that in public; sister casinos within the Rabidi group — now rebranded to NovaForge — have been through the complaints process at Casinomeister and not done well, largely for ignoring player complaints. It remains to be seen if they’ll change their ways, so be aware of the issues and exercise caution if you choose to play here.
First Impression
Ancient Rome probably isn’t the first thing to come to mind when you hear “Casinoly,” but it is the main theme of this online casino. When you load it up, you’re greeted by the Pantheon, the Colosseum, busts of Roman gods, the golden Aquila, and more recognizable elements of Roman culture. It sure stands out from the crowd, though a lot of the graphics seem blurry or poorly upscaled. The layout is simple and easy to navigate, but the overall UX immediately comes across as lackluster, with only a few categories for the thousands of games on the site.
The casino is operated by NovaForge Ltd under an Anjouan license (ALSI-152406028-FI2) but you won’t see that anywhere on the site. They’re deliberately hiding their ownership and licensing info for no real reason, and that’s never a good look. Especially for a group that has ties to Rabidi N.V., a famously terrible casino operator. All in all, Casinoly comes across okay at face value, but the stuff behind the scenes is what will likely put many players off.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
Casinoly greets players with a welcome bonus on their first deposit, and they also have a number of ongoing promotions and regular tournaments. This is complemented by a bonus shop and something that can technically be defined as a VIP program, but the value offered by either of those is quite lackluster.
Casinoly Welcome Bonus
The Casinoly welcome bonus is a one-time first deposit offer where players can get a 100% match on their deposit up to $500 + 200 Free Spins.
The free spins are awarded 20 at a time over ten days, but the casino doesn’t share which slots they’re credited for. According to support, the applicable slot is only shown in your bonus tab after the bonus is claimed, so they’re free to just leave you with some 85% RTP travesty if they feel like it.
On top of that, the wagering requirement is set at 35x the bonus + deposit amount, meaning you have to wager your bonus 70 times before it can be withdrawn, and that’s just ridiculously high. It’s a bit lower for free spins winnings at 40x, but that’s hardly encouraging when you have no idea what slots the free spins will be credited for.
Finally, we should note one problematic thing that seems to be a common theme at NovaForge casinos, and it’s their general bonus terms. They like to brand common sense stuff as bonus abuse (e.g., placing low risk bets), and that just leaves the door open for abuse on the casino’s end. We’ve found several complaints of them trying to do just that, but luckily, it didn’t seem to fly.
So, if you claim this or any other Casinoly promotions, be sure to read the terms carefully and be ready to complain if they try to pull a fast one on you, because it’s obvious they really don’t want you to win.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
At the time of writing, Casinoly doesn’t offer any no deposit bonuses. However, they have some free spins and cashback offers players might find appealing:
- Weekend Reload — 50% up to $700 + 50 free spins
- Weekly Reload — 50 free spins
- Live Cashback — 25% up to $200
- Weekly Cashback — Up to 15% up to $3000, based on VIP level
The cashback offers are solid since there’s only 1x wagering, but the other offers still carry the same wagering requirements as the welcome offer — 40x on free spins winnings and 35x the deposit + bonus amount for deposit matches.
There’s also a bonus shop where players can exchange “Coins” for free spins, free bets, and bonus money. These can be earned by making deposits, placing bets, and participating in tournaments and weekly challenges. The Coin value to reward value ratio isn’t great, doubly so when you add the 40x wagering on all shop bonuses. It’s still something for players who stick with this casino long-term, but nothing to get overly excited about.
If you’re on the lookout for a good bonus, check out some of the exclusive bonus offers we have listed on the site, as you’ll likely find offers that stand out from regular bonus lineups.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Casinoly has a VIP program with 5 VIP levels, with higher levels unlocking different benefits such as increased withdrawal limits, increased cashback, and a personal account manager.
However, there are two glaring problems with this program:
- There is no transparency regarding the leveling, as with every other NovaForge casino we’ve tested so far. Support claims there’s some behind-the-scenes algorithm that calculates progress based on your activity and the ratio of deposit and withdrawal requests, but we can all agree that’s just needlessly convoluted and probably not true.
- You lose your VIP status if you’re inactive. Hardly encourages long-term loyalty.
All in all, it’s a meager set of VIP benefits, and many online casinos have much better offers with transparent leveling and worthwhile rewards.
Banking & Payment Methods
One of Casinoly’s highlights is definitely its broad selection of payment methods. There’s over 30 deposit methods in total, though some are region-specific. These include: Visa, MasterCard, Revolut, Skrill, Neteller, Neosurf, MiFinity, Jeton, Rapid Transfer, PaysafeCard, Interac, CashToCode, and others.
For crypto players, there’s also a good selection that includes Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Tether, USDC, Litecoin, Cardano, and XRP (listed as Ripple). This is a decent lineup but still lacking some prominent altcoins, such as Dogecoin or Solana. That said, if you prefer to play using crypto and your favorite alt isn’t available, check out some other crypto casinos that support more cryptocurrencies.
All deposits are instant, minimum deposits are set at $10 for most payment methods, and maximums go up to $5000. Finally, it’s worth noting that Skrill and Neteller are excluded from most bonuses, as they often are.
Casinoly Withdrawal Speed
There’s over 20 withdrawal methods available at this casino, and that kind of variety is always good to see. However, Casinoly doesn’t have the fastest withdrawals, as their terms clearly state they may take as long as 3 business days to process withdrawals on their end. This means the wait can easily be 2 days longer if you catch the weekend, and that’s not accounting for additional processing on the payment provider’s end.
On top of that, Casinoly has very low withdrawal limits for regular players, set at $500 per day and $7000 per month. The only way to increase these limits is to gain VIP levels, but as mentioned above, Casinoly’s VIP program isn’t something you should put much stock into.
Responsible Gaming
As with every other NovaForge site, Casinoly’s responsible gaming policy is a joke. There’s a responsible gaming page with some basic information, but the punchline is their self-exclusion policy. Specifically, they outright state in their self-exclusion terms that it’s the player’s responsibility to not make alternate accounts, and that they won’t be responsible for financial losses on other accounts.
Put simply, they’ll ban you, they won’t do a thing to actually exclude you, and if they decide to “catch” you on an alternate account, they’ll just keep all the money you lost playing while self-excluded on their site. So, if you decide to play here, pretend self-exclusion doesn’t exist. And if you have a history of problem gambling, give the casino a wide berth. See some of our other online casino reviews if you’re looking for one that has actual responsible gaming tools.
Customer Support at Casinoly
The Casinoly support department can be reached in one of two ways: email or live chat. The live chat is, as always, the faster option, and it’s available 24/7.
In practice, support has been a bit of a mess, and the experience varied greatly from agent to agent. Sometimes, we’d get the info we’re asking about, sometimes we’d get the classic “just read the terms” treatment. And as with every other NovaForge casino, attempts to clarify any of their dubious terms would just result in prompt stonewalling with walls of copy-pasted text. Any inquiries about the licensing are deflected to email (because reasons), and we predictably never got a reply to that inquiry.
Apart from this, there’s a basic FAQ section that some players might find useful, though it’s extremely barebones. Overall, the support seems to reflect the general vibe of the casino: it’s there, it mostly works, but there are a lot of creaking joints.

KYC
Casinoly may request players to submit a personal ID, a proof of residence, and proof of deposit to verify their account. At their discretion, they may request additional verification. Best of all, they don’t let players verify their accounts before they decide it’s necessary.
This is problematic due to the simple fact that many players prefer to verify their accounts ahead of time, simply to not give the casino any room to deny their winnings based on KYC technicalities. There’s no reason for a casino to prohibit players from starting verification at their own convenience, so like many of the other sketchy terms, this is simply set up to work in the casino’s favor.
Casinoly Casino Experience and Features
Casinoly’s design is heavily inspired by ancient Rome — marble busts, laurel wreaths, classical Roman architecture, and more. And while the aesthetic works for the most part, the site feels terribly dated. Some of the graphics and animations feel like they’re a lower resolution than they should be, giving many of the pages a noticeably “cheap” look. They also superimposed a marble pattern on top of all game thumbnails, and we get what they were going for, but it just looks terrible.
None of this is helped by the barebones search function and limited game categories. There’s no convenient way to browse specific types of games, and no way to keep track of your game history. The only good thing about the UX design is that all sections of the casino can be easily accessed through the bar at the top, but that’s about it.
Desktop and Mobile Gaming
The Casinoly mobile app is expectedly underwhelming. The main navigation menu is delegated to a barely noticeable collapsible sidebar on the right, while the bottom bar only shows your bonus coin balance and a shortcut to the deposit menu. They sure had their priorities straight there.
Actually using the web app is largely smooth, but the UI is borderline painful to look at. Many graphics and thumbnails are awkwardly cropped, and the lack of mobile UX optimization doesn’t help at all. That said, the mobile app will get the job done, but there are better online casinos out there if you’re looking for a mobile gaming experience that’s actually good.
Brand games
Casinoly Casino Game Providers
Casinoly features about 120 providers on their site at the time of writing, making for a great deal of variety. You’ll find everything from popular names like Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, and Spinomenal, to lesser known providers you may not have had the chance to try out before.
Casinoly Slots
With so many providers, it goes without saying that Casinoly has a great selection of slots on offer. However, finding games to play is a different story, as the casino only has a handful of categories to browse by: slots, jackpots, and table games. There are separate categories for new additions and popular games, so it’s not too bad, but we still prefer to see dedicated sections for different types of slots (e.g., megaways, bonus buys, etc.), especially when the site only has basic title search.
Live Casino
The Casinoly live casino also has a good selection of games lined up from several established live game studios, but the browsing experience leaves a lot to be desired. All live dealer games are placed in one category, with no subcategories for different games. So, finding something to play may be a chore, provided you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for.
About the Casinoly Team and History
Casinoly launched in 2021, making it one of the older casinos in the portfolio of NovaForge Ltd. It’s one of the many brands that migrated to NovaForge from Rabidi N.V. Currently, they hold an Anjouan license (ALSI-152406028-FI2), though it seems they’d prefer players to think they’re unlicensed, since they hide their licensing information like their lives depend on it.
Now, you’d be hard-pressed to find someone who’d say a single positive thing about Rabidi, though it seems the new management under NovaForge (if it really is “new”) is working towards turning a new leaf. It doesn’t seem to be going great, though, at least if we’re going by their deeply questionable policies, so exercise all due caution if you decide to play here.
Complaints and Track Record
We’ve had no direct complaints about Casinoly at Casinomeister, but they seem to have accumulated a fair number of complaints on other complaints resolution services in the years they’ve been active. Similar to what we’ve seen with other NovaForge casinos, these mostly have to do with delayed payments, KYC problems, and bonus terms abuse on the casino’s end. So, as above — all due caution with this in mind.
