Cashwin Casino Review
Outstanding lineup of slots from over 150 providers
Casinomeister's Verdict
Cashwin seems to be a casino of extremes — for every good thing, there’s an equally bad thing to even it out. The site hosts a stunning selection of games from roughly 160 providers, supports both fiat and crypto payments, offers responsive 24/7 support, and even goes a step beyond their minimum license requirements when it comes to responsible gaming tools.
And then, they also have exorbitant wagering on most of their bonuses, and deposits have to be wagered anywhere between 3 and 10 times prior to withdrawal, depending on what type of game you’re playing. On that note, withdrawals are also extremely slow and are the main source of complaints against Cashwin.
There are also some additional potential red flags, such as ties to Cyprus and dead-end referrals for unresolved complaints, so we must ultimately recommend utmost caution if you decide to play here. See our full Cashwin casino review below, and be sure to drop your experience in the forums if you decide to play here.

150+ game providers
From the Desk of Max Drayman
This is one of those “Willx N.V.” casinos with a slightly different story. As with the others, there are good reasons to caution players to think twice before depositing: different companies listed as “owning” the casino depending on where — and when? — you look; payments processed in Cyprus when any casino connection to Cyprus is often a very bad sign; players with unresolved complaints are supposed to follow a link provided … which simply points to their Curaçao license (and Curaçao just tells players to seek legal advice); this strange sense of deja-vu when looking through the site and realising that you’ve seen a lot of that before on some very dubious casino sites.
All good reasons to curb your enthusiasm but here we have some actual experience with the casino in the form of an ongoing Player Arbitration (PAB) case; they did respond, so that’s something in their favour. We’d still recommend caution though as there is no proven track record here and all those red flags are still very applicable.
First Impression
Though you might not suspect it from the name, Cashwin is characterized by a tropical aesthetic, with graphics that involve a lot of greenery and cartoon characters based on exotic animals. It’s a bit darker than you’d expect, but the site itself is organized surprisingly well. Might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it works.
The casino is owned by Willx N.V., which is a bit of a questionmark — licensed in Curacao (GCB license no. OGL/2024/1647/0892), with only a few casinos under its umbrella, and not much of a footprint online outside of a good deal of withdrawal-related complaints. It boasts a superb selection of both slots and live casino games from about 160 providers. Sadly, the payment methods are less diverse, with only three fiat deposit/withdrawal options. Without crypto in the mix, it would be a sad state of affairs indeed.
Overall, it leaves an okay first impression, though the operator does immediately raise some concerns.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
Cashwin Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus at Cashwin consists of 3 separate deposit bonuses:
- First Deposit — 100% up to $1,000 + 50 FS
- Second Deposit — 75% up to $1,000
- Third Deposit — 125 % up to $500
This is really a solid offer over all, but the glaring caveat is the 35x wagering requirement on the deposit + bonus amount. With a 100% match, this means you’d have to wager your deposit a total of 70 times, which is extremely high.
The 50 Free Spins on the first deposit are also little more than a footnote. They’re credited for Bonanza Billion (95.97% RTP), which is solid, but sadly overshadowed by the 40x wagering on the winnings and the fact you only get 50 in total.
Apart from this, it’s also worth mentioning that players have 2 weeks to meet the wagering requirements, so it’s a very underwhelming welcome offer.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
Sadly, Cashwin doesn’t offer any free spins or no-deposit bonuses at the moment, but we’ll be sure to update the review if they add any.
Cashwin’s only ongoing bonuses include a couple of lukewarm reloads and live casino cashback:
- Weekday Special — 50% up to $250 once per week on any weekday
- Weekend Boost — 30% up to $500 once per week on the weekend
- Live Casino Cashback — 20% up to $200 per week
Apart from this, Cashwin’s promotions include a range of loot boxes and tournaments. There are also daily/weekly missions and challenges players can complete — the rewards are quite “meh” since it mostly seems to be low-value free bets and prize wheel spins, but it might appeal to players who like this kind of gamification.
Overall, it’s not a terrible selection of bonuses per se, it’s just that we’ve seen many casinos that simply offer more variety, and with better terms.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Cashwin’s VIP program is a familiar 30-level progression setup. With each level, you get rewards in the form of free spins or bonus money, and every 5 levels is a milestone where you gain a VIP level that unlocks extra rewards, increased withdrawal limits, and a personal account manager.
This all looks good on paper but sadly falls flat due to a lack of transparency. Points are awarded based on some arcane behind-the-scenes algorithm that takes into account your deposits and gameplay activity. They don’t share any concrete numbers and support couldn’t provide any info about it, so it all might as well be arbitrary.
That said, the rewards are decent, but having to blindly shovel money with no insight into how your VIP points are awarded? Hardly inspires loyalty.
Banking & Payment Methods
The selection of payment methods at Cashwin is mostly standard stuff: VISA, Mastercard, PaysafeCard, Skrill, Neteller, Jetonbank, MiFinity, eZeeWallet, Flexepin, and Revolut. However, keep in mind that not all of these options may be available, depending on your location.
Thankfully, the crypto options are a bit more open, as you can make deposits using Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Cardano, XRP, Tether, USD Coin, and DAI. With several leading coins and stablecoins, it’s a much better selection. If your cryptocurrency of choice isn’t on this list, you might want to take a look at other crypto casinos.
Withdrawal Speed
All the deposit methods are available for withdrawals, which was good to see. Depending on your location, the casino offers as many as 20 withdrawal methods.
However, the withdrawal terms aren’t the best, and boy is there a list. Each deposit has to be wagered at least 3 times if you’re playing slots, or a whopping 10 times if you’re playing table games. Some casinos like to impose such terms and pretend it’s part of their AML policy, but it’s just a scummy practice, period.
Then there’s the withdrawal times. The casino “aims” to approve withdrawals within 72 hours, which is pretty much standard stuff. But then they state that the maximum is 7 business days, and given that most of the complaints aimed at the casino have to do with delayed withdrawals, you can guess which number is more accurate.
Finally, the withdrawal limits. They’re set at $600 per day, $3000 per week, and $12,000 per month. This is on the low end, and the only way to increase the limits is to level up through the VIP program. However, even then, the limits are average at best.
Responsible Gaming
Cashwin doesn’t offer much in terms of responsible gaming tools, though it’s still a notch above some competitors. Namely, the casino supports self-exclusion and 24-hour cooldown periods. This might not seem like much, but a lot of casinos only offer self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, which is a big commitment that many players might be reluctant to make. As such, being able to just press pause for at least 24 hours is a bigger deal than it might seem.
There are also detailed instructions on how you can use these features via customer support, as well as a pointer to organizations such as GamCare and GambleAware for anyone who might be dealing with a problem.
It’s not the best set of responsible gaming features, but Cashwin still goes beyond the bare minimum on this front, and that deserves a thumbs up.
Customer Support at Cashwin
Support is another one of Cashwin’s strong points. There’s an email and live chat you can use to get in touch with their support agents, which is standard for most casinos.
We normally spend up to 2 hours during a given week testing each casino, and the Cashwin support team always replied to our messages near-instantly, no matter the time of day — no queues, no bots to slog through each time. Every agent we talked to was quick to respond to all queries, and we didn’t have a single negative experience.
On top of that, there’s an FAQ section that can provide answers to some common issues you might encounter. It’s not a high priority with a casino that actually has responsive support, but any self-help resources are always a plus.

KYC
Cashwin has your standard KYC policy in place for all players: proof of identity (government ID, passport, driver’s license, or other document), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment (screenshot of your deposit). The process starts at the casino’s discretion, but is mandatory before making a withdrawal. Fortunately, players can start the process at their own discretion too, from the verification tab on their account page. That said, it’s not possible to play at Cashwin anonymously, so if that’s what you’re looking for, you may want to check out some other casino reviews.
Cashwin Casino Experience and Features
Cashwin’s dark-yet-tropical theme may not vibe with everyone and it does come across as “too much” in some places, but the site as a whole is quite simple. All the main sections of the casino can be accessed through the sidebar, and there’s some extra features that further streamline the experience. For example, there’s a shuffle button that drops you into a random game, and a list of recently played games that follows you everywhere, allowing you to easily jump back into the action.
The search function could use some filters instead of only searching games by name, but apart from that, Cashwin offers a predominantly positive user experience.
Desktop and Mobile Gaming
Cashwin doesn’t have a dedicated mobile app, and they have the decency to not pretend that they do. If you play on the phone, you have to use the web app, and the mobile site feels even better than the desktop version in some respects.
The UI scales properly, all the important sections and features are no more than two taps away, and all the games we tested work properly on a smaller screen. As usual, you may have to switch to portrait mode for some of them, but it all works smoothly with no little-to-no jank, and that’s the most important thing.
Brand games
Cashwin Casino Game Providers
The casino has roughly 160 game providers on the site, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a more comprehensive selection. You’ll find all the famous industry-leading brands such as Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Playtech, NetEnt, BGaming, and others. On top of that, there’s a lot of smaller names you might not have heard of, which is great news for anyone looking to try out something new. Who doesn’t want to try slots from a company called “F*Bastards”?
Cashwin Slots
The slots section is neatly organized, and that’s always a good thing when there’s so many games on offer. Some categories you’ll find include bonus buy slots, megaways, jackpots, crash games, several themed categories, and there are even separate sections for different types of table games. On top of that, you can easily browse newly added games, and your recently played titles are all listed near the top of the page, so it all makes for a very smooth and convenient user experience.
Live Casino
The live dealer games at Cashwin are also organized well, with separate categories for card games, game shows, and roulette. It’s a bit weird they’d put all card games under “cards” but some casinos just throw all live games in one pot and call it a day, so hey, it’s something.
You’ll find titles from all the leading live casino game providers, including Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution, Ezugi, Playtech, and some others. It makes for a comprehensive selection, with several variants of all the popular games.
About the Cashwin Team and History
Cashwin is owned and operated by Willx N.V., which doesn’t have much of a footprint in the world of online casinos. They only own a handful of casinos at the moment, and operate with a Curacao GCB license (no. OGL/2024/1647/0892). Their properties seem to overlap with “SoftGenius N.V.” at some points, which are probably leftovers from some messy handover or rebranding effort. The main red flags players should be aware of are connections to Cyprus, although the casino has been around since 2023 without any major unresolved complaints that we could find.
Complaints and Track Record
We’ve had one complaint against Cashwin so far, and as of the time of writing, it’s still ongoing. Like most complaints you’ll find about this casino, it has to do with withdrawal issues. These remain consistent since the casino launched in 2023. Fortunately, most of the complaints seem to get resolved one way or another, but best be ready to wait or complain if you decide to play here.
If you’re worried about any casino that is even remotely sketchy, you might want to take a look at Casinomeister’s accredited casinos instead.
