Despite being rolled out in 2024, Cashed Casino already scores high in the game lineup, payment methods, and software providers field. 

Yet, they’ve still got a few rough edges. Every once in a while, the Cashed Casino website becomes completely unresponsive, and responsible gaming tools are definitely in short supply here. While these issues might not be a big deal on their own, we still recommend watching your step if you play at Cashed Casino. Just in case, especially considering their Anjouan license.

There aren’t any records on Cashed Casino in our PAB service, but we’ve seen a pattern of player complaints with their sister sites. The other casinos in the Rabidi group (now known as NovaForge) have had their fair share of complaints on Casinomeister, and honestly, they haven’t done a great job handling them. They’ve mostly just ignored what players are saying. Whether they’ll change their ways is still up in the air, so just be cautious if you decide to give this place a shot.

First Impression

Once you open up Cashed Casino’s homepage, you’re instantly pulled into their luxurious, high-end aesthetic world. If we were one of those people who go by looks alone, we’d say Cashed is a place where you’d receive nothing but premium, red carpet kind of a treatment.

They also seem to have lined up thousands of games, from slots and jackpots to live casino. Plus, they’ve also got a sportsbook and horse racing. You could say there’s plenty to go around for everyone.

Bonuses and promo offers don’t seem to lack at Cashed either, as they run both seasonal and regular promotions and they’re not shy about it. 

Still, these are just some tidbits we initially picked up on. Staying true to our casino reviews methodology, we are yet to get razor-specific on what kind of a place Cashed Casino is — and that’s something you can read about in the rest of this piece.

    That’s all about the welcome deal that shows up first.

    At this point in time, Cashed Casino doesn’t treat their players with any no-deposit or no-deposit free spins offers. If they rethink this decision at some point, keep an eye on this review — we’ll make sure to update it.  

    VIP and Loyalty Programs

    Cashed Casino’s VIP program is a classic gamified 5-level program where each level is represented by a progressively more luxurious car. The higher you climb, the better the car gets, and the sweeter the rewards — or so it appears. 

    But that’s all on the aesthetics end, more or less.

    In the grand scheme of things, we had one or two issues with the transparency of the whole system and the real benefits behind levels 1 and 2.

    For starters, there’s basically no info on what you need to do to work your way up. Their support says to just keep playing and depositing, and you’ll see the progress. That’s fine and all — online casinos are allowed to set their own rules for these extra perks. But the part that we don’t get is how they think they’d usher in anyone to chase these levels if they don’t even know what they’re getting into. 

    Then, they state that you get on-site promotions and 24/7 chat support once you reach levels 1 and 2. If we’ve got this one right (and we surely did, since we checked it more than 10 times), you can claim their on-site promotions as soon as you sign up. The support part makes even less sense since you can reach out to them day or night even without creating an account. 

    Our take on all this? Could be worthwhile if you’re not just grinding for the VIP perks and exclusive promotions. Something like don’t think about the elephant kind of a thing. That’s when the elephant won’t give you a break.

    Banking & Payment Methods

    There’s a lot going on in the payment department at Cashed Casino. They support anything and everything, from Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Interac, PaysafeCard, and Mifinity, to Revolut, CashtoCode, WebPay, and Sticpay. 

    Crypto enthusiasts aren’t left out either, as they’ve got the option to deposit using Bitcoin, Tether, Ethereum, Ripple, and several other methods. 

    The minimum deposit for all payment options sits at $10, so standard stuff, just like almost everywhere else these days.

    Withdrawal Speed

    By and large, you’ll be able to withdraw your winnings from Cashed Casino using the same method you’ve used for depositing. You can pull out a minimum of $10, and as for the maximum, withdrawals are capped at €500/day, €7,000/month. 

    It’s hard not to see this as tight-fisted, especially if you’re a high roller or someone who’s used to playing big.

    The waiting time is also unnecessarily long. It takes them up to 3 working days to process your withdrawal. Add an additional day or two your payment processor may need to handle your withdrawal (or even more if you plan on using bank transfer) to the equation, and you could be stuck for over a week on standby.

    Responsible Gaming

    Responsible gaming is another obvious pain point of this platform. They definitely talk the talk when it comes to useful resources and questionnaires, but the walk? Unfortunately, not so much. 

    The only responsible gaming tool they have is the self-exclusion by request, which is, truth be told, less than a bare minimum. Also, self-excluded players have to promise they won’t create another account. In case they find a way around it and still manage to sign up again, Cashed Casino won’t take the blame. Uncomfortably close to being a large problem (and definitely not a recipe for a glowing casino rating), so here’s hoping we’ll see Cashed Casino do something about this.

    Customer Support at Cashed Casino

    The customer support at Cashed Casino does what it’s supposed to do. If you reach out to them using the live chat widget, they’ll give you timely and mostly useful responses. The email option is definitely not as fast as the chat option, but that’s the usual thing everywhere across the industry. 

    We usually didn’t have to wait too long to get through a customer support rep, but sometimes when we contacted them after 5 p.m. our time, we encountered a longer queue than in the early part of the day.

    KYC

    Cashed Casino’s KYC process follows the same drill as other online casinos. You’ll need to provide your ID, proof of residence, and proof of payment. 

    The troubling part about this whole process is the fact that you cannot just send them over these documents whenever you feel like it. You’ll have to actually make your first withdrawal, and then you’ll be asked to go through the identity check. Then, if you don’t do everything as they expect you to do, they could ‘withhold payment and/or suspend your account until you provide the documents and even close it entirely if you don’t do it in time.’ 

    Is this a fair practice? We’d love to say it is, but since there’s too much room for abuse with this policy, an honest judgment would call it completely unfair.

    Cashed Casino Experience and Features

    Cashed Casino’s website seems to whisper exclusivity. As you open up the homepage, you get the impression that you’re in a private members-only club. Everything’s dark green and velvety, with a refined, old-money look. 

    That’s until you head over to their Terms & Conditions page (or any page with loads of text whatsoever) and you see Cashed completely crashed. And we’re not even kidding, whenever we wanted to read anything that’s longer than a sentence, the Cashed Casino website became unresponsive. What the issue could be is beyond us, but we’ll keep our fingers crossed that they’ll do something about it quickly because that’s just a poor user experience and far from the luxury vibe they’re trying to give off. 

    On the flip side, there aren’t any issues when you try loading up the games. Both the web and the mobile versions render exactly as you may expect them.

    Much to our relief, they’ve separated the game shows, so you won’t waste lots of time searching for Sweet Bonanza CandyLand, Crazy Time, or Big Bad Wolf if that’s your thing.

    About the Cashed Casino Team and History

    Launched in 2024, Cashed Casino is owned and operated by NovaForge Ltd and licensed by Anjouan Gaming. 

    While Cashed is still relatively new, so there’s not that much info about them online, NovaForge isn’t exactly a recent name in the industry if we take into consideration their previous rebranding from Rabidi N.V. 

    Rabidi didn’t really have a shining reputation in its prime, but considering the change they went through, we do hope they’ll change their ways, too.

    Complaints and Track Record

    As with all casino reviews we start typing out, we never skip on digging deep into each casino’s complaints and track record history. Turns out, there’s nothing major on Cashed Casino here at Casinomeister, but that’s nothing unusual with relatively new casinos.
