Bets.io is a crypto-focused casino with plenty of game options. They’ve got 4000 titles in total, including slots, live casino, tables, instant wins, and lots of other categories.

Yet, they only support crypto withdrawals, which is a blessing and a curse. If you’re really big on fast withdrawals, you’ll definitely be in for a treat. But if you’re not a big fan of crypto, you won’t have other options here. Also, as an Anjouan-licensed casino, Bets.io doesn’t offer many responsible gaming options. There’s only the self-exclusion tool, so you’ll have to really watch your step in case your gambling habits get out of hand.

On top of that, Bets.io has a tendency to be a total pain and stonewall every player complaint that comes our way, so their behavior came back to bite them, and they're now one of our 'Not Recommended' casinos.

Whatever else Bets.io may have going for it one of their considerable weaknesses is responsible handling of player complaints. Several times over the past year+ we’ve had cases against them where their rep was unavailable for comment, the casino wouldn’t respond, or when they did respond the pretended they didn’t know who we were, or they suddenly couldn’t share info on the case, blah blah blah. In other words lots of excuses, very little cooperation and no evidence that player issues are or would ever be taken seriously. Time for a bit of stick!
