Amazon Slots Review
A platform with years under its belt and a decent spread of promotions
Casinomeister's Verdict
Amazon Slots online casino has been in the game since 2016, and since day one, slots have been their bread and butter. They’re backed by three solid licenses, the UKGC, Ontario, and Alderney, enough payment options to get the job done, and a good mix of promotions.
But for a brand that’s been around for a while, their provider selection feels a bit limited, and customer support is always MIA when you need it. All in all, we haven’t seen any issues with Amazon Slots up until this point, but we’d take it slow until they get this customer service thing sorted.

Rock-steady licensing
From the desk of Max Drayman
Amazon Slots is part of the Jumpman Gaming group, with most of their casinos licensed in the UK and Alderney which is generally considered a good thing. The group is not our favorite — they routinely refuse to cooperate with player complaint arbitration — but on the up-side there are very few complaints against the casinos in this group. That’s not nothing because Jumpman covers a lot of brands.
There’s nothing bad to say here so a tepid thumbs-up will have to suffice: if they were more cooperative with complaints we would be able to muster more enthusiasm.
First Impression
With roots dating back to 2016, Amazon Slots is owned by Jumpman Gaming Limited — a company that also runs 85 other brands. The platform has three licenses to its name — the UKGC, Alderney, and Ontario.
Amazon Slots online casino may lean heavily on slots (they store 1000+ of them), but they’re also home to table games and live casino titles. The payment options are a bit limited, but they’ve got the key ones covered — including Visa, MasterCard, paysafecard, Skrill and PayPal.
But that’s just Amazon Slots’ first layer — our casino reviews methodology always takes us further. So read on as we walk you through everything we discovered on Amazon Slots online casino.

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
Amazon Slots’ welcome offer may not be your usual fare, but they still boast a great deal of other promotions — from Rewards Reel and Giveaways to Happy Hours.
Now, let’s check if claiming Amazon Slots casino bonuses is as simple as they say.
Amazon Slots Welcome Bonus
Once you deposit a minimum of £10 you get to spin their Mega Reel. This is nothing fancy — it’s a classic wheel of fortune machine where you can win Amazon gift cards, and bonus spins on Fluffy Favourites or Starburst.
But as usual, there are a few strings attached to this offer.
First, in case you land 500 bonus spins on Starburst, you’ll only receive a total of 50 at first. To get the rest of them, you’ll need to email their customer support. Not exactly their shining moment, to say the least.
Then, everything you win from bonus spins will score into your bonus balance. Bonus funds need to be wagered 65x before you can withdraw any cash — a tough ask for most new players.
Also, progressive jackpot, blackjack, roulette, and all classic casino table games don’t count towards the wagering.
No-Deposit and Bonus Spins Offers
Currently, Amazon Slots online casino is not offering any no-deposit promotions or no-deposit bonus spins. If and when they roll out such offers, we’ll update this review ASAP.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
As far as we can tell, it doesn’t look like Amazon Slots currently offers any VIP programs. They do have a rewards system where you collect different trophies as you hit specific targets, but this can hardly pass as a VIP scheme (even Amazon Slots doesn’t put it that way, they’re upfront and just call it trophies). As you collect trophies, you can exchange them for 20 bonus spins max.
Banking & Payment Methods
Amazon Slots accepts an okayish amount of payment methods, so it’s not the variety that’ll blow you away. They support Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Paysafecard, Pay by Mobile, PayPal, Neteller, Skrill, and Interac.
Also, the deposit minimum for every option is £10, and if you go by the Pay by Mobile route, factor in that you’ll need to pay a £2.50 transaction fee for £10 and £20 deposits.
Withdrawal Speed
For the most part, you’ll be able to withdraw your winnings via the same option you used for deposits. The sole exception we came across was Pay by Mobile.
On the subject of withdrawal speed, expect to wait up to three working days for them to process your withdrawal request. From there on, it’s the usual. Seeing your winnings in your eWallet and card account may take anywhere from one to five days. In case you haven’t gone through Amazon Slots KYC check, you’re looking at an additional three days on top of everything else — because that’s how long it takes them to verify your identity.
Also, there’s a £2.50 transaction fee on every withdrawal, no matter the amount.
Responsible Gaming
Responsible gaming is a strong factor in our casino rating algorithm, and Amazon Slots seems to be taking it seriously. They cover all the main bases — there’s self-exclusion, cool-off, deposit limit, reality check, and a self-assessment test. Thankfully, you can activate these tools on your own, so the platform is not cutting corners here.
On top of that, Amazon Slots’ parent company, Jumpman Gaming, is integrated with GAMSTOP, so if you’re in their system, don’t expect to be able to play at Amazon Slots.
Customer Support at Amazon Slots
Amazon Slots’ customer support trails behind other places by and large. We couldn’t get hold of them for the life of us.
First, once you click their chat widget, 9 times out of 10, there’s no one there. Instead, you’ll be greeted with a form to fill out. Once you do that, it’s a mixed bag when you’ll receive a response: could be quick, could take days, or worse — no response at all.
At one random point, we finally got through on live chat, but instead of getting our questions answered, they told us to verify our account first. This is sub-par customer service, to say the least. It basically feels like they’re barely keeping the lights on, so here’s hoping they’ll step up their game ASAP.
KYC
Amazon Slots will require you to provide your name, address, and date of birth as soon as you start creating an account. But that’s not all. Before you make your first withdrawal, you’ll need to submit your driving license or passport, a utility bill not older than 3 months, and an image/screenshot of your registered payment method.
Once you’re done uploading everything, expect to wait up to 3 working days for Amazon Slots staff to verify your identity.
Amazon Slots Casino Experience and Features
Amazon Slots’ website interface oozes a total jungle vibe from top to bottom. Once you hit up their website, you’ll be greeted with in-your-face colors, but that doesn’t mean you’ll have a hard time getting around.
Everything’s neatly laid out, and it won’t take you long to find your favorite titles. You can either hit the search bar or head over to their categories section. Yet, don’t expect to be able to filter titles any further. There’s no option to narrow down games by provider, which is kind of a miss.
Also, don’t count on finding an Amazon Slots app anywhere online. But this shouldn’t spoil the fun since the website renders pretty well on mobile browsers.
Brand games
Game Providers
Amazon Slots has got a decent roster of major player providers in their library. They’ve partnered with NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger Gaming, and Yggdrasil, among others. Still, the selection is on the smaller side. You won’t see any Evolution-powered titles, which leaves a little to be desired since they do offer live dealer games at Amazon Slots.
Slots
As you would expect, Amazon Slots is all about slots. They boast a well-rounded slot collection that features titles such as Big Bass Splash, Gold Blitz, Temple of Iris, Gates of Olympus, and the like.
The most coveted games aren’t lacking, either. You’ll see everything from Starburst and Immortal Romance to Gonzo’s Quest.
Live Dealer Games
If you head over to Amazon Slots specifically for live casino games, right off the bat you’ll see that the live casino section is lacking. They do, however, store live dealer games, so we guess their categorization could use some work.
Anyhow, you can use the search bar to locate your heart’s desire. If you go that route, you’ll see that they have Football and Kpop Roulette, No Commission Baccarat, Speed Blackjack, Casino Hold’em, and many other variants of popular live casino games.
Table Games
You could say that Amazon Slots’ selection of table games is solid. There are around 140 titles available, they’re stored within their own category, and you’ll see titles such as European and American Roulette, Vegas Solitaire, Deuces Wild, Sic Bo, and the like. Overall, not a bad setup at all.
But if you’re into poker — don’t hold your breath. Except for Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, and Casino Hold ’em, you won’t find much variety here.
Progressive Jackpots
If we’re being totally honest, Amazon Slots’ jackpot selection is underwhelming. They offer 60+ titles, but none of the super-rewarding games are there. You’ll find titles such as Double Ducks Jackpot, Jackpot Raiders, Super Lion, Jurassic Juniors, and the like.
About the Amazon Slots Team and History
Launched back in 2016, Amazon Slots has been around enough to earn its long-standing casino badge. Their parent company, Jumpman Gaming Limited, is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and owns brands such as Great Britain Casino, Mirror Casino, SlotsUK, and 82 others.
In the past, however, there were some issues with Jumpman Gaming Limited. They didn’t exactly follow the UKGC’s responsible gaming and anti-money laundering policies, so they were issued a hefty fine.
Complaints and Track Record
As always, the devil’s in the details. And we’re known for zooming in on every single speckle we come across while writing casino reviews. That’s exactly what we did with Amazon Slots too, and though we didn’t find anything major on them, their parent company was pretty balky once people voiced their concerns via our PAB service.
