We contacted support multiple times during the week we spent testing the casino, and the experience was mostly positive. Agents are quick to reply, there are no queues, no bots to slog through, and it felt like we were actually talking to a human instead of a bot copy-pasting walls of text. We had a few minor hurdles when trying to clarify some specific and less transparent terms (looking at you, loyalty program), but apart from that, it was all good.
