From the Desk of Max Drayman
We have no record of players having trouble or problems at 24Slots which is good. They also have a legitimate Curaçao license which more-or-less counts as another plus. In the minus category we have this statement in their Complaints/Disputes section: “submissions to the ADR are to take place by means of an e-mail to: [email protected]”. As we’ve pointed out before, gaming-curacao.com is not known as an ADR, there are no credentials to confirm that they now are, and their site is nothing but a big banner saying “GAMING CURACAO HAS CEASED OPERATIONS ON AUGUST 18TH 2024”. Maybe there is important stuff going on in the background but we’d advise players to be extra cautious here as you would have no idea who you might be sending your case details to if you followed the casino’s ADR advice. At the very least there is a lot of pointless confusion here caused by some very sloppy admin work by the parties involved.
