On the one hand 1Red has had a number of complaints at Casinomeister, they’ve largely been uncooperative and unhelpful with those, and when they do say anything it’s something like “that is our decision, it is final, goodbye.” It usually takes the player running their case up to the highest applicable authorities in order to get a fair resolution. That said there haven’t been an inordinate number of complaints and they seem to be a decent operation with a lot of satisfied players. Our advice would be to play there if it looks good to you but be prepared to stand your ground and fight for your right to a fair hearing if you do end up in a situation where you have a legitimate complaint against them.
