Non-executive director resigns
Alan Turner has resigned from his non-executive directorship at Nektan PLC to focus on private business interests.
Turner's involvement with Nektan began shortly after its inception and he was an integral part of the company's flotation on AIM in 2014, the company said.

His passing in February 2019 was a dark day for us. He will be forever missed.
