Took an ADR against this casino months ago for holding back winnings. Got a letter from IBAS today stating that they have ruled in my favour and that the casino MUST pay me what I am owed. I contacted the Casino by email and have had a bounce back. Have this casino group changed hands? I really need to get in touch to arrange this repayment.
